Todd Tilghman is an American pastor who is a winner of the American talent competition “The Voice.” At the age of 42, he became the oldest winner in the series history. Many people were amazed in 2020 when he won the show’s 18th season. Pastor Todd who is the father of eight children had been singing since he was 8 years old hoping for a breakthrough with his musical career, but it never seemed to come . By the time he was 42 years old, he had never sung outside of Church but he decided to participate in the Voice competition. Though he felt too old and grossly inadequate, he trusted God with the outcome. What happened at the audition completely shocked him.
Todd’s blending of Gospel, Worship and Classic music made him stand out. Usually when contestants try out in The Voice competition, they pray that just one of the four judges would turn around and pick them. But during Pastor Todd Tilghman’s audition, all four judges suddenly swung around in their seats.
The four-judge panel appeared stunned with his performance and he was unanimously picked as the 2020 winner of the competition. With his win, he gained sudden fame, his musical career kicked off, and he has since been producing albums and excelling with his music and winning awards.

The truth is that, with God on our side, it’s never too late for our dreams.
Oftentimes, we miss out on God’s best by allowing feelings of inadequacies to make us settle for less. But as a child of God, you are capable of much more accomplishment than you realize. You have potential for greater victories than you could ever imagine.
It is not about you, it is about Christ in you, the hope of glory. It is not about your capability, it is about His ability at work in you. So do not limit yourself and do not let fear or discouragement stop you from pressing forward to your highest goals this year. You may not have enough money, enough education or not be the right age. But as long as you have God and walk in obedience to His commandments, you will surely bear fruit in due season. When your time comes, you will arise and shine for the glory of the Lord shall be upon you.
Every destiny is different, just as each plant blooms in its own season.
As you continue to please God, at His appointed time, He can turn the tables in your favor.
Suddenly God can put you in positions you didn’t qualify for and accelerate your dreams. What should have taken you many years to accomplish God can do in split seconds in your life.. Indeed God can do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ever ask or imagine.
Today, as we come to the end of the month of March, it’s a good time to bless the Lord for all His goodness and faithfulness we have seen this month. Let us keep praising Him in expectation of greater things in the coming month. By His grace , our story will keep going from glory to glory and from victory to victory.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for bringing me successfully to the end of March. I thank You for greater glory that awaits me in the new month for I know You are set to exceed my expectations and do abundantly above all I could ever ask or imagine in Jesus Name. .

The transformation of wormy and creepy caterpillars into beautiful, colorful butterflies is one of the most amazing occurrences in biology.
In the butterfly’s life cycle, there are four stages. A butterfly starts life in its first stage as a very small, round, oval egg. When the egg finally hatches, it enters the second stage when it becomes a caterpillar.
Caterpillars are ugly, short, stubby and have no wings at all. As soon as a caterpillar is done growing and they have reached their full length, they enter into the third stage and form themselves into a pupa, also known as a chrysalis.
From the outside of the pupa, it looks as if the caterpillar may just be resting, but inside it, the old body parts of the caterpillar are undergoing a remarkable transformation, called ‘metamorphosis,’.
Metamorphosis is a process of discomfort. Here, a caterpillar has to endure the struggle through the tiny hole in its cocoon. But this process of ‘metamorphosis,’ transforms the ugly parts of the caterpillar and in the fourth and final stage, it emerges from the cocoon as a beautiful butterfly.

A butterfly has to pass through a tough process before it can come into its beautiful manifestation of glory. This teaches us that to come into the full manifestation of our glorious destiny, we must be willing to endure a period of stretching and growth.
To get to your destined state, you must be willing to force your way out of your present state.
This process of transition is a phase of life that can be so tough that it discourages people from pressing forward in the journey of destiny. So they settle for a mediocre, ordinary life.
But for those who endure through the process and keep putting in their best, it is only a matter of time before they reap their harvest of rewards(1 Corinthians 15:58).
As you continue to be consistent and persistent and serve with excellence and finesse, God will move you from obscurity into the limelight.
As believers, our path is meant to shine more and more everyday. Therefore wherever you may be today, as you abide faithful in your calling, be assured that your season of manifestation is coming. Certainly, you will soon break free from every limitation and break forth to the colorful new realms of glory ordained for you this year.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You because I will not end my life’s journey in obscurity. I praise You for enabling me to pay the price of spiritual preparation so as to see the manifestation of Your glorious promises in my life in Jesus Name.

