Barry Blaze was the son of a Baptist pastor. As a teenager, he became attracted to the club scene and became involved with illegal drugs. During his first year at Liberty University in Detroit, Michigan, he had an encounter with Christ that turned his life around. His interest in music led him in 1988 to form a music band named ‘Code Of Ethics’.
In the 1990’s, Barry Blaze became a popular figure in American Contemporary Christian Music as his band recorded number one Christian radio hits. In early 2000, Barry kept rising higher in his musical career and the future really looked bright. But unexpectedly, everything changed on 1st May 2004 when Barry had a serious accident with his bike.
That day, it was raining slightly and Barry was about to drive out onto a bridge when he clearly heard the Holy Spirit tell him to pull off the road. Barry didn’t obey the strong divine prompting because he was in a hurry to get home. As soon as he got on the bridge, there suddenly came a strong wind with heavy lightning that sent Barry crashing headfirst into the bridge’s concrete barrier.
His head hit the bridge so hard it split his helmet, broke all the bones in his ears, ruptured his eardrums and severely damaged both his eyes. Rushed to the hospital, doctors gave him no chance of survival, but Barry made it through the night. From then, he began a battle to save his life as specialists performed multiple surgeries on him. His recovery was long and challenging.
But through it all Barry kept praying and trusting God. Eventually God answered his prayers, he recovered miraculously against all odds, and returned back to music where he continues to praise with his songs.

Many of us struggle with giving God full control of our lives. We want to do things our own way, and follow our own inclinations. But the truth is that we live in a world where the enemy goes about looking for whom to devour.
We would therefore be bankrupt if we don’t bank on God’s grace. While we desire greater breakthroughs and opportunities, we must also realize that new levels also attract new devils. As you rise higher on the ladder of success, so also does the enemy work harder to try to pull you down. Our prompt obedience to God is what guarantees us divine protection and progress. As we follow
His divine guidance, we can never be grounded. When God’s grace is at work, the lines will always fall for us in pleasant places. Even when we make mistakes, as we turn to God in repentance He will restore and rebuild us. God is a potter who is able to turn that which was marred into something amazing.
He is the God of second chances, who prefers to mend rather than to rend. When Jonah disobeyed God’s first instruction and suffered the consequence of disobedience, God still gave him a second chance(Jonah 3:2). And as Jonah became obedient, God used him powerfully in Nineveh.
Indeed God knows how to fix our lives. He can make miracles out of your mistakes and turn your mess into a message.
In this season as we remain willing and obedient to God’s will, certainly we shall eat the good of the land and keep breaking forth to unprecedented levels of glory.
.
PRAYER:
Lord, please enable me to spend quality time daily in Your Presence so that I can become sensitive to Your divine leadings. Thank You for the grace and strength to always promptly obey You in Jesus Name.

When Casey Treat was 24 years, he started the Christian Faith Center with only 30 people. Over the years, the Church has expanded greatly to become one of the largest churches in America with thousands of worshippers. In 2003, Casey continued to record more progress in ministry as he launched a huge building project and broadened his media ministry. In the midst of these activities, he went for a simple medical exam for his life insurance and was shocked by the outcome.
The medical exam revealed that Hepatitis C was killing Casey Treat. Doctors said he had a four percent chance of clearing the virus and most likely over the next few years, his liver would fail and he would either need a liver transplant, which was difficult, or he would die young. Doctors recommended a double dose of chemotherapy and other medicines for 11 months. But they told Casey that even with treatment there was only a four percent chance of clearing the disease.
With so few options, Casey desperately needed God to intervene. So he and his wife, Wendy began praying and seeking God for a miracle. Casey continued to pastor his church of 8,000 members as he began undergoing treatments and believing God for divine healing. Amazingly, the virus cleared in the first month of treatments. It was a miraculous answer to prayers and wondrous manifestation of God’s grace. Now whole and hearty, Casey Treat continues to preach the Gospel around the world today with renewed vigor..

