Renowned worship leader Darlene Zschech is author of The Golden Thread. In it she shares a powerful testimony of God’s healing power.
In 2013, at the age of 48, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. At first she wa depressed and it felt as if she had been handed a death sentence.
However, when Darlene caught the revelation that redemption made her case different, she rose in faith to wage war against the disease. Through fervent prayers, deep worship, and immersing herself in God’s Word, she fought from the position of victory. God honored her faith, and soon she was certified “cancer-free.” The doctor who had diagnosed her was astonished and described her recovery as nothing short of miraculous.
Today, Darlene is completely healed and continues to lead millions in worship, testifying of God’s goodness across the world.

Darlene’s story is a vivid reminder that the Blood of Jesus has secured our victory and that no evil verdict can override the covenant sealed by His Blood.
As the redeemed of the Lord, we do not have to accept any report contrary to the Word of God. Anytime you receive a diagnosis different from what God has declared concerning you, refuse it and boldly affirm your portion in Christ.
Despite the noise of the enemy, we serve the God who loved us enough to send His only begotten son to shed His Blood for our redemption and deliverance.
As the beloved of the Lord, our case will always be different.
Just as Israel was protected by the blood during Passover, today the mark of the Blood of Jesus ensures our divine exemption from the evil in the world..
Therefore today , if you are afflicted in any area, begin to claim your deliverance by faith—this is your covenant right in Christ. By the power in the Blood of Jesus, everything the Father has not planted in your life must be uprooted. Because you are born of God, you are destined to always overcome the world.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the victory I have through the Blood of Jesus. Because You love me I know my case is different and afflictions can never prevail in my life in Jesus Name.
