JANUARY 5 — THE COST OF PREPARATION

Throughout history, men and women who recorded unforgettable years with God all shared one defining secret: they gave themselves to seasons of intense spiritual preparation.
One of these was Reverend Walter Vinson Grant, a renowned healing evangelist of the 20th century. His ministry was marked by remarkable deliverances, healings, and demonstrations of God’s power. While many admired the miracles that flowed through his hands, very few understood the long seasons of preparation that produced that grace.
In his earlier years in ministry, Walter Vinson Grant was not satisfied with a form of godliness without power. Deep within him burned a hunger to know God and to see His reality manifested on the earth. That hunger drove him into years of intense seeking. He devoted himself relentlessly to prayer, fasting, and the study of Scripture.
He read many Christian literature and spent much time in communion with God. This became his lifestyle for fourteen solid years.
In his own writings, Grant recounted how God led him into prolonged fasts during this season. After one such fast, he experienced a divine visitation in which a new level of spiritual authority was imparted to him—particularly the grace to cast out demons. From that encounter onward, the flow of God’s power in his life intensified dramatically. Miracles became frequent. Deliverances multiplied. His ministry erupted with supernatural manifestations that captured global attention, especially during the healing revival of the 1950s in America.
His story confirms that: spiritual power is indeed the reward of spiritual preparation. Those who are willing to seek God deeply will eventually carry His glory visibly.

Many of God’s great servants who walked in uncommon authority did not stumble into the anointing accidentally. They labored to build deep spiritual roots that eventually yielded supernatural results. This confirms the fact that power follows preparation.
Scripture affirms this pattern clearly when it says: “Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God.” Truly, preparation precedes manifestations. Our success this year will not be by chance—it will be by consecration and deep devotion to God..
If we desire to see unusual progress, divine acceleration, and lasting results this year, we must intentionally invest in prayer—especially at the beginning. The early days of a year shape its outcome. Those who wait upon the Lord now will stand victorious later.
Depth in God always produces height in life. You cannot rise beyond the level of your spiritual roots.
Many people want visible breakthroughs without invisible preparation. But spiritual laws cannot be violated. Therefore now is the season to take God seriously—before distractions multiply.
As we commit ourselves to prayer and fasting in this season, let’s expect divine alignment. Barriers will break, resistance will crumble and we will soar to our destined heights of glory.

PRAYER
Father, I thank You for the great and mighty things You have prepared for me this year. Grant me the grace to seek You earnestly and pay the price of spiritual preparation so that my life will manifest victory, impact, and overflowing blessings in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

JANUARY 4 — STEP FORWARD WITH BOLDNESS

Ephesians 3:20 (MSG)
“God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!”

Ji Seong-Ho’s life story is a striking testimony of courage, faith, and unwavering devotion in the face of overwhelming adversity. Born in North Korea, he grew up during the devastating famine of the mid-1990s, when millions died of starvation..At that time, daily survival was uncertain, and hope seemed nonexistent.
In 1996, tragedy struck when a train accident crushed Ji’s left leg and hand, leaving him permanently disabled. In a nation with no compassion for the weak, his condition made life even more unbearable. Yet something within him refused to surrender. With crutches and one functioning leg, Ji made the unthinkable decision to escape.
His journey spanned nearly 6,000 miles through dangerous terrain, jungles, and borders patrolled by armed guards. At one point, while crossing a steep mountain, he collapsed from exhaustion and believed death was inevitable. In tears, he cried out a simple prayer: “If there is a God in this world, please save me.”
That desperate prayer marked a turning point. God sustained him, and in 2006, Ji reached South Korea safely. There, he encountered Christ and became convinced that Jesus had carried him through his escape. As he surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, his life was rebuilt. He received citizenship, education, mobility, and divine purpose.
After he graduated from the university, Ji Seong-Ho became a Christian activist and politician, boldly advocating for the freedom of others still trapped in oppression in North Korea.

