In 1530 England was a backward economy, yet by 1780 she possessed a world empire and would become the first industrialized power in the world. What made the difference?
One of the important factors that led to this positive change was the Reformation which began in 1517 and positively affected people’s spiritual lives. Martin Luther sparked the Reformation by protesting corrupt Catholic Church practices like selling indulgences. Due to his protest a lot of excesses in the Church were dealt with and Christians made drastic changes in their ways of living.
From the Reformation, a new generation of believers emerged who were fervent in spirit and diligent in their work. The new work ethic then led to the development of capitalism, which eventually helped to usher in the industrial revolution.
The Industrial Revolution that began in England in the 1760s changed the way products were made and how people lived and worked. It brought the benefits of civilization that we enjoy today such as healthcare, transportation, technology etc.
However, the industrial revolution was first preceded by the reformation that established spiritual discipline and positively affected people attitudes towards worshiping God.

A right spiritual positioning will always provoke positive changes that will catapult us from where we used to be to where we ought to be.
There is always something to do to experience a revolution and drastic positive changes. When God took Joseph from prison to the palace, it was a revolution as his story suddenly changed. Also when God took David from being a shepherd boy to become the king of Israel, his life was revolutionized. We can experience such drastic positive changes when we are willing to pay the required spiritual price of launching into a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit.
The price of spiritual obedience may not be easy, but the harvests will always be worth it. Though we may sow in tears, we will certainly reap a harvest of amazing testimonies in the end. (Psalm 126:6)
We all have areas in our lives where we need to make changes or improvements. . And today as we take the decision to allign ourselves with God’s Word, we will certainly experience positive changes in our health, finances, family and every other area of our lives.
Most importantly as we draw closer to the Holy Spirit, the Heavens will be opened up to us and there shall be showers of blessings..
In this 11th month, our seeds of obedience, will result in harvests of 11th hour miracles, amazing sudden breakthroughs and breaking forth on every side.

PRAYER: Lord, please show me what I need to do to experience revolution in my life. Please grant me the grace for obedience, so that I can experience a supernatural change of story in this season in Jesus Name.

On September 6, 1987, history was made at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, Baltimore.
On that day Dr. Ben Solomon Carson and his team of surgeons separated conjoined twins Patrick and Benjamin Binder .
Before performing the surgery, the team of physicians and nurses had rehearsed for months and stretched their medical knowledge to the limit..
Being a Christian Ben Solomon Carson. had prayed and sought God’s wisdom on this matter. As he prayed he had received a revelation on how to carry out the groundbreaking medical feat.. Finally came the day of the surgery. Cutting the large vein connecting the Siamese twins was the most dangerous part in the entire operation. For Ben Carson it was a make or break moment. If things went badly it would be terrible for the young doctor’s career. But if it was a success, it would boost his reputation.
Applying the method he had received earlier by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Dr. Carson cut the vein. The Siamese twins were separated without either of them dying. This was the first time in medical history such an operation would be successful. It launched the 35-year-old Ben Carson into instant stardom. The young doctor who had grown up in a ghetto, raised by a poor single mother, stepped into a global spotlight and became celebrated in the medical world.

Divine wisdom has the capacity to turn men into celebrities and stars on the earth.
The inspiration of the Almighty will always launch a person into great realms of exploits (Job 32:8).
No one goes far in life with common sense.
It is the wisdom of God that leads to extraordinary accomplishments.
Divine wisdom, which is from above, will always prove superior to all other kinds of wisdom.
The solutions we need to impossible situations will come as we launch deeper into the spirit and seek God in prayers. In Isaiah chapter 55, God lets us know that His ways and thoughts are higher than ours.
It is through the study of the Word that our eyes are opened to see God’s higher ways of thinking and acting.
God’s Word is the conveyor of the wisdom of God; it is God’s wisdom bank.
As we study the Word we will receive inspiration from the Holy Spirit and know what to do to experience our desired miracles.
As we apply the revelations given to us we will achieve incredible results and truly break forth to supernatural realms of exploits that will marvel the world..

PRAYER: Lord, Please help me to commit to the constant study of Your Word, so that I can connect to Your divine wisdom, which will elevate me supernaturally and cause me to break forth to extraordinary heights of exploits in Jesus Name.