The book ‘Miracle At Sea” contains the miraculous rescue story of over 120 American missionaries and their families.
During the second world war, on 20th March 1941 a ship named the Zamzam set sail for Africa. On board were missionary families including Lillian Danielson and her six little children who were going to meet her missionary husband in Africa. After a month at sea, just four days before reaching their destination, Lillian felt the divine prompting to repair her children’s torn lifejackets.
By the next day, on April 17, 1941, at 6 a.m. a German warship shelled their ship mistaking it for an enemy ship.
As their ship began to sink, the captain of the ship radioed for help and a rescue ship came. The passengers had to enter into lifeboats to take them to the rescue ship. But when Lillian and her children boarded a lifeboat, it deflated, throwing them into the sea.
The children would all have drowned if not for the lifejackets their mother had repaired the day before! As they floated in the water Lillian led her children in singing songs of praise and adoration to Christ for saving them.
The other missionaries joined in the singing. At that very time, a brilliant rainbow came up in the sky. This was to them a sign that God was in control. Miraculously all the missionaries were rescued and eventually safely arrived at their destination.

Storms of life can come suddenly and lightning can often strike out unexpectedly from a darkness that was once a clear blue sky. But there is no reason to fear, when you are a child of God. Understand that God knows the answer to the problem long before the problem arrived. If you are sensitive to the Spirit, He would have guided you and prepared you to weather whatever comes your way.
If we come to places of despair and desperation, where it seems we are about to sink, those are the times to switch to praise. Because we know our God never fails, He is our ever present help in every time of need and will always come through for us.
As a child of the King, victory is already yours. Just stay in praise and keep blessing the Lord at all times.
Blessing the Lord at all times was David’s secret of continual victory. ( Psalm 34:1).
This was what made him as a teenager to kill a giant with a slingshot and a single pebble. It also took him from keeping sheep to kingship. Likewise today, as we stay committed to praising and blessing the Lord at all times, certainly God will cause every goliath to fall before us. Every evil agenda will be nullified and the storms will turn around to serve divine purpose in our lives. By God’s grace we will be divinely rescued from every trouble and ascend the throne and new heights of glory preordained for us in this season.

PRAYER: Lord, I praise You despite any storms around me because I know You will always come through for me. Please enable me to diligently study Your Word so that I can stay strong in faith and keep giving You all the glory in Jesus Name

MARCH 28; PROFITING THROUGH DIVINE LEADING.

In 1939, 17-year-old John Osteen worked at a theater and often spent his nights at clubs. John’s plan for his future was mostly about worldly pursuits of pleasure. He had no fear of God, having been raised in a family that knew little about God. Though John had a Christian friend named Sam who often preached to him, he refused to listen.
One day, John was walking home from a nightclub at 2 am in the morning, when for some reason he looked up at the stars and began to think about eternity. When he got home, he went to a Bible on their coffee table kept there just for decoration. When he opened the Bible, it fell open to a page with the picture of Jesus standing at a door and knocking. The caption read, “If you open the door I’ll come in”.
The next morning John Osteen chose to open his heart to Christ. He went to church with Sam and gave his life to Christ.
John’s newfound faith ignited an unstoppable passion within him. He and Sam began sharing the Gospel everywhere . Following divine purpose shaped John’s future and led to the founding of Lakewood Church on May 10th 1959.
John Osteen established a great reputation as a fiery preacher, impassioned evangelist and author of over 50 books. Today, his youngest son, Joel Osteen overseas the Church’s which has grown in membership to over 52000. By 2011 Lakewood Church became known as America’s largest megachurch.