Ji Seong-Ho could have resigned himself to a life of suffering in North Korea, but instead, he chose to move—trusting that help would come along the way. This is how faith works: we step forward in obedience, and God releases supernatural strength.
This year, God has great things prepared for us, but they will not be accessed by hesitation or spiritual complacency. To walk into the extraordinary, we must serve God with consistency, fervency, and total commitment. Casual devotion produces average outcomes; unwavering devotion positions us for divine intervention.
Ephesians 3:20 assures us that God is able to do far more than we can imagine—but that power is activated as we align ourselves fully with Him. Serving God wholeheartedly sharpens our spiritual sensitivity, strengthens our faith, and emboldens us to take courageous steps.
This is not the year to remain in comfort zones or entertain spiritual laziness. It is the year to hunger for God, linger longer in prayer, stay rooted in the Word, and obey divine instructions promptly. As our devotion deepens, boldness will follow naturally.
When we trust God completely and serve Him faithfully, He supplies the help we cannot generate on our own. As Psalm 28:7 declares, “My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped.” This year, as we step forward with boldness and unwavering devotion, certainly God will exceed our expectation and usher us into new realms of purpose and impact.

PRAYER
Lord, help me to serve You with unwavering devotion this year. Strengthen my faith to step forward boldly and trust You fully. As I commit my ways to You, lead me into the extraordinary plans You have prepared for me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

JANUARY 3 — ARISE AND TAKE POSSESSION!

Deuteronomy 2:24–25 (MSG)
“On your feet now. Get started. Cross the Brook Arnon. Look: Here’s Sihon the Amorite king of Heshbon and his land. I’m handing it over to you—it’s all yours. Go ahead, take it. Go to war with him.”

From childhood, Emmitt Smith dreamed of playing professional football, yet critics constantly told him he was not good enough. They said he lacked the speed, size, and strength required to succeed. Still, Emmitt refused to surrender his vision. He anchored his faith in God and remained committed to excellence, trusting that God had a divine purpose for his life.
His persistence eventually paid off when he earned a scholarship to the University of Florida. There, he excelled against all expectations. When challenges followed him as he joined the NFL. Instead of retreating, Emmitt doubled down on his devotion. He trained relentlessly, staying disciplined, and honoring God openly. His commitment resulted in his leading the Dallas Cowboys to three Super Bowl victories. Emmit’s skill made him outstanding and he eventually become the NFL’s all-time leading rusher.
When he retired from football in 2005, Emmitt carried the same devotion into business. Once again, God prospered the work of his hands. At his Hall of Fame induction in 2010, his first words were not about trophies or records, but gratitude to Jesus Christ for His guidance and blessings..

We need divine strength, dedication and determination to excel this year..God has great territories prepared for us new levels of influence, impact, favor, and glory. But divine inheritance does not automatically manifest; we must arise and take it.
In Deuteronomy 2, God told Israel that the land was already theirs, yet they still had to rise, move forward, and contend. Promise did not eliminate responsibility.
Before possession comes devotion. Before victory comes obedience. Before glory comes uncommon commitment. Many believers admire promises but resist the price. Yet God’s pattern has never changed: those who press deeper are the ones who rise higher.
This is not a year for spiritual complacency. However to arise and take possession, we must give ourselves fully to God—through prayer, obedience, steadfast faith, and resilience. Devotion is what transforms prophecy into experience.
Like Israel, some of us have “compassed the mountain long enough.” The instruction now is to move forward. As we devote ourselves afresh to God—pressing in prayer, aligning with His Word, and refusing distraction, certainly we will possess the uncommon blessings Heaven has assigned to us this year..

PRAYER
Father, grant me the grace for uncommon devotion this year. Strengthen me to rise, contend, and possess all You have prepared for me. I declare that I will not retreat, but press forward into Your promises, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

JANUARY 2 — PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!

