At 17 years old, Katie Souza was on the air, with CBS television, pursuing her dream of fame and success.
Acting and modeling opportunities followed, but drug use that began in her teens gradually became a full-fledged addiction that threatened everything.
Katie was striving for. She got a role with Universal Studios, but just before her callback, she went on a drug binge.
When she got to the meeting, the person in charge, looked at her and said she looked like a heroin addict and ordered her out of his office.
That was like her last blow. Thereafter she fell face first into crime, and became a full-time drug seller. She was arrested 12 times in one year for multiple felonies. Finally, she was arrested on federal charges for conspiracy, manufacturing narcotics and weapons violations. She was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
After years behind bars, Katie reached her breaking point and cried out to God for help.
Katie prayed to become a Christian. The only book in the whole place was the Bible. So she picked it up and began reading through it. As she read, the Holy Spirit began to point out Scriptures about the people of ancient Israelites who went through captivity but were brought out of bondage by God’s power. Katie, realized that it was like her own story.
After serving five years of her thirteen-year sentence, Katie won her appeal and was released early.
Today, she is an international minister of the Gospel who teaches a worldwide audience about the amazing power of God..

Never allow anyone to limit or underrate what God can do with your life. Despite your current circumstance, you can break out of lowlife to the higher life destined for you.
Men may look at you and see a ‘nobody’. But then God looks at you and sees a ‘somebody’. This is why you don’t need to be bothered by current happenings, rather concern yourself with pleasing God and following His vision for your life. It is not about your strength, it is about the God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. It is not about your ability, It’s about your availability.  We may not see the full picture, but as we obey God daily, His plan is gradually being fulfilled.
Certainly, God knows how to raise the poor out of the dunghill to sit with princes. There’s nothing impossible for God to do in your life.

Jeremiah 32:27 asks ‘is there anything too difficult for God?”

It doesn’t matter what anyone may think about you, what matters most is what God thinks about you. And He says the thoughts He thinks towards you are thoughts of good and not of evil to give you an expected end. There is an expected end God has foreordained for you. It is a glorious end. Though your beginning may have been small, surely, your later end is about to greatly increase and be catapulted to amazing new dimensions.

PRAYER: Lord, please help to stop worrying about my limitations, or how unqualified I may be. Help me to see indeed that through Christ I can do all things and ascend to glorious heights in Jesus Name. .
