MAY 11; OVERCOMING BY GOD’S GRACE!

A.A. Allen was a bold and dynamic healing evangelist known for his fiery preaching and astounding miracles during the healing revival of the 1950s. By 1936, Allen felt a strong call to evangelistic ministry but chose the stability of pastoring a church under the Assemblies of God. In 1949, stories of miracles at evangelistic crusades stirred a deep hunger in him. He attended an Oral Roberts tent meeting in Dallas, Texas, where he felt God renew the call on his life. Deeply moved, Allen rededicated himself to God’s service. He returned home, resigned from his pastorate, and launched into full-time evangelistic ministry.
Almost immediately, miracles began happening in his tent revivals—many too remarkable to ignore. New organs formed in bodies, and cripples walked. As his fame grew, so did opposition. Allen was slandered and often called the most persecuted preacher of his day. Yet he pressed on undeterred. His ministry flourished. He founded the Miracle Revival Fellowship, licensing over 500 ministers and supporting missions. He received 1,250 acres of land in Arizona, dubbed “Miracle Valley,” and built a 4,000-seat church. Despite fierce criticism, A.A. Allen’s ministry exploded with power, leaving a legacy as one of the greatest preachers of his generation..

Any time you face tough opposotions, always have the perspective that God can bless you in the valley. God’s grace can turn your battlefield into your blessing field. What should have defeated you would only end up increasing you. As long as you are walking in line with God, the stumbling stones on your path will be converted to stepping stones to your greater destiny. People may attack you, but do not let their negative actions determine the outcome of your life.

Even when you face unfair situations, trust that God is working it all together for your good. Anytime you encounter a valley, it could be indication that you are headed to your mountaintop. Though you may sometimes walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you will come out better and stronger. Ahead of you, God has prepared a table for you in the presence of your enemies. Your cup is about to run over with blessings and you shall be anointed with fresh oil!

At the low points of life, is when the grace of God reaches down to pull us up to unmerited heights. His grace is the inexhaustible supply of His goodness, which helps us to triumph over our enemies. In this season, as you stay in faith and keep praising God, surely what was meant to stop you will only propel you forward. The adversity will turn to your advantage. Instead of breaking down, you will break forth to your highest victories and unleash your greatest potentials.

PRAYER:
Lord, please help me to always fix my eyes on the promises in Your Word and not on the problems around me. I bless and praise You for I know that even right now, Your grace is turning everything around for my good in Jesus’ Name.

MAY 10; TRANSFORMED THROUGH DIVINE GRACE.

2 Timothy 1:9-10 (AMP) ‘For He delivered us and saved us and called us with a holy calling [a calling that leads to a consecrated life—a life set apart—a life of purpose], not because of our works [or because of any personal merit—we could do nothing to earn this], but because of His own purpose and grace [His amazing, undeserved favor].’

Robert Robinson was born to Christian parents who were very poor. As a little boy, Robert’s life drastically changed when his father suddenly died. Only eight years at the time, he was devastated and deeply wounded emotionally. Without a father to guide him, as he grew older, Robert became an unruly child despite his loving mother’s efforts to raise him well. When he was 14 years old, his mother sent him off to another town to work as an apprentice to a barber.
As Robert began living away from his home, his life only got worse. He joined a gang of youths who influenced him to live a life of sin and debauchery. Caught up in his reckless life, one day, Robert and his friends decided to go and disrupt an evangelistic meeting being held by the famous preacher, George Whitfield. That day, Whitefield preached on the text: “O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?”(Matthew 3:7).

Robert felt as if the preacher’s words were being directed personally to him. He left the meeting in dread, full of fear, and was under a deep sense of conviction. Robert couldn’t shake off this feeling until he finally surrendered his life to Christ when he was twenty years old, in December 1755. He later became a fiery preacher who brought revival to his hometown. He wrote many famous hymns to reflect his story of living in sin and pain until his life was positively transformed when he encountered Christ.

