The miraculous rescue of Pete Brown and his friends dominated many News outlets in January 2020. They were rescued after being stranded in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for over a week.

On December 20, 2019, Pete Brown with two friends had set sail from Japan to Hawaii. They had hoped to arrive their destination on Christmas day. But along the way, their boat ran into difficulties as a big wave took down their mast. Later that night, they got hit again by waves and their boat rolled.
The situation became scary as the rough sea tipped over their boats and they were upside down. Being Christians, they cried out to God for help and miraculously they were eventually able to get the boat upright again. But the storm had broken their mast and also damaged their communication devices so that they were unable to communicate with the outside world.
When their families could no longer communicate with them, they alerted the US Coast Guard. A search for them with airplanes began, but to no avail. Lost at sea, Pete and his friends held on to God through constant prayers and refused to give up hope.
Pete Brown said during that time, he looked up to the Heavens for peace and comfort, and at night watched the stars and prayed. Finally, after nine days, on December 29, their prayers were answered and they were found and rescued bu a boat that was passing by.
As the men were finally returned to land on January 2, they gave God the glory for their miraculous rescue.

God is always our way-maker and barrier breaker even in the midst of situations that seem impossible.
At the red sea, the children of Israel seemed to have come to the end of their rope! They had their backs against the wall, with pharaoh and his army in hot pursuit. But when they cried out to God, He told them to stand and see His salvation. Anytime we come to waters too high for us, we need to stand still and hope in God’s salvation.
Despite the raging of the sea, God works behind the scenes to make a way of escape. Isaiah 43:2 makes it clear that when we pass through the water and the fire, we are not remaining there, rather we are only going through.
And we will come out on the other side better than when we went in. Despite what may seem like a negative situation, God is working out His higher purpose in your life. He is the Author and finisher of your faith. That means, what He begins in you, He also completes it. He will never leave you nor forsake you as long as your hope and trust is in Him.
This is why you must keep standing in faith. Because faith comes by hearing GoMay Word, there is need to keep filling our hearts continually with the Word, until our actions are dominated and controlled by what God says. No matter, how long you may have been ‘drifting at sea’ in any situation, surely there is an end and your expectations shall not be cut short.
Therefore keep praising God because it is your time to experience a divine break-out from every hindrance and soar to greater levels in destiny.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank you for your continual faithfulness in my life. I praise and bless you because even right now I know you are turning around every situation to my favor, and turning every mourning into dancing for me in Jesus Name.