In 2004, the world was shaken by the release of the film, “The Passion of the Christ”.
This movie not only powerfully impacted lives globally, it especially had a profound effect on its cast and crew.
Perhaps the most impacted person was Jim Caviezel, the lead actor, who played the role of Christ. Filmed in Italy during winter, the movie left Jim Caviezel with bouts of pneumonia and hyperthermia. A couple of missed strokes during the flogging scene gave Jim a 14-inch scar on his back. Jim Caviezel was also struck by lightning which hit the set three different times. According to the statistics, the odds of the 3-fold lightning happening was about one chance in a trillion. During the last shot, Jim’s body turned blue, not due to makeup, but because he was almost dying from hypothermia. While on the Cross, he could feel his shoulder dislocating and his heart was not beating right. A doctor was brought in to take a look at him. After examining him, the doctor said that Jim could die. But Jim knew he had to finish the movie. At that point he said he cared less about his life. He desired more for the film to be shown to the world, so that many could catch a glimpse of the sufferings of Christ. Jim, a committed Christian, who understood the spiritual implication of the role he was playing, had been fasting and praying during the shooting. Fortunately he survived, but had to undergo serious medical attention and two open heart surgeries afterwards. Jim said he felt that what he suffered on the set enabled him to catch a little glimpse of the price Jesus paid at Calvary.

If Jim suffered all of these while simply acting out a written script in a controlled environment, then it is unimaginable to comprehend the actual sufferings of Jesus at Calvary while surrounded by the blood-thirsty Roman soldiers.
Jesus paid the ultimate price for our redemption. His blood was shed to deliver us from every form of satanic assault.
Just as the mystery of the blood was engaged to deliver Israel from 430 years of bondage, the Blood of Jesus was shed to deliver us from every form of spiritual slavery. Jesus is our Passover Lamb (1 Corinthians 5:7).
By His Blood we have been given ultimate victory over every demonic plan to keep us in the bondage of sickness, poverty, redundancy and stagnation.

In Exodus 11:1 God says, ‘Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether.’

That “one more plague” God sent against Pharaoh was the mystery of the Blood. Once the blood was invoked, Pharaoh was urgent upon the Israelites to leave. In the same way, by the invocation of the Blood of Jesus in this season everything holding you captive will be in a hurry to let you go.
Today , as we begin to apply the Blood, every force that has been hindering our breaking forth on every side this year will be destroyed. By the Blood, everything resisting our testimonies of victory is permanently terminated. Certainly, through the power of the Holy Spirit, this is our time to experience accelerated blessings that will crown this year with good things for us in Jesus’ Name.

PRAYER:
Lord, Thank You for the power You have made available to me through the Blood of Jesus. Indeed, by the power in the Blood, I have the victory over every resistance to my breaking forth gloriously this year in Jesus’ Name.

Pshyra Sheriff, is author of the book. ‘The Plan: An Incredible Story of Amazing Grace..’
In this book she tells the story of her miraculous survival from a deadly illness.
Pshyra grew up in a large Pentecostal family that regularly attended Church but she had no personal relationship with God.
One day, in November 2018, Pshyra Sheriff suddenly collapsed and was rushed to the emergency unit of the hospital. After undergoing tests, she was given a devastating diagnosis of a terminal illness.
As she felt life slipping away from her body she repented of her sins and from that moment, her “religion” was transformed into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This personal relationship gave birth to an unshakable faith that would save her life. Over the course of the next several months of multiple surgeries and rehabilitation, her faith was sorely tested. Many times it appeared she may not survive.
However, God’s grace and mercy carried her through her darkest hours. She saw Jesus walk with her through her lowest valley as He did miracles that delivered her from death and gave her a new lease of life. Against all the odds, she supernaturally recovered her health fully and devoted her life to serving God
Today, she is an author who writes about the power of God’s love and grace.

The truth is that the depth of our relationship with God can make the difference between life and death.
We therefore need to build up inner spiritual strength and power so as not to faint in the day of adversity.

Proverbs 24:10 says ‘, if thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small’.

Investing in a loving and intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, assures us of His speedy intervention when we call upon Him in the day of trouble (Psalms 91:14-15).
When we consistently fellowship with God in His Word, we are storing up faith that will enable us withstand any future test or trial.
When our life is built upon the solid foundation of God’s Word, though the storm, rain and winds of life may come, we will have a solid anchor that keeps us standing strong.

Apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:13 told us to put on the whole armour of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

As believers, we ought to live constantly battle-ready.
If you wait for problems to begin spiritual preparations, you may be too late.
Let us therefore decide today to live spiritually prepared through launching into a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit. We will certainly triumph always in life’s battles when we daily fellowship with the Holy Spirit in prayer, in-depth study of the Word and praise.
It is our depth in God that determines our level of dominion in life. Truly, those who know their God, they shall be strong and do exploits.

PRAYER ; Lord Please help me to build up faith and inner strength through storing up Your Word in my heart. Please grant me the grace to launch into a deeper relationship with Your Spirit so that I can emerge the winner in every conflict in Jesus Name.

