In February 2018, a Chinese Christian named Joseph Turdakuna, was arrested by Chinese officials and imprisoned for 10 months.
He was subjected to different kinds of tortures and kept in a dark room. During his ordeal, Joseph was reminded of a vision his pastor had two years earlier. His pastor had seen him in a dark room with no windows and no light, but a hand appeared and took him out of the place.
While in the prison, Joseph was comforted by the thought that just as a hand had eventually taken him out of the dark room, God would eventually deliver him. He utilized his time there to preach to the other prisoners. Ten months later, in December 2018 Joseph was brought out from prison but placed under house arrest. In 2019, he, his wife, and their 11-year-old son fled to Kyrgyzstan. When Chinese authorities actively sought to repatriate them with the cooperation of Kyrgyz officials, Joseph then contacted some US Christian organizations. Miraculously he received unusual assistance from the US government to gain entry into the United States with his family. Just as was shown to his pastor in the vision, God’s mighty hand had pulled Joseph out of the dark room and brought him to the light of liberty and freedom.

Our decision to serve God will often attract attacks from the forces of hell, but in every situation, we must be assured that God’s mighty hand is able to deliver us.
Psalm 34:19-20 says ‘Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken..’
In every temptation, God will surely make a way of escape for you.
When Peter was locked up in prison to be killed the following day, guarded by soldiers there seemed to be no way of escape. Yet, despite the tight security, an angel came right into the prison and brought him out.
There’s no situation too tight for God to intervene.
He is the way-maker who can break open prison doors and break you out of any captivity. When you have faith in God’s Word, you can never be stranded in life.
Faith confers us with supernatural victory over life’s challenges.. Because we are born of God, we are born to overcome the world, through our faith(1 John 5:4).
The power of God resident in a believer, which is the anointing, can be likened to oil. And just like oil will always rise above water, the child of God can never be held down or held back by any circumstance. He will keep rising higher because he that comes from above is above all.
Today, as we keep giving glory to God and keep declaring Him faithful, surely we will experience divine turnaround of every captivity, breaking of barriers and breaking forth to amazing new realms of exploits

PRAYER; Lord I thank You for the faith to believe You for my own miracles. You are forever faithful and You never fail and I know that even right now You are performing amazing wonders in my life in Jesus Name..

Rev. Lott Carey, is a beacon of inspiration across generations. He was born into slavery in 1780, but faith in God inspired him to soar to greater heights in life. Lott Carey is celebrated today as America’s pioneer black missionary to Africa.
When he was 24 years old, in 1804, Lott Carey heard the Gospel preached in a Baptist Church and committed his life to Christ.
After joining the Church, he felt called into ministry. Though a stark illiterate, through determination, he learned how to read and write and was able to study the Bible.
As he stepped out in ministry, his preaching not only impacted the black people but also the white people. Lott Carey hungered to take the Gospel to Africa and so formed the African Missionary Society.
He was doing all these while still a slave, but by 1813, he was able to raise enough money to purchase his freedom.
Thereafter, he became a missionary and led the first Baptist missionaries into Africa. He was instrumental in establishing the colony of Liberia and formed a Baptist church in Monrovia, the colony’s capital. His ministry made great impact and he is celebrated today as one of the foremost Black Christian leaders of his time.

Anyone born of God, is destined for global impact. It doesn’t matter how disadvantaged your background may be, though your beginning may be small, your later end is bound to be great.
According to Scriptures, redemption has positioned us to become the light of the world, the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath.
As we yield ourselves in complete and whole-hearted obedience to God, He will lead us inch by inch into the grand plan He has for us.
Job 36:11 says that when we obey and serve God, we shall spend our days in prosperity, and our years in pleasures.
Surely God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him . Through His blessings, our situation can suddenly change from ordinary to extraordinary and from grass to grace.
There’s no limit to how far you can soar, when you make the definite choice to completely obey God.
No matter how disheveled things may look right now, as you commit to covenant alignment, this will be your time for sudden turnaround
and divine acceleration to enviable heights of destiny.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace and strength to maintain a covenant walk with You so that I can enjoy speedy manifestations of Your divine plan for my life in Jesus Name.