We serve Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who is our healer..
No matter the complexity of any medical condition, healing is available for us through the precious Blood of Jesus and the stripes He bore at Calvary. Anytime you face a challenge in your health, look to Jesus on the cross. See Him beaten and scourged for you. He paid the price so that affliction will never arise a second time in your life.
Therefore don’t be intimidated by any symptoms or medical diagnosis. Rather stay with the Word which is God’s medicine—and continue to take it —every day and you will surely be made whole. God has sent His Word to heal us and deliver us from every destruction. God promised in Jeremiah 33:6: to bring us health and healing, and also reveal to us abundance of prosperity and security.
As the redeemed of the Lord, we are destined for a life of wealth and health.
If today, you are confronted by any negative situation, keep your gaze on God’s Word until your actions are dominated and controlled by what God says.
Always remember that you’re not a victim, you’re the victor. God is faithful to His Word and all of His promises are “Yes” and “Amen.”
As you keep giving glory to God you will soon see a speedy manifestation of His promises in your life.
Through faith in Christ you will rise above every obstacle and receive your miracle.
Certainly, this is your season to break forth on every side and experience new levels of health, peace, joy, prosperity and blessings of every kind.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You that it is my portion to experience victory and deliverance in every area of my life in this season. I receive today the faith that will enable me gain access into the full benefits of redemption in Jesus Name.

Pastor Dayalan Sanders is the founder of Good Samaritan Ministries. In 1994 he built the Samaritan Children’s orphanage close to the sea in the town of Navalady, Sri Lanka.
On Boxing Day of 2004, around 8 a.m, Sanders was alarmed to see a massive 30-foot wall of water, black in colour, rolling from the sea and heading towards the shore where the orphanage was. It was a tsunami!
Sanders knew there was no time to escape, he could only trust God.
Getting all the orphanage kids and his family, 32 people in all, into the boat would have taken about 15 minutes, but Sanders got it all done in under 10 seconds.
Normally, to avoid theft, Sanders never allowed his boat to stay overnight by the sea side, but the night before for the first time ever he forgot to bring it in. Having the boat already out saved them precious time, and they were able to quickly jump in.
Another miracle was being able to start the engine on the first try, normally he would have to yank the starter rope several times before the boat could get going.
As the boat surged towards the tsunami, Sanders didn’t feel scared, he looked up to the sky and knew God was watching and would not allow them perish.
He recalled the scripture in Isaiah 59: “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall raise up a standard against it.”
He then raised his hands and command the waves to be still in the name of Jesus Christ! As he prayef, he sensed an invisible force hold the wave back, allowing their boat to pass safely through. Dripping wet, but unscathed, they were able to get to the other side of the beach to the town of Batticaloa.
Through God’s grace and mercy they were able to escape the 2004 tsunami that killed an estimated 240,000 people..

There may be times we face troubles that seem like there’s no escape. But Psalm 46:1-3 assures us that God is our refuge and ever present help in the midst of turbulence and trials.. Because of God’s Presence in the storm, though the sea may roar we will not fear.
Today, the world is facing perilous times with tsunami-like waves of problems that are causing many hearts to fear and fret.
As believers in Christ, we have been given the grace to ride through the rough waters and keep rising higher gloriously. God has promised never to leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). As long as we abide close to Him, we are assured of triumphing always.
No matter what you face or what comes against you, through Jesus, you are an overcomer! Therefore in every challenge, stand firm in faith and refuse to yield to thoughts of defeat.
Living in victory requires you to take actions that demonstrate your faith in God. Speak to your mountains and declare stillness to the storm.
Always remember that you are never alone in your battles, you have divine back-up. Whatever you bind or loose on earth would be supported by Heaven.
Therefore do not be passive if you are confronted by the roar of the enemy in your health, family, business, career, relationships etc.
Step forward in faith and declare what God has said concerning your situation. God’s authority to overcome obstacles and move us forward is activated by our actions.
No matter how difficult things may seem, keep your eyes on Jesus and stay in His Word. He knows how to work together everything for your good. You may not understand it but as you keep walking in faith and giving glory to God, you will see manifestations of miracles that will deliver you from every trouble. Instead of breaking down, you will break through and break forth and emerge victorious in every confrontation.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace to always stand in faith through consistent study of Your Word. I know indeed that You are causing everything to work out together for my good and giving me the victory in all situations in Jesus’ Name.

Richard Marvin DeVos was an American billionaire who co-founded the Amway corporation and owned the Orlando Magic basketball team. Richard was an outspoken Christian whose faith became sorely tested in 1997 after he suffered 2 strokes. At 71 years old, Devos began slowly dying because his weakened heart was working at only about 10 percent of its capacity.