In 1927, Victor Plymire embarked on a 2000-mile trek into the deepest part of Tibet for his evangelistic work.
He and his team navigated through some of the world’s highest peaks, facing blizzards and avalanches. Finally arriving in Tibet, Victor Plymire was well received by the Dalai Lama, who was the Buddhist head monk that governed Tibet.
After establishing a mission base there, Plymire then decided to go deeper into some interior villages to preach. Aware of the possible dangers , he prayed fervently before departing. Accompanied by two Tibetan helpers, they arrived at a village controlled by a hostile local chief who rejected the Gospel and ordered that Plymire and his helpers should be beheaded.
Back in America, at that moment, an elderly Christian woman was awakened from sleep by the Holy Spirit and told to pray for Plymire because his life was in great danger. As she went into prayers, miracles began to unfold. In Tibet, the Dalai Lama suddenly felt prompted to send a runner to the village where Plymire had gone to warn the chief not to harm them. The runner arrived just as Plymire and his two helpers were being led outside to be killed and so their lives were spared.
Weeks later, Plymire received a letter from the elderly Christian woman telling him of the prompting to pray for him. He then realized that the Holy Spirit had led her to pray at the exact time of his arrest by the hostile chief and through her prayers he had been miraculously delivered .
Victor Plymire’s story is captured in the book “High Adventure in Tibet.”

The Holy Spirit is always at work orchestrating miracles and timely deliverance in the lives of believers.
In any situation where it seems you are tightly cornered, always be assured that God is able to make a way for you where there seems to be no way. God can suddenly raise help for you from unexpected quarters and create a path of escape from every trouble.
We serve the God of divine visitations, who can suddenly intervene when it seems all hope is lost. He is the Lord, strong and mighty in battle and nothing is ever too difficult for Him.
It doesn’t matter the gang-up against you, when God arises, all your enemies must surely be scattered.
When the power of the Holy Spirit is at work in our lives, our soul will always escape like a bird out of the snare of the fowler.(Psalm 124:7).
As the year rounds up we especially need to be spiritually sensitive because the “ember months” are notorious for troubles and calamities. But while it may be a time of temptations for the world, it will be our time of increased blessings and amazing breakthroughs because God crowns the year with good things. Certainly, this will be our season to experience extraordinary favor and divine increase in our finances, health, family, career etc.
This is also a season for us to become more spiritually fervent because the truth is that you either pray or you become a prey. Therefore as we launch into a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit, surely, we shall never be the prey of the wicked.
Through the mighty power of the Holy Spirit we will be indefatigable and triumphant and keep breaking forth gloriously on every side.

PRAYER: Lord, please grant me the grace to launch into a deeper relationship with You so that i can be empowered to overcome every enemy of my destiny and keep soaring higher in all my endeavors in Jesus Name.

The largest library in the world is the Library of Congress in Washington DC. It is also the oldest cultural institution in America.
It is formally known as the “library of last resort” in the U.S because it keeps a backup of
Items which may not be found in other national libraries.
The library of Congress has a vast holding that includes more than 32 million books, more than 61 million manuscripts, over one million newspapers from the last three centuries, over five million maps, six million pieces of sheet music, more than 14 million photos and prints and one of the only four perfect vellum copies of the Gutenberg Bible in the world.
All these are contained in approximately 530 miles of bookshelves.
Yet among all these volumes of books in this library, only one book can lay claim to being alive and powerful. That is the Bible.
The Bible, which contains the word of God, is unlike any other book in any library. The Bible is the oldest and most mysterious book in existence.
Unlike the other literary works, the Bible was not written by man, but by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit through different authors who lived in different generations and in diverse regions of the world.
The Bible remains the most popular book of all times and the most widely distributed, with printed numbers running into billions.

Indeed the Word of God is alive and powerful.
Certainly no other book in the world can ever compare to the Bible.
News articles may inform us, excellent well written novels may motivate us, poetry may captivate us, but only the living, active, Word of God can change us, empower us and transform us.
To an ordinary man, the Scripture may be made up of stories, however to the redeemed, the Bible is made up of life-changing mysteries.
It is our light in the darkness, strength in weakness and comfort in sadness.
The Word is God’s master plan for His people, it is our manual and road map to life.
However, no man can gain access to the wonders in the Word except by the revelation of the Holy Spirit.
The Bible contains God’s success secrets. However, it is the revelation of the Spirit that unveils these secrets and shows us how to reap their benefits.
For any believer to triumph in the world today, there must be genuine attention given to revelations of the Holy Spirit From God’s Word.
As we diligently listen to the Word and observe to do what the Holy Spirit says to us, certainly, God will set us up high above all nations of the earth and cause His blessings to chase us down and overtake us. (Deuteronomy 28:1-7)

PRAYERS;
Father, I thank You for the grace to seek revelations from Your Word through the help of the Holy Spirit. Please help to always obey what is revealed to me so that I can be blessed and truly excel in all my endeavors in Jesus Name.