One of the most notorious plane crashes in history occurred on December 29, 1972. In that festive Christmas season, Eastern Air Lines Flight 401 was flying a load of holiday passengers from New York to Miami City.
As the huge aircraft approached the Miami Airport, a light that usually indicates proper deployment of the landing gear failed to come on. The pilot was worried, not knowing if the light bulb was simply defective or if it was actually indicating that the landing gear had not deployed. He put the plane on autopilot to fly in circles over a swampy area while the flight engineer tried to change the malfunctioning light bulb. When the bulb proved difficult to dislodge from its socket, other people in the cockpit tried to assist.
Eventually, all the cockpit crew became preoccupied with the burnt-out landing gear indicator light.
With the distraction, no one noticed when the autopilot disconnected, and the aircraft gradually began losing altitude. Finally, the plane dropped and crashed, killing 101 people, including the pilots, the flight engineer, and two flight attendants. 75 passengers and crew survived. The crash occurred while experienced, high-priced, seasoned pilots lost focus of the plane and became distracted by a seventy-five-cent light bulb.

Similarly, on the flight of destiny, distractions can be deadly. Loss of focus has led to the crash of many potentially great missions and visions. The truth is that you can’t achieve great things if you remain distracted by small things.
Therefore, in trying to reach our glorious destination, we must refuse to allow our attention to be diverted from our main goal.
Distractions are side attractions that try to shift your attention from your purpose.
In this present age, the enemy is bringing up all kinds of distractions to shift men from their divine call and mission. Mass distraction has hit the world in these end times and is knocking many people off course as they spend precious hours on what doesn’t matter.
To run destiny’s race effectively, we must keep our eyes on Jesus, irrespective of the happenings around us. Keep looking up and stay focused on your destination.
On this journey, if you look down, you will see discouragement and disappointment; if you look back, you will see regrets and mistakes; if you look around, you will see distractions; but if you look up, you will see victory and triumph. Let us therefore keep looking up to Jesus via His word, fervent prayers, and praise. By focusing on God’s call and ignoring the noise of distractions, we will accomplish great things. It is indeed our time to break forth to greater levels of divine health, wealth, progress, peace, joy and all round blessings.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for enabling me to always maintain the right focus. Please help me to make Your plan and purpose always top priority in my life in Jesus Name. .

Tony Gaskins grew up in a Christian home where his father was a pastor. But their family lived in a low-income neighborhood where gangs, drugs, and crime were a way of life. As Tony grew older, the flashy lifestyle of gang members soon began to strongly attract him.
By the time he was 18 years old, Tony went from being a church boy to becoming a street thug and gangster. From then until age 23, he lived in a back-slidden state where he reveled in a sinful and hedonistic lifestyle. From the money he made by selling drugs, he bought an expensive car.
He had a wake-up call when his car was suddenly stolen. Finally, it seemed his eyes were opened to the futility, insecurity, and vanity of his worldly pursuits.
From that day on, he repented and returned to the Lord. While many of his friends would end up either killed or serving life sentences in prison, Tony began a new life of serving God.
At 25 years old, he started his first company and made rapid progress. Operating on his gifts, he soon became a highly sought-after speaker.
Today, Tony owns five companies and is a motivational speaker, author, and life coach who is known internationally and listed among the 50 most motivational people on the Web.

In Luke 15, the prodigal son experienced a destiny-defining moment when he came to himself. As he changed his thinking, his life also changed. After the prodigal son sat down and reasoned, he came up with a plan of action. He arose and went back home to his father. The result was that his dignity and progress were restored.
Just like the prodigal son, anytime we find ourselves stuck and things seem not to be working, we need to stop and think of where we could have missed the mark.
If we are consistently not getting the desired results, then we need to sit down and reason out what to do to correct the situation. Reasoning is the ability to process issues to logical and productive ends.
A lack of reasoning can make a man waste a whole lifetime grounded in the same spot. But the right mental exercise will produce progress and excellence in us. Indeed, our success and progress are tied to the effective use of our minds. As believers, our minds are loaded with divine deposits.
2 Timothy 1:7 says that God has given us a sound mind, and 1 Corinthians 2:16 says that we have the mind of Christ. By God’s grace, as we begin to put our minds effectively to work in this season, we will certainly experience exceptional breakthroughs, divine promotions, miraculous turnarounds and unlimited success in every area.

PRAYER: Lord, please enable me to diligently study Your Word so that I will begin to manifest superior reasoning and obtain exceptional results that will bring glory to Your Name wherever I go in Jesus Name.

