Archibald Edward Glover, was a British missionary who served with the China Inland Mission during the boxer rebellion in China where many foreigners were killed.
At the beginning of the riots, on July 10 1900, Chinese soldiers came early in the morning to the mission station to take Archibald Glover and his family to safety.
After being driven for 30 miles in a crude open cart, the soldiers brought them to a town where they were to rest a while before continuing their journey. Knowing the town to be particularly hostile, Glover and his wife cried out to God for protection.
Their escorts drove them to an inn in the town. But in no time news of their arrival spread and a mob gathered and began calling for death to the ‘foreign devils’.
In the confusion, Glover, surprisingly noted that the soldiers who were supposed to protect them had sneaked away, abandoning them to their fate.
Looking up to God to save them from imminent death, Glover and his wife specifically asked Him to put His fear upon the people of the town in such a way that no finger would be lifted against them.
As they stepped out into the street, Glover quoted Psalms 93:3-4 “The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. The Lord on High is mightier than the noise of many waters.”
Something amazing then happened. As they walked through a path in the midst of the crowd of about a thousand people, a force seemed to suddenly paralyze them all. The crowd stood silent as stones.
It was indeed phenomenal as Glover and his family witnessed the mighty power of God. Their hearts were bowed in worship before God as they freely acknowledged, “This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.”
They passed safely and found the soldiers standing further down the crowd. The soldiers were also in awe of what had happened. Once again Glover and his family entered into the cart and continued their journey to the next town, unharmed.
Glover ended up being among the few foreigners who escaped during the Boxer rebellion that cost the life of many foreigners.

Truly, The Lord on High is mightier than the noise of many waters!
When you engage the Word in battle, no opposition can resist your authority.
Though you may walk through the valley of the shadow of death, when the Lord is with you, surely you shall fear no evil.
God’s enemies will always perish at His Presence. The floods may lift up their waves, but the Lord on High is mightier than them all.
Though the medical report, financial challenge, family crisis may seem to be lifting up their voices against you, your God is greater than them all. Just ensure His presence is with you through prayers, study of the Word and praise.
As you stay strong in faith, you will surely overcome every gang-up against you.
It doesn’t matter how bad any negative situation may appear, the Lord with you is strong and powerful. He is the Lord, mighty in battle, against whom no gate of hell can prevail.
This should give you confidence when the enemy is saying that there is no way out for you.
As a child of God you can never be stranded. No matter how it may seem you are surrounded or outnumbered, always remember that the greater One lives in you.
Certainly, greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.[1 John 4:4].
God is the mighty Man of war. When He comes in His might, the earth trembles, He makes every opposition to bow.
He is the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Ancient of days. There is no one like Him.
He is the Commander in Chief of the Host of Heaven; He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, the Lion of the tribe of Judah.
He has redeemed us by His Blood. And because we are redeemed of the Lord, we are destined to always overcome.
Surely “Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even our faith.”[1 John 5:4].

PRAYER: Lord, I deeply appreciate You for the deliverance power that is available to me through the Blood of Jesus. Thank You for causing to triumph always in battles in Jesus Mighty Name.

In the early morning hours of 15 April 1912, the RMS Titanic sank in the North Atlantic Ocean.
Over 1,500 people perished in the icy waters, while only 705 people survived. Most of these survivors were women and children.
Though the male passengers were more in number, at the time of the disaster, they selflessly carried out the order of the ship’s Captain to put the women and children first in lifeboats.
To carry out this order required courage and sacrifice. The men acted in the spirit of love. It was not the survival of the fittest, rather the men made sure that the weakest survived. Because of this, most of the women and children were saved. The ship’s Captain, along with more than 1,300 other brave men who couldn’t gain access to lifeboats, all went down with the ship.
To honor these men, women all over America contributed towards a fund and built a monument in the Nation’s capital, on which is engraved: “To the brave men of Titanic who gave their lives that women and children might be saved.”
Interestingly, a hundred years later in 2012, another ship sank which was much larger than the Titanic. This was the Italian cruise vessel “Concordia.” In this case, the captain gave a far different order by declaring: “Every man for himself!” The captain himself escaped and abandoned the ship leaving many still on board to drown in the sea. For his selfish action, the captain was later convicted of manslaughter.