Luke 9:29 (KJV)

Jonathan Edwards — one of the greatest theologians of the 18th century, lived a life consumed by prayer. Born in 1703, he grew up in a home where prayer was a daily routine. At just 18, after graduating from Yale, he became a pastor. Yet his greatest burden was not preaching sermons — it was to see change, transformation, and spiritual awakening. This hunger drove him to fervent prayers.
He prayed intensely. He fasted deliberately. He studied Scripture relentlessly. His devotion was so radical that many around him misunderstood him. But Heaven responded and in the 1730s and 1740s, a mighty move of the Spirit swept across New England . It was the First Great Awakening. Entire towns turned to God. Churches were packed. Conviction fell like rain. America was changed. And history recorded his name because he devoted himself to passionately serving God and praying with fervency.

If we desire results in 2026, we too must pray until something changes. When Jesus prayed on the mount, radical transformation occurred. Luke 9:29 says, “As He prayed, the fashion of His countenance was altered.”
Prayer alters atmospheres. It alters our countenance, alters our circumstances and alters our destiny .
Nothing changes until men pray. Casual prayer produces casual results. Fervent prayer is what forces seasons to shift.
This new year will not automatically bring change — prayer will drive it.
The altar you build in January will determine the victory you walk in throughout the year. Decide now: prayer will not be an emergency tool — but your daily oxygen. Let this year be marked by divine obsession — rising early, praying long, praying deeply, and refusing to live without the fire of the Holy Spirit..
When such fervent prayers rise, revival is bound to break out and things will shift in our nations. As we serve God passionately this year, certainly the Heavens will open over us and we will experience unprecedented positive changes in every area of our lives.

PRAYER
Lord, thank You for bringing me into this new year. Please Ignite my heart with fresh fire and help me build a strong altar of prayer that will shape my year. As I pray, let my life, family, and destiny be altered for Your glory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

JANUARY 1 — A YEAR OF DIVINE OBSESSION

2 Corinthians 3:18 (AMPC)
“And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.”

BIBLE READING: Genesis 1–3; Psalms 1

Alleluia!
We have crossed into a brand–new year. Glory to God!
This year God is calling us to a new level of relationship with Him.
We are to seek Him with such passionate devotion that can be likened to obsession.
One man who displayed such uncommon devotion was Jack Coe — one of the fiery pioneers of the Voice of Healing Revival in America (1930s–1950s). Nicknamed “the man of reckless faith,” he was known for audacity, boldness, and an extraordinary healing anointing.
Before entering full–time ministry, his devotion to God was so intense that when he first received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, he reportedly spoke in tongues for three days, communicating only by writing. After a year in Bible college, he was drafted into the U.S. Army during World War II. His spiritual fervency in the army seemed abnormal — he prayed openly, attended church every night, and witnessed boldly to soldiers. His behavior puzzled superior officers so much that he was sent for psychiatric evaluation and confined for observation, as they concluded he might be mentally unwell. But after finding no disorder, he was discharged.
Once free, Jack Coe launched into ministry. By 1944, he became ordained — and eventually traveled globally, filling a Gospel tent seating over 22,500 people, one of the largest in the world at that time. His story proves: men consumed by God become beacons of light in their generation.

To be the light to our world this year, we must understand that 2026 is not just another year — it is a divine appointment. It is a prophetic year requiring a prophetic posture. Only those spiritually ablaze will rise into what Heaven has prepared.
To walk into ordained glory, we must adopt what can only be called divine obsession — a fiery, uncompromising pursuit of God.
Like Jack Coe, the fire of the Spirit must burn in our bones. In an age where darkness grows bolder, casual Christianity will collapse. Those who burn for God — those who pray, fast, study the Word, obey, and walk in purity — will shine like stars in a crooked generation (Philippians 2:15).
2 Corinthians 3:18 shows us that the pathway to glory is continued beholding. As we daily gaze into the Word, we are transformed — from glory to glory. That transformation fuels impact and makes us outstanding.
This year everyone begins with the same currency — 365 days. But what becomes of 2026 depends on our spiritual posture. A wasted life is simply a collection of wasted days. Without God, this year becomes another calendar — full of resolutions but empty of results.
Therefore, let us choose early this year that we will burn for Christ, pursue His purpose, and seek God excessively. As we serve Him with fervency akin to obsession, Heaven will certainly pour upon us immeasurable blessings, anointing, grace, glory, and speedy elevations.
PRAYER
Father, thank You for this new year. Please ignite my heart with holy fire. Help me pay the spiritual price required to align with Your plans — that I may walk in the blessings You have ordained for me this year. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DECEMBER 31 —CELEBRATING GOD’S FAITHFULNESS!