The master plan of God for us is good success (Joshua 1:8). But it will only manifest when we come to God and begin to follow His purpose for us.
John Osteen’s decision to serve God changed his direction in life, from a life of folly and fun-seeking, to a life of achieving exploits and global influence.
Our progress in life depends on our obedience to divine counsel. If we desire to make a success of our lives, then we must become determined to pay the required spiritual price of fervently seeking the Lord.
He is the One that teaches us to profit and leads us in the way we should go [Isaiah 48:17].
The best of our wisdom and our logical thinking is not a substitute for divine guidance. When you are guided you cannot be grounded. When the Lord is your Shepherd, He will lead you to your green pastures.
In Exodus 23:20, God told the Israelites He would send His angel to keep them in the way, and to bring them into the place which He had prepared for them.
Certainly, there is a prepared place of glory for us this year, but it will take divine grace and guidance to get there.
When we take responsibility and tune our lives to the correct spiritual frequency, our steps will be ordered and our paths will keep shining brighter and brighter. .
As we continually seek divine counsel through consistent study of the Word, prayers and fellowship with the Spirit, it is only a matter of time before we fully experience the manifestation of His plan of glory for our lives.

PRAYER: Please Lord, grant me the grace to cultivate greater sensitivity to Your leadings. As I follow Your divine signals, I thank You for guiding me to the glorious opportunities and breakthroughs You have planned for me in Jesus Name.

According to Forbes magazine, David Green is the largest evangelical benefactor in the world. He has given hundreds of millions of dollars to Christian causes.
From a young age, David learnt from his parents the secret of sowing into God’s kingdom.
He was the son of a small town preacher who often stepped out in faith to give to the work of the Lord. One day, David saw his parents give their last dime into the collection plate, believing God to take care of them.
David began applying what he learned from his parents when he began earning money. He started out serving as a store boy in McClellan’s general store. There, he worked long hours sweeping floors and unloading boxes for just 60 cents an hour. Yet from his very meager income he began sowing towards the spread of the Gospel.
As a result, God began to bless him. Soon David struck out on his own and started a small art and craft shop that he operated from his home.
From that small beginning, God started to greatly expand his endeavors. His art company named ‘hobby lobby’ enjoyed amazing growth until today, it has become a global business chain with 520 superstores grossing billions of dollars annually.
Even as a billionaire, David Green continues to pour his money into the spreading of the Gospel. He has turned his business empire into a massive missionary organization.
David Green remains focused on always seeking God first. His strong foundation in God’s Word, has kept him steadfast in the pursuit of Christ and the affairs of His kingdom.

To enjoy open Heavens we must commit to living for God and doing all we can to promote His kingdom. As covenant children, when we do that which pleases God, it compels Him to pour out His blessings upon us.
When Jacob brought to Isaac, his father, the venison that pleased him, Isaac blessed him from the depths of his heart saying;
‘Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee:..’ [Genesis 27:28]
When we offer to God that which is pleasing, it attracts His blessings and glory upon our lives. We please God by living in obedience to His Word and being dedicated to the cause of His kingdom.
When we love God we will be concerned about the affairs of His kingdom on the earth. Indeed when our heart is set on God, our treasure will be spent on His purpose. Where our treasure is there will our hearts be also.
Serving God is the master key to a life of sweat-less triumph. Surely when we work to bring glory to God and advance His kingdom, God will likewise put His glory on us and advance our lives. Indeed we can’t be truly sold out to God and not stand out on earth. What we sow is what we reap..
In this season as we commit to seeking God first and serving in His Kingdom, it will attract His blessings into our lives and His blessings make rich and adds no sorrow to it..

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to live a life that pleases You at all times. Let the affairs of Your kingdom become top priority in my life. I thank You for the grace to continually serve Your purpose so as to attract rich harvests of blessings in my life in Jesus Name ..

After graduating from college, David L. Steward worked for Fedex, becoming their top salesperson. Despite his successful career, David desired to start his own business. However, when he eventually set out on his own, he fell flat on his face and found himself $3.5 million in debt.
With this seemingly insurmountable challenge, David turned to the Lord for help. He realized that his business was not just about himself, but an extension of his service in God’s kingdom. He then decided to apply Biblical principles, he prayed and also began sowing seeds despite his needs. God did indeed help him and things eventually turned around for him.
Through trusting God and engaging Biblical principles David Steward, rose from failure to resounding success. He founded Worldwide Technology, Inc., which is the largest African-American business in America.
He has been listed as one of the only five black billionaires in America. David who serves as a Sunday school teacher in his Church believes following Biblical principles is the secret to his success. He is the author of the book ‘Doing Business by the Good Book” In this book he shows how lessons from the Bible can lead to success and dominion in one’s field of endeavor.