Truly in the world today, the slogan seems to be “Every man for himself!” No one seems to care about what happens to others.
But as believers, the Bible teaches us to live differently.
Over 2000 years ago, Jesus willingly laid down His life at the Cross to save humanity from drowning in the sea of sin and death.
Jesus loved us so much that He gave up His life that we might live.
He gave us an example to prioritize the deliverance of others and do whatever it takes to rescue them from drowning in the sea of sin and perdition in the world.
The truth is that many people are dying in silence; some are struggling with sin, suffering emotional abuse, marital challenges, health problems, financial challenges, family calamities etc.
As believers, we must be concerned about both the salvation of sinners and stability of our fellow brethren.
Our love for God naturally finds expression in our love for people.
1 John 4:20-21 says ‘If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?’
Severally in the Scriptures, Jesus emphasized the need for us to live a life of loving others.
Especially in this end-time, we need the power of love to be strongly at work in our lives. This is important because love is the foundation of God’s kingdom upon which all other laws hang. I Corinthians 13:3 tells us that no matter what we do in God’s kingdom, if the love is not involved, it is all in vain.
We can’t go far spiritually until we get our love walk right! We are the body of Christ and we have to have common-union (communion).
Not walking in love is one of the hidden traps the enemy often uses to hinder the progress of many believers. Not walking in love can stop prayers from being answered and cause stagnancy is certain areas of a believer’s life.
But living a life ruled by the love of God opens us up to live in the highest measure of blessings and power.
In these days of fierce spiritual battle against the forces of wickedness, love is our strong defense. When we dwell in love, we dwell in God and when God is for us nothing and no one can be against us.
Today, let us plead the Blood of Jesus against anything that tries to hinder our love walk.
Just as Jesus laid down His life that we might live, let us receive the grace today to follow His example of love in all that we do.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the price You paid for me at Calvary. Today, I receive the grace to overcome hindrances to my love walk and live a life that always pleases You in Jesus Name.

Dr. Lilian B. Yeomans was a well-known Christian surgeon in the late 19th century. She was a woman of faith who built a “faith home” for the healing of people who were beyond medical help.
Dr. Yeomans got most of the patients that passed through the faith home healed by teaching them to build up their faith to receive healing from God.
In one of her books she gave the following example of how she helped build up faith in a patient.
One day a woman in the last stages of tuberculosis was brought to the faith home. Doctors had given her up as beyond medical aid. When the ambulance brought her in, Dr. Yeomans knew she was dying.
The woman was carried to an upstairs room, and there Dr. Yeomans began reading the Bible to her. She spent about two hours reading Scriptures concerning divine healing; especially from Deuteronomy 28 and Galatians 3:13. Then she instructed the dying woman to repeat to herself every waking moment, “According to Deuteronomy 28:22, tuberculosis is a curse of the law. But according to Galatians 3:13, Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law. Therefore, I no longer have tuberculosis.”
The next morning, Dr.Yeomans asked the woman if she had been repeating what she’d instructed her to say. She answered that it seemed as if she’d said it 10,000 times, but she couldn’t understand what it meant. Dr. Yeomans read more Scriptures to her and asked her to continue repeating the same words.
The next day the story was the same. On the third morning, the woman still did not understand, but continued to recite the prescribed Scriptures.
Then in the afternoon of that third day, while Dr. Yeomans was downstairs, she heard a commotion upstairs. The new patient came rushing down the stairs, shouting at the top of her voice, “Sister Yeomans—did you know? Christ has redeemed me, and I no longer have tuberculosis! It’s gone now!”
Finally the truth of God’s Word had registered on her heart, igniting faith that set her free from sickness and restored her back to life!

Through faith in God’s Word, we can receive the miracles we need.
Miracles are not what we wait for; it is what we work at.
According to I Corinthians 12, one of the gifts of the Holy Ghost is the gift of the working of miracles. This confirms that miracles are worked at!
Miracles are not accidental, they are the deliberate acts of God, motivated by the desperate faith of men!
Faith is the key to miracles. It is the victory that overcomes the world and it comes by hearing and hearing of God’s Word..
Therefore, when we diligently study God’s Word and believe His promises, there will be a performance of what we have believed.

At Calvary, Jesus paid a great price to grant us access to faith to receive whatsoever we desire. He became a curse for us so that the blessings of Abraham might come upon us.
The Blood of Jesus has reversed every curse against us and ushered us into a new life of great possibilities and unhindered access to supernatural blessings.
As we build up our faith to truly understand what belongs to us in redemption, then we will have whatsoever we desire from God.

