Galatians 3:13 ‘Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:’

In December 2018, Fox News featured the story of former gangster legend, Rene Martinez who recently released a documentary about his life story titled ‘warrior level’. Known on the streets as ‘Level,’ Martinez Joined a gang at a very young age. His mother who was not a Christian at the time, used to make animal sacrifices over him, causing his life to be further plagued with demonic activities. By the time he was 14 years, he had been shot severally and narrowly escaped death. At age 15, he started a gang ‘the Latin Syndicate’ which grew to over 300 members, and became one of the most feared gangs in Miami. During this period he saw about 50 of his friends die, while many others went to prison.
However, after a failed suicide attempt his mother attended a church retreat where she accepted Christ as Lord and Savior. Being born-again, she then began to pray for her son. But Martinez dismissed her new life in Christ as being crazy. But his mother continued to pray for him.
By the time Martinez became a father, he turned to bare knuckle fighting and mixed martial arts to support his family. His professional bouts took him around the world, as he competed at world championship level. At this time too he was involved in the recording of gangster music. One night in 2016, while in his garage, writing lyrics, he had a dramatic spiritual experience where he encountered Jesus. He said Jesus showed him how He had been protecting him, including the moments he had guns pointed in his face, and yet the guns refused to shoot. He said Jesus told him He had spared him for such a time as this; and either he would begin to serve God or the hedge of protection around him would be removed. At that point Martinez made the decision to follow Christ. He became born again and later after being baptized in water, he felt a total transformation and began a brand new life. Today he is a pastor and goes about preaching in the same streets he used to terrorize and has helped many gang members to find Christ. As he goes about preaching he also carries along with him a tub of water in his truck, ready to immediately baptize those who give their lives to Christ.
Indeed the amazing transformation of this former street gang legend, is a testament of the power in the Blood of Jesus. There is wonder working power in the precious blood of the Lamb. The blood of Jesus is able to turn the chiefest, vilest of sinners, into a new creature formed in the image of God’s Holiness.

Hebrews 9:14 says ‘How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?’
Saul, a murderer, that tried to destroy the church of the living God after being cleansed by the blood was transformed into “Paul, an apostle of Christ”. The thief on the cross through the power in the blood was transformed from a condemned man into a saint headed for Paradise. There is no soul so gone that the power of the blood of Jesus cannot transform. Jesus shed His blood to free man from every curse of sin and death.
Galatians 3:13 says ‘Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:’
The Blood of Jesus is the Blood Covenant that redeemed us from the curse of the law to enjoy the blessings of grace. The transformational power in the blood of Jesus is activated for our deliverance and restoration. By the blood of Jesus we have been delivered from every hold of darkness. It doesn’t matter the kind of evil affliction or oppression the enemy may have attacked you with in the past, there is total deliverance available today through the Blood of Jesus.
The power in the Blood of Jesus is ordained for the supernatural restoration of our redemptive dignity. By the power in His blood we are revived to live a life of glory and not of shame. The power in the blood translates us from the natural realm to the supernatural, from failure to breakthrough, from sickness to health, from death to life, from weakness to power.
In whatever area you may feel afflicted or oppressed, you can be free today through engaging the transformational power of the blood. There is no yoke that cannot be broken by the blood. Every hold of sickness, evil habits, poverty etc can be shattered by the blood.
Indeed through the Blood we are raised out of the waterless pit and made to sit with Christ in heavenly places. It doesn’t matter how terrible your past experiences may have been, through the power in the Blood, you can experience a change of story.

Indeed in this season of prayer as we engage the Blood in warfare, we will be moving from glory to glory. And whatever may want to hinder the shinning forth of your glory, will be permanently terminated by the power in the Blood in Jesus Name.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the transformational power available to me through the blood of Jesus. I know indeed that by the blood of Jesus I am delivered from every hold of darkness and set free to enjoy the blessings of Your grace in Jesus Name.

When God places His hand upon a man in life nothing can come against him, this is because the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
