NOVEMBER 12; ACCESS TO OPEN HEAVENS!

Matthew 6:21 ‘For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.’

DAILY READING; Matthews 18:21-35; Numbers 7-8; Ecclesiastes 6

In his book, Steps For New Converts, Dr. John R. Rice writes about an interesting encounter. It was an encounter between a missionary and the famous Christian businessman, H. Z. Duke who founded ‘Duke and Ayers Nickel Stores’,
One day, H. Z. Duke, came to Texas to urge the men and women there to give tithes and offerings and see if God would not make good His promises to bless them exceedingly. On this trip, a missionary named Brother Kuykendal, was the one who drove Mr. Duke about in his horse buggy.
One day, H. Z. Duke asked Brother Kuykendal if he believed in tithing to which he replied that he did. Mr. Duke then asked him if he practiced tithing. He answered, “No, I do not. I believe in tithing, but I cannot practice it.’ He then went on to explain that he had thirteen children at home, his salary was very low and after attending to the needs of his family there was no money left to tithe. Mr. Duke then challenged him to set out to give God ten percent every month as soon as he got his salary. And if he found that what was left was not enough to meet the needs of his family. Dr H. Z. Duke promised to give him back the amount he paid as tithe.
Brother Kuykendal was very excited at the offer and began tithing. That year, God took care of his needs in unexpected ways. Near the end of the year, he realized that God had proven His promises and had taken care of him and his big family on his small salary. He found out that the balance after he had paid his tithe each month took care of his family better than when he was not paying tithe.

The giving covenant is the mystery that provokes the release of blessings on our lives. Giving ushers us into a life of blessedness.
The giving covenant is not about the volume, but about the heart.
God is not after our money but is concerned about the conditions of our heart. And how we manage money is a reflection of where our heart is.
Indeed where your heart is there will your treasure be also.
While we are no longer under the Law, tithing is a good benchmark for believers to check their hearts towards God. God looks at the heart, not the hand. He focuses on the giver, not the gift because the attitude is more important than the amount.
Your giving is a thermometer of your love. It’s not so much what you have but, rather, what has you that make all the difference. The practice of tithing is a good reminder of Who is in charge of your life. Ultimately, when you give, you are saying that you trust God to take care of your needs. For your giving, God promises in Malachi 3, He will open wide the windows of heaven and will pour upon you great blessings.
Truly God wants to give us more than enough and prove Himself in our lives as El-Shaddai – The All Sufficient God.
As the year rounds up, one way to provoke God’s divine blessings is by subscribing to the giving covenant..
As we obey the Scriptural commandments concerning giving, surely, it will open up amazing doors of blessings in every area of our lives.

PRAYER: Lord, Please grant me the grace to always be faithful in the giving covenant.. I Thank You Lord for opening for me the windows of Heaven and blessing me exceedingly according to Your promise in Jesus’ Name.

NOVEMBER 11; MANIFESTING YOUR HIDDEN POTENTIALS!

Deuteronomy 28:1 ‘And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:.’

DAILY READING – Matthew 18:1-20; Numbers 5-6; Ecclesiastes 5

The most successful race horse so far in world history was named Kincsem. Born in Hungary in 1874, she won all her races at various race tracks across Europe, with a record still unbeaten.
Interestingly Kincsem began life as a horse whom nobody wanted to buy because she did not appear like a winner. She looked common, lanky and ungainly. When her owner put her up for sale among a group of seven Horses, the buyer only chose five of the better looking horses, abandoning Kincsem and another horse.
Left unsold, her owner decided to keep her.
However , he began to catch a glimpse of Kincsem’s potential when one night a horse thief broke in and stole only Kincern and left the more magnificent horses. When finally caught and questioned, the thief said he was convinced Kincern was going to be a champion.
Thereafter, in 1876. Kincsem’s owner began to put her forth for races. She entered for ten races in ten different places in Germany and Austria and she won them all. And from then on, she began to win every race she was placed in.
Kincsem was the toast of European nations during her illustrious racing career. By the time of her retirement from racing, Kincsem was the winner of fifty-four races without a defeat. Her stunning record marks her as one of the greatest horses that ever raced. Considered a national icon, today, Kincsem’s skeleton is on display at the Hungarian Agricultural Museum in Budapest.