His doctors urgently recommended a heart transplant but no heart donor could be found in America. When he was taken to the UK, there he faced strict hurdles; According to the law, he could only receive a heart if no citizen of the United Kingdom needed it. Also the heart had to match his rare blood type and the heart had to have a large right ventricle to match his enlarged heart.
With all these stiff conditions, it looked impossible to get a donor in time and it seemed death was inevitable. Being a man of faith, Devos looked to God to make a way. Only weeks later, a miracle took place. A young woman with an enlarged heart came for a transplant, no one else needed her heart and it marched Devos’ rare blood type.
The heart transplant was successful. Devos recovered fully, regained his strength and lived an extra 21 years.
Before his death at 92 years old, wherever he went he refused to be introduced by his wealth or achievements but rather chose to present himself as a sinner saved by God’s grace.

Though he was a billionaire, Richard Devos came to the point where he realized his money or human connections couldn’t help him, except God’s grace.
Indeed the grace of God is a vital mystery for surviving and thriving on the earth.
Grace makes the difference between life and death, success and failure, growth and redundancy. The place of grace has no substitute in our race in life. Grace is the divine solution to life’s impossibilities and difficulties. No matter the resources at our disposal, there is a limit to what we can do as human beings. When we face mountains we cannot climb and rivers we cannot cross, it takes grace to make a way for us.

The word “grace” means “undeserved kindness, mercy, favor, and help when you need it.” No man can go far in life except he has access to divine help. We are all upheld by God’s grace and any day God withdraws His hand we will crash into disgrace. This is why we must continually acknowledge the hand of God in our affairs and praise Him. Our true measure of fulfillment and success in life is according to the level of grace at work in us.
It is therefore necessary that we commit ourselves to seek to know God through study of His Word and prayers so that His grace and peace will be multiplied in our lives. 2 Peter 1:2 says ‘Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.’

Today, as we commit ourselves to diligently seeking God, certainly we will never be stranded. God’s unmerited favor and goodness will smoothen our paths and cause us to keep breaking forth to glorious dimensions.

PRAYER: Lord, please grant me the grace to seek deeper knowledge of You through spending more time in Your Word and prayers. I thank You for filling my life with Your inexplicable miracle, signs and wonders in Jesus Name.

In 2005, America faced one of its worst natural disasters as Hurricane Katrina brought floods and gale-force winds that devastated New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. The hurricane displaced more than a million people and destroyed many buildings. A surprising survivor of the hurricane was New Orleans’ live oaks. These remarkable trees remained resilient and withstood the fierce winds of the hurricane.

Generally oaks are known to withstand incredibly strong storms, like tornadoes and hurricanes. Even when they are stripped of their leaves, oak trees survive because of their strength, their curvy branches, and their incredible root systems. Oaks not only withstand the storm, they also help protect the frail plants which cling to their trunks.

One of such frail plants is the Vine which ordinarily cannot survive the strong force of hurricanes but when sheltered by a strong oak, these plants remain unscathed. During a storm, the wind that blows on the exposed side of the vine, instead of yanking it away, only presses it closer to the oak’s trunk, where it abides protected until the calamity is over.

When the storms of life come, our only option is to cling to God with everything in us. Just as that frail vine clings to the strong oak, we must run to God and cling to Him to survive the storms of life. In our relationship with God, as long as we always cling tightly to Him, we will be protected from the fierce winds of life. As Christians we will sometimes face challenges. But thanks be to God who causes us to triumph always in Christ.

Times of challenges are when we should draw closer to God so that we can experience victory through Christ. In the seemingly turbulent seasons, when the wind is blowing fiercest, that is when to run deeper into the arms of Jesus. His grace is sufficient to guard us and cause us to prevail at last.

Afflictions are designed not to break us but to bend us toward our loving God. Therefore refuse to be broken by the wind of trials, rather let it bend you more towards the only One who can ultimately help you. Let it drive you to spending more time with God in prayers, study of the Word and worship. Psalm 34:18  says “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those who are crushed in spirit.”

In times of trials, God wants to keep us as the apple of His eyes and hide us under the shadow of His wings. As you keep clinging to Him, soon that test will turn to your testimony and every problem will end in praise.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to cling to You at all times. Without You I can do nothing, my hope and trust is in You, and I know Your grace is able to sustain me and lift me to glorious new heights in Jesus Name.

Old Harbor is one of the most picturesque villages on Kodiak Island in Alaska. Standing tall in the center of Old Harbor is the historic Three Saints Russian Orthodox Church. This church which was first established in 1795 is regarded as a miracle by many. On Good Friday 1964, a massive earthquake hit Old Harbor, Alaska.

