Debbie and Keith Jagger are American missionaries serving with the ministry ‘Missionaries On Special Assignment’ {MOSA].
In August 2001, they were sent to the village of Wa in northern Ghana, to help a small Christian community living in a predominantly muslim environment.
However, their arrival in the village was greeted with hostility by some residents who hated Christianity.
As the tensions increased over their presence, two watchmen were hired to guard the missionaries’ home.
They later learnt that a group of evil men were brought into the village specifically for the purpose of putting voodoo curses on their home.
On October 4, 2001, the missionaries felt a spiritual attack as Keith was almost blinded in a domestic accident and Debbie was wounded by a heavy kitchen shelf that inexplicably fell and knocked her down.
It seemed that having failed in the spiritual attempt to kill the missionaries, these evil attackers then came physically to their home that night.
At 1:45 am, Keith and Debbie heard their two security men screaming that armed intruders were invading the compound.
As Keith attempted to call the police, he found that strangely all their phones were dead. As the intruders began breaking in, the missionaries started to pray Psalm 91 for protection. As Debbie prayed, she heard the Lord say to her ‘You have been with Me in that secret place. Now you just stand in My shadow.'”
Once inside, the five intruders with guns, ordered Keith and Debbie out into the hallway. However, God’s Presence was so thick in the house that the intruders couldn’t harm the missionaries. When they demanded money, Keith gave them a one-hundred-dollar bill and said, “In the Name of Jesus”
Instantly as he spoke the Name of Jesus, the men bowed their heads simultaneously and suddenly began backing away in fear, even though they were holding guns.
Eventually, Keith and Debbie heard the men leave the house and drive off in their car. They never returned again and the missionaries were left to carry on their work unhindered. .

When we dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of His wings, certainly, the Lord becomes our refuge and fortress.
Under the shadow of the Almighty, we receive divine immunity against every evil attack.

Spiritually our location is what determines our allocation in life.
As believers we are spiritually located in Mount Zion, where we are surrounded by an innumerable company of angels. Indeed Mount Zion is our place of deliverance and formidable spiritual security.

Hebrews. 12:22-24 says, “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and Church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”

The Blood of Jesus speaks powerfully in mount Zion. Through the speakings of His Blood we are able to experience deliverance and possess our possessions.
Obadiah 17-21 says ‘But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.’
When we dwell in Zion, we do not only enjoy divine security, we also receive the strength to possess everything allotted to us in destiny.
Zion is the place where we receive divine strength to pursue, overtake and recover all.
Psalm 84:7-12 says ‘They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.’

As we dwell in Zion, we dwell in God’s divine Presence, where we are covered by the Blood of Jesus. The Blood of Jesus is the divine provision for our freedom from all satanic oppression.
Through His Blood shed on the Cross, Jesus has wiped out the handwriting of every ordinance against us. He has blotted out all the plots of witchcraft and occultic forces and everything against our general wellbeing and nailed them to the cross.
Indeed the Blood of Jesus ensures that affliction cannot arise a second time in our lives.
However, revelation from God’s Word is the gateway to accessing our redemptive heritage in the Blood.
And today, as we accept the responsibility of diligent study of the Word, certainly, we shall possess our possessions and enjoy restoration of every good thing allotted to us by redemption.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to always diligently study Your Word so as to truly see the victory I have through the Blood of Jesus. Indeed by the power in the Blood, I shall possess my possessions and enjoy restoration in every area of my life in Jesus’ Name.
