Texas, has witnessed many remarkable moments of God’s provision throughout his ministry. One of the most memorable occurred during the early years of his crusade outreach.
In the early 1990s, a large evangelistic crusade was organized in Los Angeles by the international televangelist Pastor John Hagee. The meetings were powerful, and more than 1,500 people gave their lives to Christ within two nights. However, the cost of organizing the crusade turned out to be far greater than expected. By the time the event ended, Pastor Hagee’s ministry had spent funds that were originally reserved to pay for their television broadcasts.
The situation created serious concern. Losing their television airtime could severely affect the ministry’s outreach. Unsure of what to do, Pastor Hagee called his mother, a woman known for her deep faith in God. After hearing the situation, she calmly reassured him that the work had been done for the Lord and therefore the responsibility for the provision belonged to God. She prayed confidently that God would supply the need.
Two days later, Pastor Hagee received an unexpected phone call from a man who admitted he was not a Christian. Yet he said he had seen Hagee preaching on television and believed the message needed to continue. Shortly afterward, the ministry received a check for one million dollars—an extraordinary miracle that confirmed God’s faithfulness to His Word.
Isaiah 41:10 reminds us that fear has no place in the heart of someone who trusts in God. When circumstances look intimidating, God calls us not to panic but to remember that He is with us, strengthening and helping us through every challenge.
There are moments in life when situations appear overwhelming—financial pressure, unexpected obstacles, or unanswered prayers. During such times, fear often tries to dominate our thoughts. But the antidote to fear is faith in God’s Word.
When we choose to hold firmly to God’s promises, our perspective begins to change. Faith reminds us that God is greater than any challenge we face. It anchors our hearts in the truth that God is actively working behind the scenes to bring about His purposes.
Miracles are often born in moments when faith refuses to give way to fear. When we keep trusting God, praying, and standing on His Word, we position ourselves to witness His supernatural intervention.
Faith does not ignore difficulties; it looks beyond them to the power of God. As we continue walking in obedience to God’s will and trusting His promises, we will see Him move in ways that exceed our expectations.
Therefore, let us silence fear and strengthen our faith by holding tightly to God’s Word. As we do so, we will experience the miraculous solutions to every challenge that confronts us today.
PRAYER:
Lord, please help me to meditate constantly on Your Word so that my heart will be filled with the faith I need to believe You for supernatural breakthroughs. By Your grace, what looks impossible to men will become possible in my life in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