Lamentations 3:22–23 (NASB)

As the world closes the curtain on 2025, major global news platforms are releasing their Top Headlines of the Year—painting a picture of a world full of shaking and uncertainty.
This year, deadly heat waves swept across continents, making 2025 one of the hottest years on record, forcing millions to face drought, crop failures, wildfires, and unbearable temperatures. Nations staggered under inflation and food insecurity, while several regions battled political unrest and elections—including Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea—highlighting intense global instability.
The world also witnessed ongoing armed conflicts, humanitarian crises, and the mass displacement of families. Nations fought for reform, leaders made desperate promises, environmental activists pleaded for change, and scientists issued warnings of what lies ahead. Truly, 2025 has been one of the most turbulent and unpredictable years of our generation.

Yet while chaos echoed across nations, God remained faithful to His children.
In the midst of breaking news and global shaking, God gave us breakthroughs and stability.
While nations groaned and storms raged, God carried us by His grace.
Lamentations 3:22–23 tells us the Lord’s lovingkindness never ceases and His compassions never fail. This is so true!

Therefore, on this final day of the year, let us honor God for what He has done by giving Him worthy thanks. Thanksgiving is the key that moves us out of the old and positions us for the new.
Maybe you didn’t see every promise fulfilled — yet you must still give thanks. If God preserved your life, then your story is not finished. If breath is still in your lungs, then mercy is still working.
As we prepare to cross into 2026, choose to enter it with faith and joy — not dragging yesterday’s weight, but stepping forward with expectation. Certainly, as the redeemed of the Lord, our path will only keep shining brighter and brighter..
The same God who kept us in 2025 is waiting for us in 2026 with greater mercy, greater grace, and greater glory.

PRAYER
Lord, I am truly grateful for Your faithfulness to me this year. As I prepare to cross into the New Year, may nothing ever silence Your praise in my mouth. I step into 2026 trusting Your goodness, mercy, and power to do greater things in my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

UPROOTING EVIL PLANTING!

15 years ago, an event called the ‘Good Riddance Day’ began as an unofficial holiday in New York City. It is an event that celebrates the departure of unwanted memories and the frustrations of the past year, so as to usher in a fresh start for the New Year. It started on December 28, 2007, by a group called the Times Square Alliance. Since then every 28 December, the annual Good Riddance Day has held in Times Square, New York, offering people the opportunity to write down their greatest failures, biggest regrets and most embarrassing moments from the year — so they can be destroyed. The organizers of this event believe that destroying symbols of unpleasant memories from the past year helps a person to get rid of these obstacles before crossing over into the New Year.
Participants write down painful memories from the past year and the papers are thrown into an industrial-strength shredder. Or if a person prefers, they could take a sledge hammer and smash their good riddance items, like a cell phone, for instance. The event is based after a Latin American tradition in which at the New Year, people stuff dolls with objects representing bad memories before setting them on fire.