On August 26th, 2002, in St. Augustine, Florida, seven-year-old Matthew Carrera was playing in a bush near their home when he was suddenly bitten five times by two rattlesnakes.
On hearing his scream, his father rushed out and immediately began speeding with him to the hospital. On the way, Mathew’s father desperately called upon God. It was a race against time. At the hospital, the case was so serious that Matthew had to be immediately airlifted to the critical care unit of Wolfsons Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
On arrival, doctors didn’t expect him to survive that day. His body was in shock, and his kidneys and liver showed signs of failing. However, Matthew’s parents being Christians, trusted God for a miracle. As relatives and friends began praying ceaselessly, miraculously, Matthew not only survived that day but survived many more days to come. And though various complications arose, Matthew’s family persisted in their prayers, until eventually God gave them the victory. Soon, Matthew was well enough to be discharged from the hospital. His recovery totally amazed the medical doctors, who saw him as a walking miracle. Matthew Carrera’s story has been featured on several media platforms, including the Christian Broadcasting Network. [CBN].

We must be ready to fight the good fight of faith to overcome every attack of the enemy. Even in situations that seem impossible, victory belongs to you by the Blood of Jesus.
Therefore, refuse every contrary verdict and don’t accept any negative condition that comes your way. Rather arise in prayer and resist the devil by standing firm in faith. We serve Jehovah Rapha, the Lord, who is our healer. God promises that when we call upon Him in the day of trouble, He will deliver us, and we will glorify Him. [Psalm 50:15].
Anytime you face a health challenge, there’s deliverance power for you in the Blood. Look to Jesus on the Cross, see Him beaten and scourged for you. He paid the price so that affliction will never arise a second time in your life.
Therefore, don’t be intimidated by any symptoms or medical diagnosis. Rather, stay with the Word, which is God’s medicine, and you will surely be made whole. God has sent His Word to heal us and deliver us from every destruction. As we constantly build up our faith for victory through studying God’s Word, we will be indefatigable in every battle.
Through the Blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony, surely we will triumph always. This year, by God’s grace, nothing will hinder us from living in wholeness, sound health, prosperity, blessings and breaking forth on every side!

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the deliverance power available to me through the Blood of Jesus. Please help me to commit to walking in faith, so that I can enjoy constant victory in every battle in Jesus’ Name.

In Australia, around harvest time, it is common to see a whole field of sugar cane burning with fire, with the flames reaching into the sky at night.
This fire is not an accident rather farmers intentionally set their sugar fields on fire before harvesting them.
This practice started in the early 1940s after there was a serious outbreak of a fatal disease spread by rats in sugar cane. Farmers began to intentionally set whole sugar cane fields on fire to burn off the diseases and also destroy the useless dead parts of the sugar cane.
To their pleasant surprise, the farmers discovered that burning the fields before harvest increased the yield of sugar from the sugar canes and improved the overall quality. Since then, burning the sugar cane fields has become standard practice among Australian farmers.

Just as these farmers discovered that burning the sugar cane produced a better quantity and quality of sugar, oftentimes in life, fiery trials only end up making us better and sweeter.
Gold is precious, but until it passes through the refiner’s fire, it holds no value. Likewise, every one of us carries an enviable destiny, which must be processed through diverse challenges for our real values to manifest.
A refiner’s fire does not destroy that which is valuable. It only burns up the chaff. Likewise, as a child of God, fiery trials will not consume you; rather, they will end up refining you and culminating in your greater glory.
Therefore, if you are facing any trials of fire today, remain expectant because something good is about to happen to you. As you stay in faith and prayer, in the place of ashes, you are going to see beauty, favor, health and increase. Where you were meant to break down you will rather break forth to glorious new heights. Certainly, whatever the enemy planned for evil will only turn around to work together for your greater good.

PRAYER: Lord, please grant me the grace to daily draw closer to You via Your Word. By Your grace through every trial, I shall come forth better, sweeter, stronger, and wiser than ever before in Jesus Name

Pastor John Hagee is an internationally known televangelist who founded the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, in 1975.
After founding the church, Pastor Hagee knew that God had a global plan for his ministry and asked the church board if he could start preaching on television. But they kicked against it because the church couldn’t afford it.
So, Pastor John Hagee and his wife Diana sold some personal property, bought three RCA cameras, and started Global Evangelism Television (GETV).
However, in the 1990s, Pastor Hagee experienced a serious financial setback and had no money to pay the TV stations. He contemplated closing down the television ministry, but his mother, who was a woman of faith, told him to trust God for divine provisions.
Two days later, Pastor Hagee got a call from someone who said he was not a Christian, but he had seen Pator Hagee preaching on TV and felt people needed to hear what he was saying. And for that reason, he was going to send him a million dollars.
Pastor Hagee concluded the caller must be drunk and so hung up the phone without giving the man’s words further thought. But two days later, he received an envelope addressed to him. He opened it and found inside a check for one million dollars. It was from the caller, whom he had thought was drunk but was actually a multimillionaire. Since then, Pastor John Hagee’s telecasts have continued to positively impact many lives in many nations around the world.