Just like Kincsem, you can be a champion and loaded with great potentials, yet not everyone easily sees it.
As a child of God, you may look ordinary outwardly, but there is an extraordinary gifting and calling waiting within you.
2 Cor. 4:7 calls your great potential a treasure in an earthen vessel.
To understand how much potential you possess, you must understand the Source from which you came. You are created after God’s image and likeness. God designed you to function as He does; to dominate and reign wherever you go.
However the only way you can manifest the greatness imbedded in you is by following the guidelines of your creator. God alone knows the great plan you have been ordained to fulfill on earth and how you are meant to go about it. Many people today have missed their great destiny, by following their limited human plans without consulting God to know His own plan for them.
We need to follow God closely to understand our purpose and manifest our hidden potentials.
The covenant provides the platform for you to walk intimately with God so that He can take you to heights you never could have achieved by yourself.
People like David, Jacob, Esther, Gideon etc, started out in life with overlooked potentials, but through walking in covenant with God, they ended up as generational icons.
Likewise, if you’ll stay in faith, keep believing and obeying God, you’ll experience amazing manifestation of His plans and purposes .
If you are wondering how you will make it to the top, God has already outlined the condition..He says in Deuteronomy 28:1 that when you hearken diligently to His Word, He Himself will set you up on high above all nations of the earth.
Jesus said “Follow me and I will make you…” The fishermen who followed Him on the shores of Galilee are today trans-generational celebrities.
Likewise, as you faithfully walk in obedience to His Word, you will end up as a champion, celebrated by your generation.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to remain steadfast and never to be discouraged as I pursue Your will for my life. Please help me to pay whatever price it takes to manifest the great potentials You have put within me in Jesus Name,

NOVEMBER 10; SPIRITUAL IGNORANCE IS COSTLY!

Deuteronomy 29:9 [AMP] ‘So keep the words of this covenant and obey them, so that you may prosper and be successful in everything that you do..

DAILY READING – Mathew 17, Numbers 3, Ecclesiastes 3

Every country and its laws are different from each other. When traveling, it’s very important to keep in mind the different laws and customs of your destination to avoid the risk of being fined or arrested for something you didn’t even know about.
For instance in Singapore, it’s a criminal offence to chew gum unless you can prove that it’s medicinal. Selling non-medical chewing gum or chewing normal gum will result in a fine of $1000.
In Thailand, the Thai currency has images of the country’s revered King and thus stepping on the currency is akin to stepping on His Majesty’s face. This is termed both an insult and a criminal act.
In New York City, it’s illegal to honk your car horn except under emergency circumstances. Unnecessary use of the horn attracts a fine of $350.
In Scandinavia, according to the law, all drivers must keep their headlights on at all times. Even during the day, cars are expected to have dimmed headlights.
If you fall foul of any country’s law, whether you know about it or not, you could end up behind bars.
Most travellers know they have to be sensitive to local laws because ignorance of the law is no excuse. This principle means that when people violate the law, knowingly or unknowingly, they are counted to be guilty.
Ignorance of the law has put so many people in jail today and they are suffering wrongfully for not being aware of what they are supposed to have known.