Today there’s a great need for us to build up our faith for miracles because in this end-times evil is on the increase, incurable diseases are on the rise and economic instability is growing globally.
As we begin to engage our faith through diligent study and consistent declaration of God’s Word, surely through the Blood of Jesus we will triumph always over the growing gross darkness of these last days..

PRAYER: Father I thank You for the grace to diligently study Your Word so that faith can be ignited in my heart for the miracles I need.
Truly, that which is impossible to men is totally possible to You and I thank You that I have the victory by the Blood in Jesus Name.

Jacob Chamberlain was a missionary who served for 37 years among the Telugu people of India.
On one of his mission trips, he and his men came to a village that worshipped snakes and did not allow their killing.
On arrival, Jacob Chamberlain was given a hut to rest in after his long journey to the village.
As he laid on the jungle bed reading his Bible, he had no idea that a ten feet long
snake was inching close to his face. When he finally dropped the book and saw the snake, he bolted out of the bed, grabbed a nearby iron pole and attacked it. One of his native servants came in and assisted him in killing the beast.
When a villager passed by and saw the dead snake, he ran off to inform the elders of what the missionary had done.
Jacob Chamberlain knew his actions could attract serious consequences and began to think of what to do . Soon the elders arrived, but to his surprise instead of being furious, they began to thank him for killing that particular snake.
They told him how it had killed some of their people and kept the whole village in fear and because their tradition did not allow them to kill it, they had been in a dilemma on what to do.
As the news spread in the village that the evil snake had been killed, many villagers trooped out to hail and thank the missionary.
This incident opened the door for Jacob Chamberlain to tell them about another bad ‘old serpent” in the Bible and how Christ came to destroy him and his evil works at the Cross.
As he taught the people the truth of God’s Word, many surrendered their lives and gave up their old traditions for new life in Christ…

In Genesis 3:15, God promised to “bruise” or “crush” the serpent’s head. Ultimately, this promise was fulfilled through Christ who defeated the devil at the Cross.
Christ came to earth specifically for the purpose of destroying the works of the devil.
During His earthly ministry, God anointed Him greatly with the Holy Ghost and power and He went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.
At His death, He went directly to the devil’s den in hell and spoiled all principalities and powers and triumphed over them.
After His resurrection, Jesus declared that all power has been given unto Him in Heaven and in earth.
And because the life is in the Blood, the same power in Christ now resides in His Blood.

The Blood of Jesus is designed to demolish every works of the devil in our lives.
His Blood is ordained to destroy all manifestations of darkness in the form of afflictions, diseases, infirmities, poverty, sin, etc.
When Jesus went into the temple, He flogged out those
who were buying and selling. In the same way, when His Blood dwells in your body which is the temple of the Holy Ghost, everything buying and selling in your system will be driven out.
Truly, Jesus has given us all it takes to overcome the enemy.
But it takes Knowledge of
God’s Word to gain access to our victory.
Surely, the Word
is our greatest fortress and stronghold in battles against the enemy. The Word was what Jesus applied to defeat him on the mount of temptation.
God’s Word is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword.
The entrance of the Word gives light that shines in darkness and darkness cannot overcome it.
When you fill your heart with God’s Word, and boldly declare it in faith, the strangers will hear your voice and fade away from their hiding places (Psalm 18:44-45).
Today, as we begin to engage the weapon of the Blood by faith, surely every works of darkness around us will be destroyed and we will stand victorious and triumphant in every battle..

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the victory I have through Your Blood. Today as I invoke the Blood against everything fighting my destiny, I know that I truly have the victory in Jesus Name.

In 2018, Media outlets in Finland reported the story of 70 years old pastor Mika Forsman, who was miraculously saved from freezing to death.
On Sunday, February 25, 2018, he was all alone in his isolated cottage near the lake, as his family had travelled to London for a few days. Wearing only slippers, lounge pants, and a T-shirt, he briefly stepped outside in sub-zero temperatures. While on the stairs, he accidentally slipped and fell face-down to the ground, and broke his hip.
He found his legs and hands could barely move and he was unable to get up. All alone, he faced the danger of freezing to death without anyone coming to his rescue because his cottage was in an isolated area where people hardly walked outside during winter.
But instead of panicking, pastor Mika Forsman began praying silently, asking God to deliver him. As his body cooled quickly and his clothes froze to the ground, he started to shout for help but got no answer.
His dog who had followed him out began to bark furiously.
Pastor Forsman kept on praying and shouting. After many minutes, just when he felt he was about to pass out because of the cold, he saw a couple approaching the cottage. This couple had been on the opposite shore of the Lake but crossed the ice, attracted by the pastors voice.
They covered the pastor with some clothes and alerted an ambulance. First responders cut off Forsman’s frozen clothes and covered him with a thermal blanket, he was then rushed to a nearby Hospital, where he received treatment and later recovered.
While speaking to the media, the pastor expressed his surprise at how unlikely it was for that couple to have been outside in sub-zero weather on that Sunday morning to rescue him. He told the media “No doubt, we have a living God who hears prayers!”

