2 Corinthians 9:8 “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work”
DAILY READING – Mark 10:1-31; 2 Samuel 23; Hosea 3
In the world’s oceans lies treasures worth trillions of dollars.
This is because Ocean waters around the world contain about 20 million tons of gold in them. Each liter of water contains approximately 13 billionths of a gram of gold.
The total amount of these gold is estimated to be worth roughly $771 trillion.
If compared to the world domestic product of $78.28 trillion in 2014, it would almost be 10 times the entire world’s domestic product for that year.
But while so much wealth is available in the world’s oceans, unfortunately, it is very difficult to access them. These concentration of gold can not easily be panned.
It would involve greatly complicated, expensive methods and monumental tasks to be able to extract the gold from seawater.
Despite the great researches and studies done by investors, there’s still currently no cost-effective method to remove the gold from the oceans and still make profits.
It would require great funds, equipment, time and tireless search.
Yet, hopeful investors have remained persistent and tireless in their quest, believing that one day they will find the knowledge that will show them easier and profitable methods to extract the massive treasures lying in the world’s oceans.
The treasures of life are in the deep and it takes the key of knowledge to unlock them..
Spiritually,. there are treasures of supernatural abundance available to us, but they are only accessible when we are willing to pay the price of knowledge.
All the provisions we need in life are available, but we can only have them through the knowledge of God.
2 Peter 1:3 says ‘According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him”
The level of our knowledge of God determines the level of inheritance we can enjoy.
Supernatural overflow, breakthroughs, prosperity, divine health etc, are all available.
But they are stored up in the depth of God’s Word.
in Luke 5, Peter had laboured all night without a catch. But Jesus said to him ‘launch out into the deep and let down your net for a draught’
When Peter obeyed and launched out into the deep, he experienced a net breaking catch.
Peter’s labour in the dark could be likened to labouring without the light of knowledge.
Truly, the greatest problem of this age is spiritual ignorance. But through the revelation of God’s Word, all frustrations, and weeping comes to an end
In Revelation 5:4-5, Apostle John wept much, because no man was found worthy to open the book. Then one of the elders told him ‘Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof..’
The opening of the book is what brings an end to every weeping.
Jesus shed His Blood to stop tears and frustrations and enable us to live in abundance and blessings.
Revelation 5:12 says Jesus was slain to receive for us power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
Certainly, through His Blood, Jesus has made available to us the grace we need to live in all sufficiecy, and abound to every good work.
In this month of March, as we seek greater knowledge of His Word, surely, we shall gain access to Heavenly treasures.
Abundance, divine health, favour, fruitfulness and supernatural overflow shall be our portion in Jesus Name.
PRAYER: Father please open my eyes to behold the wonders and treasures in Your Word. Thank You Lord for causing me to walk in supernatural overflow in all my endeavors in Jesus’ Name.
