1 Corinthians 15:58 ‘Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.’

Growth is a necessary component of life. Sometimes, to get to your destined state, you must be willing to force your way out of your present state. This process is beautifully illustrated in the life of a butterfly..
In the butterfly’s life cycle, there are four stages. A butterfly starts life in its first stage as a very small, round, oval egg. When the egg finally hatches, it enters the second stage when it becomes a caterpillar.
Caterpillars are ugly, short, stubby and have no wings at all. As soon as a caterpillar is done growing and they have reached their full length, they enter into the third stage and form themselves into a pupa, also known as a chrysalis. From the outside of the pupa, it looks as if the caterpillar may just be resting, but inside it, the old body parts of the caterpillar are undergoing a remarkable transformation, called ‘metamorphosis,’.
Metamorphosis, is a process of discomfort. Here, a caterpillar has to endure the struggle through the tiny hole in its cocoon. When it is struggling to get through the hole it is actually forcing the fluid from its body into its wings. Without the struggle the wings will not get the necessary fluid to grow, without the struggle the butterfly’s wings would never be strong enough to function and fly. And without flight the butterfly will not be able to survive.
This process of ‘metamorphosis,’ transforms the ugly parts of the caterpillar. In the fourth and final stage, it emerges from the cocoon as a beautiful butterfly, ready to spread its glorious wings and fly.
While butterflies are synonymous with beauty and color, it has to pass through a tough process before it can come into its full manifestation.

Likewise to come into the full manifestation of our glorious destiny, we must be willing to endure a period of stretching and growth. This process of transition is a make or break phase of life where you sometimes have to pursue your vision in obscurity.
However, your depth of preparation at this stage will determine your height of outward manifestation.
Once you have known what God has called you to do and put your hands to the plough, you must be prepared to go through the necessary process of stretching, planting, learning and growing.
For some people, this process can be so tough, it discourages them from pressing forward. So they settle for the mediocre or ordinary and are content to live on barely-get-along street.
But for those who hang in there, keep their hands on the plough and keep putting in their best, it is only a matter of time before they reap their harvest of rewards.

1 Corinthians 15:58 says ‘Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.’

Certainly your labor shall never be in vain! As you continue to be consistent and persistent and serve with excellence and finesse, God will move you from obscurity into the limelight.
God’s plan for us is to keep growing and moving forward until we come into the fullness of the destiny He has for us. As believers, our path is meant to shine more and more every day.
Therefore wherever you may be today, as you abide faithful in what God has called you to do, be assured that your season of manifestation is soon coming. Especially in this ninth month of September, which is prophetically a season of birthing, you can trust God to compress time and do a quick work in your favor.
It is indeed our time to come into the glorious things God has ordained for us this year. lt is our time to break free from every limitation and experience amazing speed and acceleration in our endeavors.
As we faithfully pursue God’s will, and refuse to become weary in well doing, we will soon experience miraculous fulfillment of His promises in our business, career, health, finances, family and all areas of our lives.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the great and mighty things You have in store for me in this season. Please enable me to pay the price of spiritual preparation so as to see the manifestation of Your promises in Jesus’ Name.