Indeed God’s ears are always open to the cry of the righteous.
In desperate situations and moments where there seems to be no way, God can miraculously raise help for us. God is always our way maker and our bridge over troubled waters.
Despite, the roaring sea, somehow He will create a path of escape through the mighty waters.

God says in Psalm 91:15 “Because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.’

Because we know the Name of the Lord, in the times of trouble He will never leave us nor forsake us. He will always show up for our rescue.
He didn’t leave Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the fire, He came as the 4th man and brought them out. He didn’t leave Daniel in the lion’s den, He closed the lions’ mouths and rescued him. He didn’t leave Paul and Silas in the prison, He caused an earthquake and opened the prison doors.
In the same way, God will not leave us nor forsake us in times of trouble.
Each time the enemy tries to get you into a fix, and it seems you are cut off from help, always remember that you serve the God who is a miracle-worker. Though the enemy may tell you there’s no way of escape, trust God to turn things around, and use that adversity to advance your destiny. God will turn around for you what the enemy meant for evil.
God will send you help from Zion, even people you don’t know will come to your aid.
Truly, there is no mountain that God cannot move, no sea that He cannot dry up, and no Jordan that He cannot drive back for your sake.
Therefore rather than panic, switch to prayers and rather than worry, start to worship. Instead of fretting over negative situations, let us keep blessing the Lord at all times because He is at work in our lives.
As we praise Him, there will be a sudden shift in our circumstances. We will see miraculous turnarounds, inexplicable wonders and sudden divine deliverances.
Certainly, it is our season to experience speedy deliverance through the Blood of Jesus. No matter how tough any situation we may face, surely, we have overcome by the Blood and by the Word of our testimony.

PRAYER: Father, I praise You for always causing me to triumph in every circumstance through the Blood of Jesus. Thank You Lord for being my way-maker and miracle worker in Jesus’ Name.

Psalm 118:6 ‘The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?’

In the sixteenth century, there was a protestant reformer in England by the name of Hugh Latimer. He was known as one of the greatest preachers of his day.
Hugh Latimer was Bishop of Worcester in the time of King Henry VIII of England, but he resigned in protest against the King’s refusal to allow the Protestant reforms.
Latimer’s sermons urged men to upright living and devoutness in prayer.
One time he was invited to preach before King Henry. Latimer decided that he must be faithful to the message that God had laid on his heart even if it displeased the king.
Indeed his bold preaching of righteousness enraged the king. Latimer was then commanded to preach the following weekend and make an apology to the king. But on the next Sunday, after reading the text, Latimer openly acknowledged the king’s power to take away his earthly life if he displeased him, but then declared that he would rather fear and obey God who had the greater power to not only kill him but cast his soul into hell. Therefore, rather than apologize, Latimer then gave King Henry the very same sermon he had preached the week before – only with more passion and more urgency!
Later on, Hugh Latimer was martyred for his faith, alongside his friend and fellow reformer, Nicholas Ridley.
As both men were burned at the stakes, Latimer’s spoke this now famous last words to his friend: “Be of good cheer, Master Ridley, and play the man, for we shall this day light such a candle in England as I trust by God’ grace shall never be put out.”
Latimer faced the choice to preach what the king wanted to hear or preach God’s undiluted Word. He took his stand for truth and preached boldly despite the danger to his life.

Acts chapter 4 includes the story of Peter and John standing before the Jewish rulers and giving testimony of Christ and His death and resurrection.
When they were thrown in jail and warned not to speak or teach at all in Jesus’ Name, they refused to compromise instead, saying, “we cannot but speak of things we have seen and heard.”
The Apostles chose to stand by their beliefs rather than fear what men could do to them. .

Psalm 118:6 says ‘The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?’