We have been redeemed to bring the authority of God’s Word into every sphere of influence. Through application of Biblical principles we are to dominate as kings and priests on the global stage..
Revelation 1:5-6 says Christ has loved us, washed us by His own Blood and made us to be kings and priests..
Today, every believer is either a king or a priest. The priests are those called to the five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 4:11–13). While the kings are those tasked to dominate in the global marketplace and take territories for God.
Anyone not serving as a priest is considered a king. And as a king you are meant to influence and lead in the field of your endeavor. You are to serve as a marketplace minister securing provision for the vision of the Kingdom.
Just as Adam was given dominion over the earth, we are to dominate and take over any territory we step on.
God promised Abraham in Genesis 13:15: *“I will give you and your descendants all the land that you see”. Similarly, He assured Joshua, *“Every place your foot treads, I have given to you”* (Joshua 1:3).
Jesus has redeemed us by His Blood for lives of glory and dominion.. In our endeavors, we are destined to be the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath. Therefore refuse to settle for anything less than the best.
Today, let us arise and begin to walk in our calling as kings and priests. By the Blood of Jesus any barrier resisting our progress is destroyed and we shall keep marching forward and making progress in our divine purpose of advancing God’s kingdom upon the earth.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for anointing me to excel in my calling and take territories for You. Please enable me to stay focused on Your Word so that I can have the faith to overcome all obstacles and attain the realms of glory and success You have ordained for me in Jesus’ Name.

Richard Montañez’s amazing story is contained in his memoir “Flamin’ Hot: The Incredible True Story of One Man’s Rise from Janitor to Top Executive.”
Richard Montañez grew up in a one-room shanty in Guasti, California, where his family often faced economic hardships, relying on welfare and experiencing periods of homelessness. Despite lacking formal education and struggling with literacy, he secured a janitorial position at the local Frito-Lay factory in 1976.
Montañez’s life took a transformative turn when he embraced Christianity. With renewed faith and hope, he began praying for divine ideas to positively change his circumstances. One day he saw an opportunity to improve his company’s products and took home an unseasoned batch of Chips. With his wife, Judy they coated the snacks with a homemade blend of chili powder and other Mexican spices. The result was a flavorful snack that resonated with the tastes of the Latino community.
Determined to share his creation, Montañez boldly contacted Roger Enrico, the CEO of PepsiCo, securing a meeting to present his spicy Cheetos concept. His initiative impressed the executives, leading to the development of what would become Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. Launched in the early 1990s, the product rapidly gained popularity, evolving into a billion-dollar brand.
Montañez’s innovative thinking and dedication propelled him from a mere janitor to the rank of Vice President of Multicultural Sales & Community Promotions at PepsiCo. His incredible story has been chronicled in his memoirs and is being adapted into a feature film titled “Flamin’ Hot,”.
Today, he is a sought-after motivational speaker, addressing corporate groups and universities, including USC and Harvard.

When God is on your side, you can break through life’s limitations and barriers and break forth to glorious new heights. Through faith in God, you can overcome all adversities and wildly surpass all expectations.
It doesn’t matter how small your beginning may be, with God’s help, your later end shall surely be great. It is only a matter of time.
When you ask God for divine ideas, you need to stay sensitive and alert to the opportunities He brings your way. As you obey His guidance and take steps forward, you will see greater open doors. Though you may initially lack needed resources, your obedience to God’s Word will result in miracles that supply the provisions for your vision. And though you started with little, you will end with much (Job 8:7)
When we commit our lives to the Lord and daily seek His divine direction, He gradually leads us to realms of success and exploits beyond our dreams.
When we honor God in our affairs, He goes before us to convert barriers into blessings.
In Isaiah 45:2 God says ” I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron.”
Today, God’s barrier -breaking, yoke-destroying power can handle any obstacle on your path. Therefore keep praising Him because by His grace, you will soon break forth from obscurity to heights of glory beyond your greatest imaginations.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the great and mighty things You have in store for me. Please enable me to stay focused on Your Word so that I can have the faith to overcome all obstacles and attain the new realms of success and glory You have ordained for me in Jesus’ Name.