We must never limit what God can do in our lives.
While the enemy may often attempt to halt our vision or purpose by cutting off supplies, God is able to miraculously turn things around.
In 2 Kings 6, King Ben-hadad of Aram and his army planned to defeat Samaria by cutting off their food and water supplies. As a result, there was such a great famine in the city that food prices skyrocketed to unaffordable amounts. People began to starve and the situation was desperate.
In the midst of this great famine, one day Prophet Elisha prophesied and said that by the next day God would make food so very abundant that the prices would become very cheap in the market.
What the prophet said sounded so unbelievable that the officer to the king declared it impossible.
God orchestrated events that brought His word to pass. By the next day, Ben-hadad’s army ran away and there was such an abundance of food that the prices rapidly crashed in the market. While the King’s officer, who had doubted God’s word, saw it happen, he died before he could eat of it.
God is awesome and can do miracles that completely exceed all expectations—far more than you could ever imagine, guess, or request in your wildest dreams! [Ephesians 3:20]
It’s obvious today that there is an increasing economic crisis in the world. As a child of God, you must refuse to partake of the scarcity mentality but rather stand firm on God’s promises to prosper you even in the desert.
Understand that you are not a part of the world’s Babylonian economic system; rather, you are a candidate for Heaven’s supernatural supplies.
As a believer in Christ, you operate under a covenant that is stronger than any economic climate in the world. God has divine provisions for the vision He has called you to.
Therefore in every situation continue to stand in faith and praise God for His divine provisions. Certainly, this is your season to break away from limitations and break forth into supernatural abundance, new opportunities, and amazing open doors.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to focus on Your Word always. Please enable me to get rid of worry and anxiety and grant me the grace to always believe You for the miracles that I need in Jesus Name. .

Towards the end of the 19th century, Willis Hotchkiss traveled with two of his friends from America as missionaries to Kenya.
Kenya is a country known for its diverse species of wildlife. One day, in 1898, Willis Hotchkiss decided to go hunting with a native..
On their way, suddenly, they saw, coming on their path, a lioness with her three cubs. Not wanting to face the lioness, known to be very dangerous when protecting her cubs, they started to go back. But to their dismay, they found that two rhinoceroses were coming up behind them. The two men stood still, not knowing which way to go. In that difficult and dangerous position, caught between those vicious beasts, the missionary prayed and asked God to protect them. As they watched, the lioness, which had come quite close, prepared to attack. She bellied down on the earth and made ready to spring on them. But suddenly, her great frame began to tremble as she cowered in fear, as if she was seeing an invisible terror. Then she turned and ran away from them. With the lioness out of their way, the two men quickly moved forward until they had escaped. Missionary Willis Hotchkiss knew God had miraculously delivered them from death and harm.

The Israelites found themselves trapped between Pharaoh’s army and the Red Sea in Exodus 14.
They couldn’t go back, and they couldn’t go forward. The future looked impassible, and the present seemed impossible. But in that position of profound difficulty, that was where God’s power showed up for their deliverance.
Like the Israelites, we can sometimes feel trapped between a rock and a hard place. It might be financial challenges, where your bills outweigh your income, or problems with your health, business, family, relationship, etc., where there seems to be no immediate solution in sight.
However, those places where it feels like our backs are against the wall can become platforms for the display of God’s mighty grace and power. Those times of impossibilities could be times of divine opportunities.
The key to Israel’s deliverance was obeying God’s divine instructions. God told them to “go forward” (Exodus 14:15). As they marched toward the Red Sea, God split a path right through the middle of it.
It is important that we position ourselves to hear from God anytime we come to a difficult crossroads in life’s journey. Divine direction comes easily when we maintain a lifestyle of diligent study of the Scriptures, fervent prayer, and worship.

As we hear and obey God, He creates a path of miracles through that hard situation.
Certainly today, God will calm every raging storm around you, fight your battles, restore you, prosper you, promote you, and cause you to truly break forth on every side .

PRAYER:
Father, today I choose to trust You and hold my peace, knowing that You are indeed able to fight all my battles and give me the victory in Jesus Name.