The tsunami that followed devastated the entire town. This earthquake which measured 9.2 on the Richter scale remains the largest recorded earthquake in North America and the second in the world. The quake resulted in deaths and caused massive destruction, that almost wiped out all of the native villages. The only structure that survived was The Three Saints Russian Orthodox Church.

In the midst of the chaos and sounds of destruction, the Church bell was heard ringing loudly as it was shaken by the force of the quake. Yet miraculously, the earthquake seemed unable to damage the wooden structure of the Church building. When calm returned and some congregants later went in to clean the Church, amazingly they found almost everything intact, not even a candle had fallen from its stand.

The building was virtually untouched by the force of the earthquake.
Today, residents describe the survival of the Church building as the Good Friday miracle. Structures built with iron and concrete, were all twisted up and destroyed, but this humble, wooden Church building miraculously survived the devastations of the historical earthquake.

Today, the world is facing diverse quakes of economic instability, insecurity, societal upheavals etc. In the midst of the clamour and chaos, as believers in Christ we are destined to stand strong and unaffected.
Through God’s grace we will miraculously survive the things that devastate others. Because our foundation is built upon the solid rock of God’s Word, though the storm, rain and winds may come, we will survive them all.
While the enemy goes about like a roaring lion in the world looking for whom to devour, as a child of God, you will never be a victim. We have been given weapons of warfare that are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. A stronghold is a strong force, but through God we have been guaranteed victory against it.
So today whatever seems like a strong battle against you, know that you have been equipped to overcome it. In the face of overwhelming challenges, be assured that Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The forces that are for you are greater than the forces that are against you. Just stand in faith through diligent study of the Word, fervent prayers and passionate worship.
Certainly, God will make a way for you through the mighty waters. You are a survivor. You will not only survive, you will come forth stronger. When it’s all said and done you’ll still be standing triumphant. Because you are born of God, you are bound to always overcome..

PRAYER: Lord, I appreciate You for Your marvelous help in my life. I bless You for Your grace that has kept me and preserved me so far. Thank You for the great things You have in store for me in this season in Jesus Name.

By 1936, A.A Allen strongly sensed God’s calling to an evangelistic ministry, but he opted for a more stable life and began pastoring a Church for the Assemblies of God. By the fall of 1949, Allen began to hear stories of miracles taking place at some evangelistic meetings.

Hungry to see similar display of God’s power in his own ministry, he attended an Oral Roberts tent revival in Dallas, Texas. While there Allen felt God tugging on his heart to fulfill the original call given to him. Allen was so moved that he rededicated himself to God and upon returning home, he resigned the pastorate and began holding evangelistic meetings.
Soon, Allen began to see awe-inspiring miracles take place at his Revival Tent meetings. But as Allen’s reputation and fame grew, so did the oppositions against him. His enemies slandered him so relentlessly that Allen considered himself the most persecuted preacher in the world.
However he chose to ignore his detractors and press forward. In the midst of the persecutions his ministry began experiencing amazing expansion.
His preaching was followed by unprecedented forms of miracles such as creating of new organs in people’s bodies. Also at this time, Allen launched the Miracle Revival Fellowship, which licensed over 500 ministers and supported missions. He was given 1,250 acres of land, called “Miracle Valley” and he built a four thousand seat church auditorium. Despite his enemy’s attempts to stop him, Allen’s ministry only continued to grow and flourish exceedingly until he became established as one of the greatest preachers of his generation.

Any time you face tough opposotions, always have the perspective that God can bless you in the valley. God’s grace can turn your battlefield into your blessing field. What should have defeated you would only end up increasing you. As long as you are walking in line with God, the stumbling stones on your path will be converted to stepping stones to your greater destiny. People may attack you, but do not let their negative actions determine the outcome of your life.

Even when you face unfair situations, trust that God is working it all together for your good. Anytime you encounter a valley, it could be indication that you are headed to your mountaintop. Though you may sometimes walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you will come out better and stronger. Ahead of you, God has prepared a table for you in the presence of your enemies. Your cup is about to run over with blessings and you shall be anointed with fresh oil!

At the low points of life, is when the grace of God reaches down to pull us up to unmerited heights. His grace is the inexhaustible supply of His goodness, which helps us to triumph over our enemies. In this season, as you stay in faith and keep praising God, surely what was meant to stop you will only propel you forward. The adversity will turn to your advantage. Instead of breaking down, you will break forth to your highest victories and unleash your greatest potentials.