Indeed there are negative things we do want to get rid of and not see again in 2026.
But shredding or smashing items that represent these negative things is not going to truly solve the problem.
If a problem can be likened to a tree, destroying physical reminders could be likened to targeting only the outward leaves, stems and branches, without touching the unseen root.
To permanently deal with problems we must go beyond the physical, because things are controlled from the spiritual realm.
There are people who every year try to break repetitive negative cycles in their lives, but despite their serious determination and New Year resolutions, they fail to overcome because divine help was not engaged.
To enjoy complete freedom from problems we must go for the root, which is the source of strength of the problems.
Therefore in these last remaining days of 2025, it is time to engage in spiritual warfare and aggression, activating the Blood of Jesus, to uproot everything we do not want to see in 2026.
In Matthew 15:13 Jesus says “Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”
God has given us the power to uproot every negative planting and put a permanent halt to every Egyptian trying to cross over with us into the New Year. As we engage the power in the Blood of Jesus, there will arise a barrier between us and all the forces of pharaoh.
It doesn’t matter the kind of evil affliction or oppression that came against you in 2025, certainly you shall see those Egyptians no more.
Today, by the power in the Blood, the evil roots of stubborn problems in your life is totally destroyed. All evil occurrence and repetitive negative cycles, are permanently broken and you are sailing gloriously into 2026 as a victorious and triumphant child of God!

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the power in the Blood of Jesus. Truly, by the power in the Blood, every tree which You have not planted in my life is permanently uprooted and destroyed today in Jesus Name.

DECEMBER 29 — GIVING  GOD OUR  HEARTFELT THANKS!

Psalm 92:1–2 (KJV)

Kurt Warner once dreamed of being an NFL star, but after college, no team wanted him. He was rejected repeatedly and eventually found himself working the night shift in a grocery store, stocking shelves for minimum wage. His dream looked dead — but he never abandoned his faith.
Kurt kept believing, kept practicing, stayed faithful in church, and held on to God’s promises.
Then suddenly, after years of obscurity, a small opportunity opened. He was invited to play in the Arena League. It wasn’t glamorous, but Kurt treated it like a God-given door. From there, God kept lifting him step by step, until in 1999 the man once forgotten became NFL MVP and Super Bowl Champion, leading the St. Louis Rams to victory. Today, Kurt openly declares Christ and gives Him glory for his miraculous turnaround.

With God, your present location is never your final destination. The path of the righteous may start dim, but it grows brighter and brighter (Proverbs 4:18). Wherever you may be today, rest assured — your story is still unfolding. Even when you cannot trace God’s hand — trust that He is working because He never fails.
Every child of God has a bright tomorrow. Where you stand this year is not where you will remain. As long as you stay faithful, keep serving, praying, and obeying God — He is arranging a future full of glory.
That is why the closing days of this year should not be spent in anxiety, regret, complaining, or comparison — but in thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is proof that we believe God will do greater things in our lives. It is the seed that activates expectations. As you thank God for what He has done this year, He ensures better things come next. Therefore let this season be your spiritual reset. Prepare to walk closer with God now than ever before.
Because preparation today determines manifestation tomorrow.
So as this year closes, let us thank God deliberately — and commit our heart to deeper devotion and obedience. Greater things are ahead. Certainly our best days are not behind us, they are before us..

PRAYER
Father, I thank You for all You have done this year. I believe my tomorrow is brighter. Help me finish this year with a grateful heart and serve You with deeper devotion, obedience, and faith, so that I can access the greater things You have prepared for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DECEMBER 28 — HE SHALL SAVE HIS PEOPLE!

Across the world, Christmas is celebrated in countless forms — yet, in many nations, the commercial and cultural expressions outweigh its spiritual significance. Japan is a striking example. Though nearly 99% of the nation is Shinto and Buddhist, Christmas has become one of its most vibrant seasons. Remarkably, Christmas in Japan is not even a national holiday, yet cities transform into dazzling winter spectacles — millions of sparkling lights drape skyscrapers, streets glow like rivers of gold, and themed displays attract huge nightly crowds.
Christmas Eve is celebrated far more than Christmas Day.as couples go out for romantic dinners, exchange gifts, stroll beneath illuminated parks, and take photos. Fast-food restaurants and bakeries experience massive demand — Christmas meals like fried chicken and strawberry shortcake have become symbols of seasonal joy. Santa appears in malls, parades, and advertisements — sometimes dressed like a Samurai to add cultural flair.
But in all the beautiful displays, Christ is absent. His name is rarely mentioned, His birth unknown, His message ignored. And when the lights are switched off and decorations packed away, millions return to life unchanged — because the celebration never touched the soul.