The same holds true when it comes to spiritual things. Spiritual ignorance can be very costly. Many people today are victims of unknowingly breaking spiritual laws and suffering the consequences.
The penalties of breaking a spiritual law is not suspended because a person didn’t know about it.
As Christians, we belong to a covenant-ruled kingdom. How much we know the covenant and engage in it, determine our success in life.
The Bible is a book of covenants which unveils God’s provision for His people and the conditions required to access them. The Bible is divided into the Old and New Testament, but it really means the Old and New Covenant because the word Testament and Covenant are the same.
From the days of the Old Testament till now, God has been dealing with His people on the basis of the covenant. A covenant is like a spiritual contract where God fulfils His promises when we have fulfilled the conditions.
It is therefore to our benefit and advantage to know and understand the provisions and conditions of God outlined in the Scriptures.
Ignorance of the covenant will cause you to miss many blessings and reap unwanted penalties. Many people today are afflicted not due to sin, but due to spiritual ignorance . It is only when you know the truth that you are set free from unnecessary suffering.
We must therefore discipline ourselves to continually study the Bible because it is the discovery of spiritual truths that guarantees us peace and progress in life.
According to Joshua 1:8, when we meditate in the Word, day and night and obey what is written therein, we will make our way prosperous and have good success.
To walk in overflowing blessings in this season, let us fight spiritual ignorance and commit to diligent study of the Word. As we do, surely this year shall be crowned with inexplicable miracles, amazing opportunities and continuous open doors.

PRAYER; Lord I know there are treasures stored up in Your Word for me, I need to find them, so that I don’t fall foul of spiritual laws. Please help me to locate the truths I need to make a success of my life in Jesus Name.

NOVEMBER 9; PROTECTED BY THE COVENANT!

Zechariah 2:5 ‘For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.’

DAILY READING – Matthew 16; Numbers 1-2; Ecclesiastes 3:1-15

In October 2022, the Christian Broadcasting Network [CBN], featured the amazing story of Russ Ardebili. Russ was born to Muslim parents in Iran but when he left Iran to go to College in America, he became convinced about Christianity and surrendered his life to Christ.
While Russ was still in the United States, in 1979, his country, Iran underwent a drastic change as the Ayatollah Khomeini came to power and began to promote radical Islam. This made Russ afraid to return home. But when his mother fell sick, he had to move back to Iran to care of her. While there, Russ began telling people about Jesus but was soon arrested and imprisoned by the new radical Muslim government.
They beat Russ severely until his blood was dripping on the floor. Yet miraculously he never felt any pain. Any time they beat him, he just began praising the Lord. He would smile at his tormentors and tell them ‘God bless you.’ His attitude stunned them.
When he was finally released, Russ got a job as a foreman with a mining company. But even there he faced persecution. One day, fellow workers who were radical muslims pushed him into an old snake pit, at the edge of the desert. As he fell, he broke his legs and shattered the bones.
He spent hours in that pit, praying and screaming for help. There were a lot of poisonous snakes and spiders, crawling around him, yet none bit him. Later that night, his boss came looking for him, found him and pulled him out.
An ambulance was called and they rushed him to the hospital, where he underwent a ten-hour surgery on his leg and hip.
When Russ was released from the hospital, he escaped to Turkey and eventually sought asylum in the U.S., where he now lives and freely shares the Gospel.

As a child of God, you may be in a situation where people are trying to attack you, but because of God’s Presence, it will be impossible for you to be defeated.
A life of praise, ensures God’s Presence constantly surround us and protects us.
Every redeemed child of God is in a covenant of divine protection with God.
After suffering a ship wreck on the island of Melita, Paul was gathering sticks, when a serpent fastened on his hand. But God’s Presence was so thick around Paul that he simply shook off the beast into the fire and felt no harm.
The mystery of divine protection shielded Paul many times during his ministry. In 2 Timothy 4:18 Paul said “And I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack ‘
As believers, we are rescued from every evil attack because God is our defender and He has placed us under the security watch of His angels [Psalm 91:11].
In these last days, while wickedness increases in the world, God has not left us defenseless, He will be a wall of fire round about us.[Zechariah 2:5]
Truly, God’s protection is the ultimate. Every human protection has its own limit but God never sleeps nor slumbers.
However to enjoy His divine protection and exemption, we must ensure we are dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, through maintaining a loving intimate relationship with Him.
As we walk in obedience to His Word, the Lord will be our refuge, and certainly, no evil shall befall us, nor any plague come near our dwelling.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the covenant of divine exemption over my life. Please enable me to always abide in Your Presence and live in obedience to Your Word, so that I can enjoy continuous divine exemption in Jesus Name. ..