We should never allow fear of men to dilute our dedication to God
Our desire to please God should always be placed above all else.
As we go through life we would often be faced with the choice of pleasing God or pleasing man. But in whatever situation we may find ourselves, we should always place God first. No matter what goes on around us, we should never compromise our stance.
Our convictions shape not only what we believe but also how we live and even how we die. They define who we are and provide solid straight lines that help us to walk in line with God’s Word
At all times, the word of God must be our standard for living. Sacrificing our standard of righteousness to please others will only result in the loss of God’s best for us. Compromise may secure a momentary gain, but it will only end in pain.
Our ability to stand strong is a function of the state of our hearts. When your heart is full of the Word and faith, you will not be intimidated by any situation to compromise. Often, the reason why people sometimes cave in during challenges or fall into temptations is because of lack of faith.
Faith failure is like heart failure. As long as your faith does not fail, your heart will be strong in God and it will be difficult for you to be intimidated or tempted away from following God’s will..
In times of trials, like Paul in Acts 20:24, we must always declare in faith ‘none of these things move me’.
Surely, nothing can separate us from the love of Christ.
Understand that there’s no temptation that comes your way that is not common to man and in it, God will always make a way of escape for you.
Today, as you refuse to compromise your faith in the face of trials, certainly, “The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” [Exodus 14:14]

PRAYER: Father I thank You that no matter what comes my way, through faith in You, I am an overcomer in every situation. Please help me to always keep my heart filled with Your Word, so that I will never fall to temptations in Jesus Name.

Isaiah 14:24 ‘The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:’

It is believed that there are over 1,800 prophecies in the Bible. Many of these have found accurate fulfillment.
One of these fulfilled prophecies was made by Prophet Isaiah about events involving the destruction and restoration of Israel.
About 2700 years before it came to pass, prophet Isaiah prophesied about the exile and restoration of Israel.
In fulfillment of the prophesy about the exile, in AD 70 Jerusalem and the temple was destroyed and the Jews were carried into exile. Afterwards the Jews were scattered all over the world among the nations.
Then in fulfillment of the prophecy of restoration, after almost 2000 years of exile, God began to re-gather His people again. And in 1948, the modern nation of Israel came into existence. Despite all the odds against it, the nation of Israel has continued to experience amazing restoration and make worldwide impact as one of the leading nations in science, agriculture, technology and innovations today.

Isaiah 14:24 says ‘The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:’

Surely whatever God says, will always come to pass. As long as we have faith, we will see the manifestation of God’s promises made to us.
A prophecy you don’t believe will not find expression in your life because every prophecy delivers primarily by faith.

Luke 1:45 says ‘And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.’

If you don’t believe, there won’t be a performance. If you don’t believe it, you will not receive. Therefore to see prophesies fulfilled in our lives, we must work on our faith.
Every genuine prophecy leaves you with a responsibility. It is only when you fulfill the conditions that you will see the manifestations. Therefore to be correctly positioned to take delivery of every prophetic word over our lives, we must fulfill the covenant obligations of building up our faith.
We must accept the personal responsibility of diligent study of God’s Word, prayers, fasting, fellowship with the Spirit and other spiritual exercises.
Whatever, we are believing God for, as we remain steadfast in faith, God will not only answer, but will exceed our expectations.
We need to persevere in prayers, warring with prophesies, even if we do not see anything happening immediately. Truly, we have need of the patience to persist until we obtain the promises.
Persistence means not giving up, not quitting, not giving in and not becoming discouraged no matter how contrary things may seem.
Numbers 23:19 says ‘God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?’

Indeed it is God’s plan to perform every Word of prophesy over our lives this year. As we steadfastly believe His promises, surely we shall soon see their speedy manifestations.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to begin to build up my faith through diligent study of Your Word. I thank You Lord for the grace to wait for Your promises. Certainly, I know You are able to do what You have promised in my life in Jesus Name.