Jesus came to save, to restore, and to set the captives free. Matthew 1:21 reveals the true purpose of His birth: “…He shall save His people from their sins.” Christmas is not God’s decoration — it is God’s deliverance. Christ did not arrive simply to inspire holidays — He came to overthrow hell’s grip on humanity. He stepped into the world to destroy darkness, and rescue men trapped in sin.
From Genesis 3:15, God promised that the Seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head. Christ’s birth marked the beginning of the devil’s defeat.. Every miracle Jesus worked, every demon He cast out, every soul He redeemed — loudly declares: God keeps His promise.
Today, many believers still live behind invisible bars — fear, addiction, guilt, sickness, depression, lack, emotional wounds. But the message of Christmas is this: Freedom has come.
Jesus is Emmanuel — God with us. He is Jehovah-Shammah — the Lord who is there. He is the Fourth Man in the Fire, the Chain-Breaker, the Burden-Bearer, the Savior who never abandons His own.
So let this season be more than lights and laughter — let it become a reminder that our Deliverer has come. Celebrate, not for festivities, but because salvation now lives with us.

PRAYER
Father, thank You for sending Jesus — my Savior and Deliverer. Help me go beyond the festivities and live daily in gratitude, worship, and surrender. Let the reality of Christ’s freedom be made manifest in every area of my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DECEMBER 27; WORTHY WORSHIP TO OUR KING.

Matthew 2:11
‘And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.’

BIBLE READING: Psalms 86–90

The Magi were members of a powerful priestly caste from the ancient Persian and Babylonian empires. They were scholars who studied astronomy, medicine, mathematics, sacred writings, and royal records. Known as “king–makers,” no Persian ruler was crowned without their approval. Their influence stretched across regions from Mesopotamia to Arabia.
Centuries earlier, the prophet Daniel lived among this class of wise men in Babylon and became their leader (Daniel 2:48). Many scholars believe Daniel preserved prophecies — including the timing of Messiah’s arrival — which were passed down through generations. This means the wise men who came to Bethlehem may have been following ancient calculations originally taught by Daniel.
Their journey to Christ was no small trip. It was about 1,000 miles — stretching over months, perhaps up to two years. They traveled in a large caravan with servants, animals, and supplies. When Scripture says “all Jerusalem was troubled” (Matthew 2:3), it makes sense — a royal diplomatic delegation from the East had entered their city.
Their gifts also carried powerful prophetic meaning: Gold — tribute for a King. Frankincense — burned by priests in worship. Myrrh — burial oil, hinting at Christ’s sacrificial death
The journey of the Magi teaches us that real worship requires pursuit, sacrifice, and honor.

If men of great rank could travel for months, bear gifts of great value, and bow before baby Jesus — how much more should we offer our best to our Lord? Jesus deserves our highest worship. As we celebrate Christmas, let us pause and ask ourselves: What gift are we bringing to our King?
Had Christ not come, we would have remained hopeless, lost, and condemned. But His birth has rewritten our story and changed our eternal future. Truly, He deserves our very best. Presenting our bodies to Him — our time, our decisions, our lifestyle — is a worthy offering.
Romans 12:1 says our “reasonable service” is to present our bodies as a living sacrifice — holy and pleasing to God. Worship is not just a song; it is a surrendered life.
John 4:23 tells us God is seeking worshippers in spirit and in truth. These are those whose lives are centered on pleasing Him.
Therefore, let this season inspire a fresh dedication in us. The greatest gift we can place at the feet of our Lord is a life wholly yielded to His purpose. Today let us present our hearts, choices, loyalty, obedience, and service as our gold, frankincense, and myrrh to our eternal King.

PRAYER
Father, I thank You for the amazing gift You have given to us through the birth of Christ. In appreciation of Your love, grant me the grace to live a life that constantly pleases and glorifies You, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