NOVEMEBR 8; UNDER A BETTER COVENANT!

Hebrews 8:6 ‘But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.’

DAILY READING; Matthew 15:21-39; Leviticus 26-27; Ecclesiastes 1:12-2:26

Minnie Kennedy was an orphan who served God with great zeal in the Salvation Army. Minnie wanted to be a missionary but that vision was put on hold when she got married at only 15 years of age to a man 35 years her senior. The marriage produced a daughter named Aimee whom Minnie dedicated to God, asking Him to use her greatly in His Kingdom.
When Aimee grew up, at 17 years of age, she met and married a young Scottish evangelist named Robert Semple and two of them went to serve as missionaries in China.
But while in China, Aimee had the horrible experience of losing her husband, while still pregnant with their first child.
As a result of what happened, after her return back to the U.S, Aimee became disillusioned and abandoned her ministry.
Later, Aimee remarried and tried hard to ignore the call of God upon her life. However, in 1913; at 23 years old, she became seriously ill and was rushed to the hospital where the doctors gave her up to die.
But while at the point of death, Aimee heard a Heavenly asking her: ”Now will you go?” She understood it to be God asking her to choose between going into eternity or going into ministry. At that point she yielded to fully serve God in the ministry. As soon as she made the choice, instantly, her pain was gone, her breathing eased, and she soon regained her strength.
As Aimee began again to preach the Gospel, within a decade, she became a phenomenon. She founded the Foursquare Gospel Church which stills exists today and is considered as one of the greatest female evangelists ever used by God.

From birth a covenant began to speak over Aimee’s life when her mother dedicated her to God. Trying to walk outside the covenant only exposed her to the enemy’s attack, but her choice to return to serving God brought divine rescue.
Through redemption we have been dedicated to God for service in His house. We are bound under a powerful new covenant sealed by the Blood of Jesus.
In the Old Testament the Israelites walked in blessings when they kept the covenant sealed by the blood of animals. But in the New Testament we have even better promises of blessings under the new covenant sealed by the precious Blood of Jesus.
Hebrews 8:6 says that Christ is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
And as long as we abide by this covenant we would enjoy healing, deliverance, protection, provision, victory and power over all works of darkness.
If things seem not to be working, then you need to check your covenant walk. A Christian only becomes defeated when he walks in disobedience to God’s Word. Your experience in life is not about your circumstances, it is basically about your covenant positioning.
It is when we serve God that He blesses our bread and water and takes away sicknesses from us. (Exodus 23:25)
Today let us receive the grace to always abide in God’s will and answer His divine call upon our lives.
As we do, surely we shall enjoy all the redemptive benefit Christ died to purchase for us at the Cross.

PRAYER
Father, I come before You today to receive the grace to serve You. Please help me to do what is spiritually required of me in order to see Your glory manifested fully in my life throughout this year in Jesus’ Name

NOVEMBER 7;DIVINE HELP THROUGH THE COVENANT!

Isaiah 41:13-14 ‘For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.’

DAILY READING; Matthew 15:1-20; Leviticus 24-25; Ecclesiastes 1:1-11

Phil Pustejovsky was born into a Christian family and his parents introduced him to Jesus during his childhood years. But as Phil grew older he began to rebel against God. While in college he lived a wild life of drinking and partying. After graduation, life turned out harder than Phil could have ever imagined. Before long, he found himself completely jobless, broke, homeless, and with very little hope. It was then that Phil turned to God and prayed, “God, please get me out of this mess. And if you do, I will be on your team for the rest of my life. I will be your biggest cheerleader and tell everyone about you.”
This covenant with God became the turning point for Phil Pustejovsky. The first miracle to happen was that God sent a Christian man into Phil’s life, who mentored him into becoming a very successful real estate investor.
In keeping to his own side of the bargain, Phil became committed in serving God and became active in Church. As he tithed his income, his finances grew in leaps and bounds.
God transformed Phil Pustejovsky into the leading real estate investing mentor in the United States and Canada. He is recognized as one of the most experienced investors alive today.
His company ‘Freedom Mentor’, is considered the most results producing real estate mentoring organization in history.