PRAYER:
Lord, please help me to always fix my eyes on the promises in Your Word and not on the problems around me. I bless and praise You for I know that even right now, Your grace is turning everything around for my good in Jesus’ Name.

MAY 9; TRANSFORMATION POWER OF GOD’S GRACE.

2 Timothy 1:9-10 (AMP) ‘For He delivered us and saved us and called us with a holy calling [a calling that leads to a consecrated life—a life set apart—a life of purpose], not because of our works [or because of any personal merit—we could do nothing to earn this], but because of His own purpose and grace [His amazing, undeserved favor].’

Robert Robinson was a famous 18th century hymnist, whose life’s story is a reflection of God’s amazing grace. Robert was born to Christian parents who were very poor. As a little boy, Robert had a promising future and his parents had great expectations of him. But his life drastically changed when his father suddenly died.

Robert who was only eight years at the time was devastated and deeply wounded emotionally. Without a father to guide him, as he grew older, Robert became an unruly child despite his loving mother’s efforts to raise him well. When he was 14 years old, his mother sent him off to another town to work as an apprentice to a barber.

As Robert began living away from his home, his life only got worse. He joined a gang of youths who influenced him to live a life of sin and debauchery. Caught up in his reckless life, one day, Robert and his friends decided to go and disrupt an evangelistic meeting being held by the famous preacher, George Whitfield. That day, Whitefield preached on the text: “O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?”(Matthew 3:7).

Robert felt as if the preacher’s words were being directed personally to him. He left the meeting in dread, full of fear, and was under a deep sense of conviction. Robert couldn’t shake off this feeling until he finally surrendered his life to Christ when he was twenty years old, in December 1755. He later became a fiery preacher who brought revival to his hometown. He wrote many famous hymns to reflect his story of living in sin and pain until his life was positively transformed when he encountered Christ.

Jacob started off as a supplanter, with a bad reputation. However, when he encountered God, Jacob received a change of name and became transformed into a celebrated patriarch and monumental figure in the Bible. Throughout the Scriptures, we see the transformation power of God’s grace. 1Chronicles 2:16 makes mention of king David’s sister whose name was Zeruiah. The meaning of Zeruiah’s name in Hebrew is “my wounds”.
Her name indicates something painful might have happened to her because in Biblical times people were usually named according to significant events in their lives. The interesting thing is that this woman who had a name indicative of pain, gave birth to three sons who were famous and outstanding in Israel. Her first son Abishai was distinguished among the mighty men of David for his great exploits in battles(2 Samuel 23).
Her second son Joab became the celebrated four-star commander general of the army of Israel under King David. The third son, Asahel, was famous as the fastest runner in all of Israel at that time.
So, whatever pain or wounds Zeruiah suffered in her life didn’t stop her from birthing champions. Likewise today, it doesn’t matter the wounds or setbacks you might have experienced in the past, you can still birth greatness.
You can rise from the ashes and soar to glorious heights. Through God’s grace, your pain can be turned to power. Your scars can turn you into a star. Thanksgiving is the mystery behind a sudden change of story. Therefore in everything let us keep giving thanks to God because it’s our season to experience our own story of glory.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your amazing grace and faithfulness in my life. Please grant me the grace to meditate constantly on Your Word so that my heart can be filled with the faith I need for a supernatural change of story.

Pastor Kevin Ramsby is an international speaker and author who runs an evangelistic outreach ministry.
In 2009, he was working as an inner-city pastor in a community considered to be quite dangerous. One night he was home alone because his wife and children had gone to visit relatives in another town. Pastor Kevin was woken from sleep at 3 a.m. by the sound of breaking glass downstairs. He sprang from his bed, grabbed a tennis racket, and started down the stairs.
When he reached the bottom of the stairs, he saw a man coming towards him with a knife. The intruder immediately began stabbing him in the abdomen, asking for money. The man kept repeatedly stabbing until Pastor Kevin fell on the cold ceramic floor in a pool of blood. After the man ran away, it appeared Pastor Kevin would die from the multiple wounds. But as he began praying he became infused with inexplicable energy and hope. Somehow, he got to his feet, carrying his intestines in his hands. He was able to make it out the side door, to a neighbor’s house. The alarmed neighbor immediately called 911. When Pastor Kevin arrived at the hospital, the doctors discovered he had 37 stab wounds. The medical team didn’t think he had any chance of making it. But amazingly, they discovered that none of his major organs was damaged. Pastor Kevin’s recovery only took 5 months. He became a medical marvel to the doctors. Though his survival had seemed impossible through God’s grace, he miraculously recovered and continues to proclaim the Gospel around the world.