Though Tony Davis was born into a Christian home, as a young man, he pursued worldly fame through singing Rhythm and Blues. A lifestyle of partying and drinking, left him feeling empty and frustrated until in desperation, he turned to God and rededicated his life to Christ. He then made the decision to sing for the Lord and pursue a Gospel music career.
He got married in 1995, and things seemed to be going well, until one evening when he went to pick up his wife from work and was caught in the middle of a shootout by street gangs.Five bullets hit him and he collapsed in a pool of blood.
After a while Tony died and found himself floating up to Heaven, to a huge glowing bright city. But all of a sudden He heard a voice say to him, ‘Tony, your work is not yet done. Go back.’ “
Meanwhile an ambulance had taken his body to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. But after 30 minutes of being dead Tony came back to life, to the shock and amazement of the doctors.
But Tony woke up to face medical complications; his vocal cord had been cut and his left leg faced amputation. Though doctors said he would never talk or sing again, Tony continued to trust God and that very night he got a miracle. He was healed and his vocal cord was restored.
Today, Tony is again singing Gospel songs and telling everyone about the amazing power of God’s love. His story is captured in the movie ‘I Forgive’.

God is still in the business of doing wonders.
When you dedicate your life to serve God and worship Him in spirit and truth, it is impossible for the enemy to destroy you.
David was a worshipper of God. Saul and the army of Israel relentlessly pursued David for many years and yet couldn’t destroy him.
When you are a worshipper of God, you have a victorious destiny in Christ: you may be challenged, but you are not permitted to be defeated. Christ will always cause you to triumph.
Though you may pass through the valley of the shadow of death, and pass through trials and tribulations, you will always come out victorious.
Even if you face situations that look impossible, as long as you are a true worshipper of God, you don’t need to fret, because you are never alone. God dwells in the midst of praises, and so when you are a worshipper, you are in company with God and if God be for you, who can be against you (Romans 8:31).
However, worshipping God does not just stop at singing, God is holy and He will only inhabit our praises when we worship Him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)
Since our fellowship with God is in the spirit, we need to move away from carnality and begin to truly walk in the spirit..As we do, we will be helped by the Spirit to achieve extraordinary results and indeed become a wonder to all.

PRAYER: Lord, please grant me the grace to begin to sincerely worship You in spirit and in truth. I thank You for I know that even right now You are turning every obstacle into a miracle for me in Jesus’ Name.

During World War 2, the different nations involved worked tirelessly to devise means of gaining victory in their battles.
Scientists from Germany were able to develop a secret weapon which they called a “vengeance weapon” to attack the US, Britain and their allies.
This weapon was a rocket known as V-2. It would later become the world’s first long-range guided ballistic missile.
Germany launched about 3,000 of these rockets which proved to be extraordinarily deadly. The V-2 was difficult to intercept as it would rise six miles vertically and then fall on its target at a speed of almost 4000 mph.
Although the combined forces of America, Russia, Britain and their allies would later win the war, they remained baffled by Germany’s secret weapon. They were all very eager to learn about this device that had caused so much devastations.
After gaining access to the V-2’s technical designs and the scientists responsible for creating it, they were able to understand the mystery behind Germany’s secret weapon. It was in it’s ability to overcome gravity rapidly and soar high into the sky by burning much fuel as it ascended.
The studies of V-2’s technical designs led to the production of what we see today as modern rockets and missiles.

As believers the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.In our spiritual arsenal is a secret weapon that is a constant mystery to our enemies.This is the power of the Holy Ghost.
Jesus said that everyone born of the Spirit is like the wind and no one can understand how he comes or goes.
By the exercise of the mysterious and great power of the Spirit, our enemies submit to us and remain subdued.
(Psalm 66:3)
Every child of God needs to exercise power in order to soar high and rule in the midst of their enemies.
At salvation we received a measure of power. John 1:12 tells us that as many as received Christ, to them were given the power to become the sons of God.
However, after getting born again we need to keep increasing our power level in order to be victorious in life’s battles.
We increase our power through a lifestyle of fasting, prayers, worship and study of the Word of God.
In these last days the opposition and resistance against our progress is getting hotter everyday.
Therefore we must be determined to pay the required spiritual price to triumph always.
This month, through the exercise of power of the Holy Spirit, we shall certainly triumph over every resistance and keep rising and shining and breaking forth to glorious dimensions.