In 2 Chronicles 15 the children of Israel were beset with troubles. However, when they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul, God turned things around for them and the Lord gave them rest round about [2 Chronicles 15: 15].
Several times in the Scriptures, when the Israelites came to their wit’s end, they engaged divine help by covenanting with God.
In 1 Samuel 7, Israel had suffered great defeats due to their disobedience to God. But after they repented, gave up serving foreign gods and covenanted to obey God, the Lord arose and helped them to defeat their arch enemies, the Philistines.
What is particularly significant about this victory is that God Himself won the battle by delivering Israel in a stunningly supernatural way. Specifically the text says that God “thundered with a loud thunder upon the Philistines that day, and so confused them that they were overcome before Israel (1 Samuel 7:10).”
After the victory, in acknowledging God’s help, Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far has the Lord helped us.”
Ebenezer is a Hebrew word that means “Stone of Help.”

If you are facing any difficult battle today you can engage God to become your Ebenezer and ‘Stone of help’.
Certainly, He is the God of all flesh and nothing is ever too difficult for Him to do. The problem is often with our refusal to fully abide by His Word. But once we become willing and obedient we shall experience divine help and victories on every side.
Destiny is essentially a race of responsibilities, and the utmost responsibility for us is to seek God above all else. Today, as we covenant to serve Him in Spirit and in truth surely, we are going to experience amazing divine help as the Lord will cause doors of breakthrough to open up in our business, careers, family and in all that concerns us.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your marvelous help in this season. Indeed I know that even right now You are converting every breakdown into breakthroughs for me and opening up to me the hidden riches of secret places in Jesus Name. .

NOVEMBER 6; GRACE FOR THE RACE!

Deuteronomy 7:9 ‘Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.’

DAILY READING; Matthew 13:24-58; Leviticus 19; Proverbs 29

In 1945, just as World War 2 was coming to an end, three young firebrand evangelists emerged in America. The most dazzling of the trio was Bron Clifford who was called “the greatest preacher since the apostles.” At only age 25, he was pulling more crowds, and influencing more leaders than any of his contemporaries. He seemed to have everything. He was tall, handsome, dashing, and sought after by Hollywood for lead roles in famous movies.
Next was Chuck Templeton, who was such a gifted and talented preacher that the media called him the “Babe Ruth of evangelism”.
The last of the trio was Billy Graham, who was considered not as good a preacher as the first two.
These three young evangelists were all in their mid-twenties and there were very high expectations as they took off in their ministry. But surprisingly, the first two ‘better’ preachers did not go far in the race. Within five years, Chuck Templeton left his promising ministry to become a writer, and radio and television commentator. He eventually admitted that he was no longer a believer.
Few years down the line, Bron Cliffords became devastated when his wife bore two children, both with Down’s syndrome. He left his wife, left the ministry, and got a job selling cars in Texas. He eventually became an alcoholic which destroyed his liver and within ten years of his glory days, he was found dead in a seedy motel room, alone.
Billy Graham’s life was not without challenges, but he chose to be steadfast and maintained a covenant walk with God. He ended up as one of the greatest evangelists in the history of Christianity.

Our commitment to God will determine how far we can go in life.
No matter how glorious the future may seem, without God’s grace, the race can end in disgrace.
This is why we need a covenant walk with God.
In the process of pursuing your vision, the enemy will send many challenges your way to try to shake you off-course. Situations will arise that will seriously test your faith. But it is not what is happening around you that matters, rather what is happening within you. If you’re going to see the fullness of God’s promises in your life, you have to develop a covenant mindset that keeps you steadfast in your pursuit, trusting God to fulfill His promises.
God is faithful and keeps covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments even to a thousand generations [Deuteronomy 7:9].
Therefore refuse to be discouraged by present trials and challenges. Realize that beyond what you see now, are greater heights, greater victories, greater strength and greater anointing.
God’s ways are the highways of life. A strict and consistent compliance with His ways will surely take us to our high places in life.
As you remain faithful, no condition can stop the covenant from eventually prevailing in your life. God says in Jeremiah 33:19-26 that as long as there is sun in the day and moon in the night, His covenant cannot be broken.
In this season as we determine to comply with the demands of Scriptures, surely nothing can stop us from finishing strong and well and arriving at our glorious destination.