Jonathan Bernor is a world champion powerlifter who has been twice ranked number one in the world in his weight class.
Jonathan’s life is a testimony of the transformational power in the Blood of Jesus.
When very young, his parents got divorced and it left a gaping hole in his heart. As he grew older, he turned to the streets and joined bad friends who burgled houses and sold drugs.
Jonathan dropped out of high school in his senior year, and became one of the top drug dealers on Long Island, New York, with suppliers all over the country. During this time, Jonathan’s mother became a Christian but nothing she said or did could change Jonathan.
While still in his teens, Jonathan had taken an interest in weight lifting and was competing to be among those at the very top of the sport.
Yet his criminal lifestyle still continued and nothing seemed to stop him until he faced a life-threatening illness when he was diagnosed with pancreatitis.
The prognosis was not good. Now facing his own mortality, Jonathan prayed to God to save him and surrendered his life to Christ.
After he was released from the hospital and sent home, few days later Jonathan was stunned to realize that God had miraculously healed him. All the pain had gone and his health was restored.
Soon he became strong enough to return back to competitive weight lifting. Amazed by God’s love, Jonathan totally dedicated his life to live for Christ and now uses his platform to share his Christian faith with people around the world.

Indeed there is no life so steeped in sin that it cannot be redeemed by the Blood of Jesus and transformed.

Ephesians 1:7 says ‘In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;’

No matter how disheveled any destiny may appear, through the mystery of the Blood, there can be restoration and divine completeness.
Just as Jonathan’s life was dramatically transformed, God is able to turn things around for anyone who comes to Him.
The transformational power in the Blood of Jesus is ordained for our deliverance and restoration. It doesn’t matter the kind of evil affliction or oppression the enemy may have attacked you with in the past, there is total restoration and deliverance available through the Blood.
The power of God is able to dominate over any dark nature and cause a person to become more like Christ.
It doesn’t matter the negative habits or sin, anyone may be struggling with, through the power in the Blood of Jesus, there can be a total turnaround.
By the power in the Blood we are revived to live a life of glory and not of shame. We are translated from failure to breakthrough, from sickness to health, from death to life, from weakness to power.
There is no yoke that cannot be broken by the Blood. Every hold of sickness, evil habits, poverty etc can be shattered by the Blood.
In whatever area you may feel afflicted or oppressed, you can be free today through engaging the transformational power of the Blood.

Indeed no matter how terrible your past experiences may have been, through the power in the Blood, you can experience a new season today.
As we engage the Blood in spiritual warfare whatever may want to hinder the shinning forth of your glory, will be terminated. Through the mystery of the Blood, every yoke is destroyed. The glory God has ordained for you in this season can no longer be hidden, certainly it is time for it to come into full manifestation.
Let us therefore begin to bless and praise the Lord for the amazing miracles of transformation we are about to witness soon in our health, finances, family and every other area of our lives..

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the transformational power available to me through the Blood of Jesus. I know indeed that by the power in the Blood, I am delivered from every hold of darkness and set free to enjoy the blessings of Your grace in Jesus Name.

Jerry Savelle is president of Jerry Savelle Ministries International.
In his book titled Seizing God-given Opportunities, Jerry Savelle told of a personal experience that taught him the importance of tapping into the mind of Christ.
As a young man Savelle worked as an Autobody repairman. But when he got born again and felt the call to ministry, he left his business and started working for Kenneth Copeland. At that time Copeland was at the beginning stage of his own ministry.
Jerry’s job was to travel with Copeland and set up the sound equipment for his preaching.
At the start of Jerry’s job, Kenneth showed him his sound system and handed him the speakers, amplifiers and microphones and simply told him ‘Set it up”, without showing him how to do it.
Jerry had no idea how to set up a sound system, but he thought it shouldn’t be something complicated.
At the hotel where Copeland was supposed to preach by 10:00am the next morning, Jerry decided to set up the sound system the night before. He got into the hotel ballroom and unpacked all the sound equipment, and started trying to use the instructions manual to set it up. But no matter what he did, he couldn’t get the system to produce any sound. He read the manual several times and plugged in everything that could be plugged in, but nothing worked. By this time he couldn’t go to ask Kenneth Copeland how to do it because he was already in prayers preparing for the meeting.
Jerry struggled over the sound system and sat up all night trying to figure out how to set it up until 8:00am the following morning. With only two hours left for Kenneth to begin preaching, Jerry became desperate and cried out to God to show him what to do. After that prayer, he tried again and suddenly the sound system worked!
Jerry realized that praying to tap into the wisdom of God was what he should have done in the first place. And that could have saved him from losing a night’s sleep.
That day, he learnt a vital lesson about seeking divine wisdom rather than depending on his own mind.

One of the benefits of redemption is our access to divine wisdom. Through tapping into the mind of Christ, we are able to obtain solutions to problems and achieve extraordinary results.
This is what the Blood of Jesus has purchased for us.
Salvation has positioned us to achieve extraordinary exploits through operating at the higher wisdom level of Christ. 1 Cor. 2:16. says ‘..But we have the mind of Christ.”