PRAYER: Lord, please grant me a renewed desire for Your Word, worship and prayer, so that I can be empowered to fly to the great heights You have ordained for me this year in Jesus Name.

By the time John G. Lake was 26 years old in 1896, he had already started two newspapers and later went into real estate business.
As he began to sense the call of God upon his life he went to prepare for ministry under the tutelage of the great evangelist, John Alexander Dowie.
At that time Dowie was erecting a housing project in Illinois, called Zion city and he appointed John G. Lake to be the manager. Lake invested heavily in Zion’s properties but eventually lost his money when the project went bankrupt. Left in near financial ruins and almost penniless, Lake relocated to Chicago, where he bought a seat on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Lake had learned the secret of ceaseless prayer and unbroken fellowship with the Spirit of God. As a result of following divine guidance in his business, within one year of losing his investments, he was able to accumulate a sum that was the equivalent of about 5 million dollars today. By the standards of his time, John G. Lake was now a wealthy man. As he continued to grow in his relationship with the Spirit of God, he was guided to eventually go into fulltime ministry. Through the help of the Spirit, John G. Lake would become one of the greatest preachers of his time with a ministry that manifested mighty miracles, signs and wonders.

When we constantly plug into the Spirit through ceaseless prayers, we will become spiritually charged and empowered to do exploits..
God is committed to leading us into great things, as long as we take up the responsibility of calling upon Him in prayers. In Jeremiah 33:3 God said: “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
If we desire to make a success of our lives, then we must become determined to pay the required spiritual price of fervently seeking the Holy Spirit.
He is the One that teaches us to profit and leads us in the way we should go [Isaiah 48:17].
The best of our wisdom and our logical thinking is not a substitute for divine guidance.
When we maintain an unbroken connection with the Spirit of God, we will move with precision and avoid confusion in our pursuits.
Through His guidance we will make calculated moves and operate with swiftness in our endeavors.
Today, as we begin to heed the leadings of the Spirit we will certainly soar to a flourishing end this year and experience 11th hour miracles of amazing kinds in every area of our lives.

PRAYER: Father please help me to maintain an unbroken connection to Your Spirit. Grant me the grace for a continual flow of prayer, praise and hearing of Your Word, so that I can finish well and strong this year in Jesus Name.

Kathryn Kuhlman was greatly used by God to manifest the power of the Holy Spirit to the world. The secret of her amazing ministry was a deep and intimate walk with the Holy Spirit.
However, it was through difficult life circumstances that she learned the importance of submission and obedience.
One of those times she learned a hard lesson was in 1938, when she went against the advice of those close to her and decided to wed a man, who had left his wife and two sons.
Though Kathryn admitted that she could not “find the will of God in the matter” she went ahead with the wedding plans.
On the wedding day, she had so much lack of peace and inner turmoil that during the ceremony she fainted right on the altar. She had to be revived to take the wedding vows.
After the ceremony, she said to her best friends “I’ve made a big mistake!”
The marriage was such a difficult period that her ministry was put on hold. But after six years of continually feeling she was outside of God’s will,, Kathryn made the decision to choose the God she loved above the man she loved. She left the marriage, bought a one way ticket to another town and started her ministry all over again. From then on, Kathryn strived to be always obedient and never grieve the Holy Spirit. This resulted in the great anointing that distinguished her and took her ministry to global heights.

Every act of obedience is passing the test that results in our change of level.
Obedience is always the story behind the glory. All the giants of faith who succeeded in life, were ordinary men, made extraordinary by obedience to God.
The truth is that there’s a cost to the great manifestations of the Spirit. To be greatly anointed and used by God we must be willing to obey Him at all costs
Obedience is the pathway to power and the price of experiencing signs and wonders.

Philippians 2:8-9 says that Jesus was obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God highly exalted Him, and gave Him a Name that is above every name:”
We are called to follow Jesus’ example by always prioritizing obedience to God above following our own ways and inclinations. You never lose by obeying God rather you keep breaking forth to greater heights.
Today, let us receive the grace to always choose God’s will above our own feelings and desires. Though initially it may seem difficult to do so, but in the end we will see that God’s will is always better and His ways are always higher than ours.
Today, as we become willing and obedient, certainly we shall eat the good of the land and be celebrated in our generation..

PRAYER: lord, I receive the grace to always walk in Obedience to Your every instruction to me. As I do, I thank You for the manifestations of Your glory in my life through inexplicable miracles ,signs and wonders in my life in Jesus Name.