Frederick Brotherton Meyer, better known as F. B. Meyer, was a Baptist pastor, teacher, and evangelist who had an impactful ministry that extended to several countries.
He wrote over 75 books and was a lifelong friend of the famous American evangelist, Dwight L. Moody.
F. B. Meyer was involved in inner city mission work and was also known as a crusader against immorality who brought about the closing of hundreds of brothels.
In 1878, he initiated the building of Melbourne Hall, which became a place of pilgrimage and a center of evangelical and missionary influence. Though F. B. Meyer started as an unknown preacher, through dedication to his calling, he eventually became globally recognized and celebrated.
Dr. Meyer was once approached by a young preacher who asked how he could become like him and also gain such influence and fame.
Dr. Meyer responded, “Don’t waste your time waiting and longing for large opportunities that may never come. But faithfully handle the little things that are always claiming your attention.”

Truly, our faithfulness in handling little opportunities today will determine the level of breakthroughs we can enjoy tomorrow.
When we read the biographies of great men and women, we often find that most of them started from humble beginnings, before they became great.
This agrees with the Word of Jesus in Matthew 13:31–32, which describe the Kingdom of Heaven as a grain of mustard seed that gradually grows into a great tree.
In God’s kingdom, those who will become great often pass through an unseen season of preparations where they are proven faithful.
God rewards faithfulness. Proverbs 28:20 tells us that the faithful shall abound with blessings.
What you do with the little opportunities you have now will open the door of promotions to your next level. So don’t despise your days of small beginnings.
God has great plans for your life, but it is how well you handle today’s placement that will determine tomorrow’s blessing. We therefore need wisdom to maximize our days, to utilize every opportunity, and put in our best wherever we are currently.
Your position today may seem ordinary, but as you continue to serve faithfully, it is only a matter of time before you break forth to extraordinary heights and ascend the glorious throne God ordained for you.

PRAYER:
Father please open my eyes to see the opportunities that abound around me. Please enable me to be faithful where I am now so that I can qualify for the glorious heights You have destined for me in Jesus’ Name.

After being ordained a pastor in 1942, Velmer James Gardner burned with the desire to see mighty manifestations of God’s power in his ministry.
He was deeply impressed by how, at the time, God was using older ministers such as Smith Wigglesworth and Dr. Charles Price. When Velmer asked God why he wasn’t seeing the same great anointing in his own ministry, God told him “You can if you’ll pay the price.”
Velmer then determined to pay the price and he began to fast and pray for hours each day to see the presence of God become a reality in his life.
However, despite his fervent prayers, there still seemed to be no great miracles in his ministry. Those were difficult days for him as the devil tried hard to discourage him from continuing to pray.
As Velmer continued to seek God, he finally began to see the healing revival he had been praying so long for.
In 1948, he went to Oregon to hold services for another Pastor, and the meetings that started small, quickly grew as healings and miracles began to occur.
From then on great manifestations of power began to flow in Velmer Gardner’s ministry. He too began to walk in great anointing and eventually became one of the notable revivalists and prominent evangelists of the Voice of Healing revival that swept through America in the 1950s.

We must discipline ourselves to be spiritually persistent until we see the manifestation of God’s promises.
David was still a teenager when Prophet Samuel anointed him to be king over Israel in 1 Samuel 16. Before David could see the manifestation of his kingship he passed through thirteen difficult years where king Saul did everything to destroy him. But eventually king Saul was killed in a battle and David ascended the throne in fulfillment of God’s Word concerning him.
We must stand in faith until we see the manifestations we desire. We must be conscious that we are in a warfare, with an enemy who fights hard to try to discourage us from seeing our desired miracles, visions and dreams. One of the strategies he uses is to try to wear you out and get you to give up when you are closest to your miracle. Some times, the enemy tries to cause breakdowns when you are about to experience your breakthroughs. But no matter how hard the trials, never give up easily, be determined to travail in prayers until you prevail. Hebrews 6;12 encourages us not to allow our hearts to grow dull or lose our enthusiasm.
Though life’s race may be marked with hurdles of challenges and discouragements, through Christ, you are destined to triumph always.
Whatever miracle you are believing God to do in your life today, it is possible. Just locate His promise in the Scriptures and ensure you fulfill the conditions. Thereafter, stand in faith and continue to give glory to God for the manifestation of His Word.
Through persistence you will surely wear down every resistance and break forth to the glorious manifestations of the miracles, signs and wonders you have been seeking for.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace and strength to keep pressing forward in this season. As I refuse to give up, surely, by Your grace I shall soon see mighty manifestations of Your miracles in my life in Jesus Name.