2 Corinthians 9:8 (TPT) says God will make you overflow with abundance in every good thing you do.
Destiny is essentially a race of responsibilities, and the utmost responsibility for us is to seek God and the promotion of His kingdom above all else.
When you run after God, you will never end up last in life’s race. What we reap in life will always depend on how we sow. God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Our degree of commitment in sowing into God’s Kingdom will determine our ultimate height in life. Truly, you can’t stand for God and not stand out on earth.
In this season, as we invest in kingdom service, it will open to us doors of unlimited breakthroughs. Indeed as we make it a top priority to serve God with our time, talent and resources, He will change our story for good and bless us beyond every expectation.

William Booth experienced a harsh childhood because was an alcoholic who didn’t take proper care of his family. But at fifteen years, he found salvation and solace in a Methodist chapel, and vowed to give all of himself to serving God.
Driven by a burning passion for evangelism, Booth began preaching outdoors, especially to the poor masses on the cities. Sensing he had a unique calling to the poor, he left his pastorate and launched a movement that not only preached salvation but also addressed physical needs. In 1878, he formalized his work into the Salvation Army, complete with a military structure, distinctive uniforms, and the motto “Blood and Fire.” This bold, innovative approach attracted countless converts with its lively meetings and practical support. Through God’s help, the ministry rapidly grew and established its work of distributing humanitarian aid to the needy in 58 countries.
The Salvation Army became so successful that William Booth was received by kings, emperors and presidents, who were among his ardent admirers. At the height of his glory, William Booth continually gave all the credit to God for taking him from grass to grace. He led his global ministry until his death in 1912, leaving a legacy that now spans 119 countries with 1.7 million members.

We bring glory to God when we let our light shine through good works that bless men. Dedication to serving God and blessing humanity is the mystery behind distinction in life.
As believers we are created to be cause-driven. Our blessings are connected to our cause towards service to God and helping humanity .When you invest your life in living for God and blessing people, you will find true riches, glory and peace.
The reason why some people don’t see much blessings in their lives is because they’re in-grown. They are focusing only on themselves and what they can get from others, instead of what they can give. The Bible says it is more blessed to give than to receive.
When you live as a giver, God has in store for you, great open doors, break throughs and great opportunities. The truth is that rising to your next level of destiny is connected to lifting others!
You will reap whatever you sow and what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. Our breakthroughs are determined by our willingness to help others breakthrough in life.
This season as we serve God’s purpose of becoming a channel of His blessing to mankind, certainly we shall be richly rewarded with diverse manifestations of glory in our own lives.

Rev. Lott Carey is celebrated today as America’s pioneer black missionary to Africa. But it was by the grace of God that he rose from grass to grace.
Born into slavery in 1780, his faith in God enabled him to shake off the shackles of his background. When he was 24 years old, in 1804, Lott Carey heard the Gospel preached in a Baptist Church and committed his life to Christ. After joining the Church, he felt called into ministry. Though a stark illiterate, through determination, he learned how to read and write and was able to study the Bible.
As he stepped out in ministry, he served God diligently. His preaching not only impacted the black people but also the white people. Lott Carey hungered to take the Gospel to Africa and so formed the African Missionary Society.
He was doing all these while still a slave, but by 1813, he was able to raise enough money to purchase his freedom.
Thereafter, he became a missionary and led the first Baptist missionaries into Africa. He was instrumental in establishing the colony of Liberia and formed a Baptist church in Monrovia, the colony’s capital. His ministry made great impact and he is celebrated today as one of the foremost Black Christian leaders of his time.

According to Scriptures, redemption has positioned us to become the light of the world, the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath.
As we yield ourselves in complete and whole-hearted obedience to God, He will lift us from the floor and lead us inch by inch into the grand plan He has for us.
Job 36:11 says that when we obey and serve God, we shall spend our days in prosperity, and our years in pleasures.
Surely God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him . Through His blessings, our situation can suddenly change from ordinary to extraordinary and from grass to grace.
Anyone born of God, is destined for global impact. It doesn’t matter how disadvantaged your background may be, though your beginning may be small, your later end is bound to be great. Truly, there’s no limit to how far you can soar, when you make the definite choice to sincerely serve God.
No matter how disheveled things may look right now, as you commit to covenant alignment, this will be the time for your own testimony of glory invasion. You will experience sudden turnaround and divine speed that will catapult you from low levels to enviable heights of glory.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace and strength to maintain a covenant walk with You so that I can enjoy speedy manifestations of Your glory in my life and endeavors in Jesus Name.