As believers, the fire of trials reveals the power of Christ in us.
Though we may sometimes face troubles and tribulations, God always gives us a special grace to deal with overwhelming circumstances.
Through God’s enabling grace, you can handle things that would otherwise have broken or crushed other people. Through grace, the attacks that come against you, will only end up strengthening you. The storm will make you stronger and the war will turn you to a warrior.
God’s enabling grace is what Hebrews 4:16 talks about when it tells us to come boldly before the throne of grace to obtain help in the time of trouble.
This means you are never alone in your battles. God has made divine provisions to secure your deliverance.
Jesus paid His blood as price for our victory from every evil plan. Understanding the mystery of His Blood Covenant is essential to enable us survive and thrive in this wicked world. As a child of God there is a special grace upon your life that is established by the Blood of Jesus.
This grace means that you cannot be easily defeated in battle. Whatever you may face, through Christ you will triumph always.
As you diligently study the Word and seek God in prayers, you will have the faith that overcomes the world.
You may go through the fire, but you will not be burned. God’s grace upon you will be proven because you will survive.
Where your detractors thought you would stumble and fall, you will arise and shine .
Surely, today, is your time to arise out of every pit of despair and break forth to glorious new grounds.
Those adversities that came against will now turn to your advantage. Because you are born of God, surely you are born to overcome the world.

PRAYER Lord, please grant me the grace to always come to You in prayers to obtain the help I need. No matter what I may face today, I know You are able to see me through and turn every test into a big testimony for me in Jesus Name.

MAY 7; GRACE FOR EXTRAORDINARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS!

1 Corinthians 15:10 ‘But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.’

At 15 years of age, George Whitefield worked as a bartender in his father’s drinking bar. After he got born again, he became so hungry for God that once the bar closed, he would go up to his room and read his Bible by the light of a candle. He would spend hours in studying, praying and having sweet communion with the Holy Spirit.
Later, while studying in the university, Whitefield associated with Charles and John Wesley who helped to deepened his spiritual life. As he continued to increase in spiritual strength, at only 25 years old, George took America by storm when he embarked on a preaching tour in 1739. America’s Great Awakening was sparked largely by this preaching tour. Whitefield worked hard to kindle revivals wherever he went. From his first outdoor sermon on February 17, 1739, at the age of 24,, his life was one of almost daily preaching. He preached almost six hours a day, and seven days a week throughout the course of his ministry.
George Whitefield is noted as a phenomenon in the history of Christianity. He prompted the founding of about fifty colleges and universities in the United States.

Though George Whitefield started off in life as a bartender, through dedication to his calling he ended up as reference point in his generation.
When Apostle Paul began his ministry, he lacked the spiritual qualifications of the other apostles. He considered himself the least among them and felt not worthy to be called an apostle(1 Corinthians 15:9).
But Paul utilized the grace that was given to him and took seriously his call to reach the gentiles. He labored until he ended up as a mighty, world-changing force for the Gospel. He said “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all”(1 Corinthians 15:10).
The word “grace” in the above verse denotes the empowering presence of God. Through this grace Paul worked harder than others and accomplished extraordinary things for God’s kingdom. Like apostle Paul, every child of God, is bestowed with the grace to accomplish great things and rise to enviable heights in life. Even if your beginning is small, your later end is destined to be great and glorious.
When we utilize the grace upon our lives and become dedicated to our calling, God will open doors of miracles, blessings and abundance to us.
Redemption has positioned you for a glorious destiny. Therefore refuse to be the tail and always strive to be the head. Refuse to have a mediocre attitude toward your work but rather do things in an excellent way that will cause your light to shine before men and bring glory to God.
Wherever you may be today, don’t settle for less than your best, that’s not your destiny. 1 Corinthians 15:58 [MSG] says “Throw yourself into the work of the master, confident that nothing you do for Him is a waste of time or effort”. Surely God is a rewarder. As you seek to honor Him in whatever you do, He will cause you to rise above your peers until you break forth to glorious heights and be counted among the very top in your field.

PRAYER: Lord, please keep my heart always panting after You and the affairs of Your Kingdom. By Your grace I shall tirelessly pursue my calling and never settle for less until I arrive at my glorious destiny in Jesus Name.
