At age ten, Luis Palau Jr. faced a major hardship with the death of his father. This forced him to leave school and become a primary provider for his family.
At twelve, he committed his life to Christ, and that decision marked a turning point. As a teenager, he began preaching on street corners, and in 1960, he moved to Portland, Oregon, to attend Bible school, where he met Billy Graham and later served as his Spanish interpreter.
Soon, Luis sensed a call from God to begin organizing evangelistic crusades. In the early 1970s, he launched one of his first major independent campaigns in Winnipeg, Canada. The vision was bold, but the financial resources were limited.
However, Luis chose to walk by faith and stand firmly on God’s Word, believing that if God had given the assignment, He would also supply the needs. At the last hour, miraculous provision began to pour in from people who felt led to give. The crusade was successfully held, marking the beginning of his global evangelistic ministry.
For the next 65 years, he preached in more than 80 countries, reaching an estimated one billion people through various media and live events. Luis Palau’s remarkable story is captured in his memoir Palau: A Life on Fire.

Luis Palau’s life demonstrates that when a person prioritizes faith in God above all else, God rewards them with blessings.
Hebrews 11:6 reveals a foundational truth—God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. This means that seeking God is never a wasted effort; it always produces results.
Seeking God goes beyond occasional prayer; it is a lifestyle of placing His Word, His will, and His Kingdom first. When we do this, we align ourselves with divine provision, direction, and favor.
There may be seasons when it seems your efforts are not yielding immediate results. However, God’s system does not fail. Every act of obedience, every moment of devotion, and every sacrifice made in pursuit of Him is seen and rewarded.
Faith comes from God’s Word, so as you remain committed to diligent study of His Word, blessings will overflow in your life: doors will open, resources will come, and breakthroughs will manifest.
No matter the difficulties you may face today, keep walking in faith. Refuse to be weary. In due time, God will reward your obedience to His Word and your faithfulness to Kingdom service with undeniable results.

PRAYER
Lord, please grant me the grace to seek You diligently and to make Your Kingdom my top priority. As i do, I thank You for the rewards of breakthroughs, favor, and multiplied blessings, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