At life’s crossroads, we can always know which way to take by hooking up to a higher source of wisdom.
We are not designed to be stranded at any point.
God has given us access to the mind of Christ so we can manifest His manifold wisdom to the world.
It is God’s plan that in these last days the Church will be unveiled in full redemptive colors. Therefore as a believer at this time, understand that you are not ordinary. You are born for signs and wonders.
You are a chosen vessel ordained to manifest God’s divine wisdom to the world. Therefore you cannot afford to settle for a mediocre life because God wants to use you!
However, the wisdom we manifest depends on the level of attention we pay to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit begins to relate with a man’s spirit, He connects him to the deep things of God, which makes him a wonder on the earth.

I Corinthians 2:9-10 says that the Spirit of God searches out all things which includes, intellectual things, scientific things, economic things, political things etc
If we must have good success, then we must connect to divine wisdom because it is indispensable. Therefore today, let us make the deliberate decision to seek divine wisdom through a lifestyle of diligent study of God’s Word, fervent prayers, and passionate praise. As we give God the first place in our lives, certainly, He will give us the best places on the earth.

PRAYER: Lord, Please give me the grace to always put You first in my life. Please help me to connect to Your Wisdom, so that Your foreordained plan and purpose for me, can come into full manifestation, in Jesus Name. .

‘The crucifixion of Jesus : a forensic inquiry’, is a book written by forensic expert and medical examiner, Dr. Frederick T. Zugibe.
In the book he gives detailed analysis of Christ’s death and presents his discoveries culled from years of exhaustive research. Documented with illustrations that explore the impact of crucifixion on the body, he demonstrated the realities of it.
According to the findings, Roman crucifixions were designed to cause maximum pain for a prolonged period.
It was such a cruel and shameful punishment that the Romans didn’t inflict it on their own citizens rather crucifixion was reserved for criminals and slaves in ancient Rome.
During the crucifixion, victims’ feet and wrists were usually nailed to a wooden cross, which would hold them upright while they suffered a slow and agonizing death, often taking several days. As a gesture of “Roman kindness” the prisoner was offered a mixture of vinegar (gall) and wine as a mild anesthetic. According to the Biblical account this anesthetic was refused by Jesus. Consequently, He fully bore all the pain! It is indeed amazing and difficult to grasp the price Jesus paid at Calvary for us.

Jesus was wounded so we could be completely whole. He was bruised so we could be totally healed.
Wounds are not only physical, many people have been wounded emotionally, wounded financially, wounded verbally and in many other different ways.
Jesus died to heal every possible affliction we would ever face in this life.
It is God’s desire to repair all the broken places in our lives. We all have all experienced rejection, pain, and betrayals.
Sometimes the hurt can be most profound, leading us to build walls around our hearts to protect us from further pain. But then those same walls can also imprison and restrict us from loving and living life to the fullest.
Jesus died to heal us totally, His Blood is able to go through the barriers of time into our wounded past to make us whole again.
At the Cross He suffered terribly to ensure we never have to suffer again.
Whatever hurt or pain you may face today, Christ has already paid for it. He died that we might be totally whole and live life more abundantly.
His desire for our total healing was demonstrated during His earthly ministry, as He healed all that came to Him.
Matthew 15:30 says, “A vast crowd brought to Him people who were lame, blind, crippled, those who couldn’t speak, and many others. They laid them before Jesus, and He healed them all.”
Fourteen times in the Scriptures it is recorded that He healed “all” who were sick.

Today, Christ is no longer on the cross and neither is He in the grave; He is raised up and seated at the right hand of God in heaven. The benefit of the price He paid is to ensure that we enjoy total health and victory in all areas of our lives. Truly, His Blood has positioned us to overcome and win in every situation of life.

1 John 5:4 says ‘for everyone born of God overcomes the world’

Certainly, through Christ we are more than conquerors. But miracles of healing are only released over our lives as we come into agreement with God’s Word. Therefore today, let us begin to align ourselves with God’s will so that His power can be released for our total health and healing.

PRAYER: Father please help me to begin to live in the consciousness of the redemptive benefits Christ won for me at Calvary. Today, by the Blood of Jesus I claim my victory over everything contesting my glorious destiny in Jesus Name.