PRAYER;
Father, please enable me to comply with the demands of Scriptures so as to successfully fulfill Your call upon my life. In this season, I thank You for divine speed and acceleration for supernatural accomplishments in Jesus Name.

NOVEMBER 5; BE ALERT AND COMBAT-READY!!

2 Timothy 2:3-6 ’Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.’

DAILY READING; Matthew 13, Leviticus 17, Proverbs 28.

In his book, ‘Six Steps to Excellence in Ministry’ Kenneth Copeland shared an important lesson he learned while serving in the military. He said that their sergeant in basic training was very tough on them. The sergeant later explained to him that why he was so hard was because the soldiers who survive the war are the ones who take their training seriously.
Indeed a soldier’s life is that of rigorous training because of the deadly combat situations he would have to face.
For instance the United States Navy Sea, Air, and Land (SEAL) Teams, commonly known as Navy SEALs, are the U.S. Navy’s primary special operations force.
Among the SEALs’ main functions are conducting very difficult special operation missions in maritime, jungle, urban, arctic, mountainous, and desert environments. SEALs are typically ordered to go after high level targets, or to gather intelligence behind enemy lines.
SEAL team personnel are hand selected and highly trained. Part of their training is a stretch, where each candidate sleeps only about four total hours for five days, yet he must run more than 200 miles and does physical training for more than 20 hours per day.
They are trained this hard because of the impossible situations they may have to face on their missions.

2 Timothy 2:3-4 says ‘Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.’

As soldiers of the Cross we must be spiritually trained. We are daily in the midst of serious spiritual warfares, therefore there is a call for every Christian to live a life of spiritual alertness and combat readiness.
To survive the high level attacks being sent by the enemy we must avoid spiritual slumber and stay sober and vigilant.
In this end-time, the enemy is unleashing the greatest distractions and conflicts against believers, because he knows the time is short. The enemy is on the prowl, looking for whom to devour, therefore we must be spiritually sensitive at this time and not allow ourselves to become cheap victims.
Some of the lures and temptations of the enemy is so subtle and cunning that training ourselves to be strictly controlled by God’s Word is our greatest place of security.
To live victorious and prosperous in these perilous days, there is no alternative to maintaining a covenant walk in line with the demands of Scriptures. We must not live as convenient but as commanded by the Word.
While everyone else is falling to immorality, covetousness, corruption etc, let our testimony be different and outstanding.
As sons of God, let us shine forth as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation.
The strength, discipline and exemplary character we exhibit as good soldiers of Christ, will be shinning lights that draw men out of darkness and into God’s Kingdom.

PRAYER: Lord, please enable me to live spiritually combat+ready and not to be entangled again in the affairs of this world. I thank You for the grace to live holy and separated unto You in Jesus Name.

NOVEMBER 4; OPEN HEAVENS THROUGH GIVING COVENANT !

Malachi 3:10 ‘Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it’

DAILY READING; • Matthew 12:22-50; Leviticus 15-16; Proverbs 27

Huyler’s was a candy and restaurant chain in the New York City that became the largest and most prominent chocolate maker in the United States. It was founded by John S. Huyler.
When John S. Huyler first started out in business, he didn’t have enough money. He had big dreams but was limited financially. From his understanding of the Scriptures he decided to emulate Jacob who started out with nothing but prospered through entering into a covenant with God.
John S. Huyler took Jacob’s pledge, covenanting with God that “ of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee” (Gen. 28:22).
Going to the bank, he opened a special account in which he regularly entered a proportionate amount of his income. As he kept God uppermost in his mind in all his transactions, his business grew at a phenomenal rate. His growth and prosperity amazed his business associates. Yet, giving to God’s kingdom was the secret of his success.
At the time of his death on October 1, 1910, Huyler had 54 stores across America, supplied by 14 candy factories employing about 2,000 people.

The giving covenant will always open the heaven and release an outpouring of blessings upon our lives.
In Genesis 28, Jacob was fleeing from the wrath of his brother Esau and embarking out on his own for the first time in his life.
As he laid down alone in a solitary wilderness, using a stone for his pillow, he had no idea of what the future held. However, though Jacob was full of uncertainty, that night, through covenanting to give God a tenth of all his earnings, his future was secured. (Genesis 28:20-22)
God indeed prospered Jacob exceedingly and his 12 sons would become the ancestors of the 12 tribes of Israel.
Paying tithe is our covenant acknowledgment of God’s blessings in our lives that entitles us to the continuous flow of His goodness. (Malachi 3:8-11).Indeed a sure way to become prosperous in life is to connect actively to investment in God’s Kingdom.
As long as we are on this earth, the covenant of seedtime and harvest remains a force.
When we make the promotion of God’s kingdom our first priority, then everything else will eventually become added to us.
God delights in prospering those that favour His cause and focus on the building of His House.
In Haggai 1:4-11 God shut the heavens over the people because they had been unmindful of His house, while focusing rather on building their personal houses. However, when the people repented of their neglect of God’s House and began to build it, God once again opened the Heavens over them.
Indeed as we make it top priority to serve God with our time, talent and resources, He will surely change our story for good and bless us beyond every expectation.

PRAYER: Lord please grant me the grace to connect to kingdom service like never before. As I make the promotion of Your kingdom the top priority in my life, I thank You Lord, for opening the Heavens over me and showering me with blessings in Jesus Name. . QUOTE;

NOVEMBER 3; IT PAYS TO WALK IN THE COVENANT

Ezekiel 37:26 ‘I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever.’

DAILY READING – Matthew 12:1-21; Leviticus 14; Proverbs 26

In his book titled ‘My story to His glory’, Dr. Lester Sumrall told his life story.
One of the divine encounters he talked about was his dramatic call to preach the Gospel at age 17.
In the fall of 1930, Lester Sumrall was a sick teenager facing death from the ravages of tuberculosis. While on his deathbed, he had a divine visitation, where he was asked to make a choice between preaching the Gospel or dying.
He chose to preach the Gospel. After making this choice, by the time he awoke the next morning he was completely healed.
Within three weeks he became a fiery young preacher and by the age of 19, he founded a Church and was ordained by the Assemblies of God.
Lester Sumrall traveled the world ministering in 110 countries, and wrote over 130 books.
He was one of the most colorful preachers of the 20th century. He founded the Lester Sumrall Evangelistic Association (LeSEA) which included a humanitarian arm, World Harvest Radio International and World Harvest Bible College.

Entering into a covenant to preach the Gospel was what delivered Lester from death.
A definite choice to live for God and serve His purpose is what delivers from death and destruction.
God is able to bring us up from any depth once we covenant to fully serve Him.
Our decision to actively work for God, commits Him to preserve our lives and bless our endeavors.
We must understand that our experience in life is basically about our covenant positioning.
To enjoy peace, prosperity and multiplication, we must commit to deliberately walk in covenant with God.

In Ezekiel 37:26, God says ‘I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever.’

Our choice to serve God and be faithful in His Kingdom determines the outcome of our destiny.
It is when we serve God that He blesses our bread and water and takes away sicknesses from us. (Ex. 23:25)
Job 36:11 says -” If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures”.
Blessings are outcomes of obedience. Our degree of commitment to seek God first, determines our ultimate height in the race of life.
Today, as we enter into a fresh covenant to serve God and obey Him with our whole heart, surely it will be our season to experience massive turnarounds. The door will open to divine rewards, inexplicable miracles and supernatural overflow in every area of our lives.

PRAYER
Father, I come before You today to receive the grace to serve You acceptably. Please help me to make the choice to prioritize Your will above all else, so that Your blessings will abound in my life in Jesus’ Name