Throughout the Scriptures, we see the transformation power of God’s grace. 1Chronicles 2:16 makes mention of king David’s sister whose name was Zeruiah. The meaning of Zeruiah’s name in Hebrew is “my wounds”.
Her name indicates something painful might have happened to her because in Biblical times people were usually named according to significant events in their lives. The interesting thing is that this woman who had a name indicative of pain, gave birth to three sons who were famous and outstanding in Israel. Her first son Abishai was distinguished among the mighty men of David for his great exploits in battles(2 Samuel 23).
Her second son Joab became the celebrated four-star commander general of the army of Israel under King David. The third son, Asahel, was famous as the fastest runner in all of Israel at that time.
So, whatever pain or wounds Zeruiah suffered in her life didn’t stop her from birthing champions. Likewise today, it doesn’t matter the wounds or setbacks you might have experienced in the past, you can still birth greatness.
You can rise from the ashes and soar to glorious heights. Through God’s grace, your pain can be turned to power. Your scars can turn you into a star. Thanksgiving is the mystery behind a sudden change of story. Therefore in everything let us keep giving thanks to God because it’s our season to experience our own story of glory.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your amazing grace and faithfulness in my life. Please grant me the grace to meditate constantly on Your Word so that my heart can be filled with the faith I need for a supernatural change of story.

On March 14th, 2019, a miracle took place as children inside a church building were delivered from a raging tornado. Mt. Zion Baptist Church is a 50-year-old church located in McCracken County, Kentucky, USA. On that day, a devastating EF-2 tornado hit the city, and the Mount Zion Baptist Church building stood in its path. It was struck by the destructive force of the winds at a time when a preschool class was in full session, with 40 kids and 10 adults in the church.
As the glass windows began to shatter and they felt the suction pulling the roof off, the staff members quickly grabbed the children out of the nursery and led them into another room. As the tornado raged, the children began praising God. Miraculously, God preserved them. The room where they took shelter was the only room in the building unaffected by the tornado. The roof was ripped apart, and every room in the building was left in rubble—except the room where the children were. During a news conference after the tornado, the County Sheriff credited the almighty hand of God for providing miraculous safety from the storm.

God knows how to preserve His own and make a way of escape out of every storm. Therefore, any time you feel surrounded or overwhelmed, instead of panicking, switch to praise and watch God do wonders for you.
Exodus 15:11 tells us that God is fearful in praises, doing wonders. Praise compels God to take over your battles and give you the victory.
As believers, the fire of trials reveals the power of Christ in us. Though we may sometimes face troubles and tribulations, God always gives us special grace to overcome overwhelming circumstances.
Through God’s enabling grace, you can handle things that would otherwise have broken or crushed other people. Through grace, the attacks that come against you only end up strengthening you. This is why we can offer a sacrifice of praise in the midst of trials. We are never alone in our battles—God’s grace is always available in our time of need.
Hebrews 4:16 tells us to come boldly before the throne of grace to obtain the grace and help we need in the time of trouble.
As a child of God, through Christ, you are destined to triumph always. You may go through the fire, but you will not be burned. God’s grace upon you will be proven because you will survive.

Where your detractors thought you would stumble and fall, you will arise and shine, and keep breaking forth to higher grounds and greater dimensions of glory..

PRAYER Lord, please grant me the grace to always come to You in prayers to obtain the help I need. No matter what I may face today, I know You are able to see me through and turn every test into a big testimony for me  in Jesus Name.

As a youth, Walter Grant was wayward and strayed far from the godly life modeled by his parents. Though he once followed his mother to prayer meetings, peer pressure dragged him into darkness. He began drinking heavily, stealing from neighbors, and getting into violent fights. By nineteen, years of cheap alcohol had ravaged his stomach and ruined his health. But one life-altering day, overwhelmed by conviction, Walter knelt down and surrendered his heart to Jesus. Instantly, peace flooded his soul—and soon after, his body was miraculously healed.

With a new fire burning in his heart, he began attending church and walking in righteousness. He entered the business world and prospered, even helping build churches and Sunday schools. Yet, a deeper call stirred within him—the call to preach the Gospel. Though he wrestled with the sacrifice it required, he finally laid everything on the altar, choosing God’s will above his own success.
In 1945, Walter Grant was ordained as an Assemblies of God minister. From then on, God used him powerfully to heal the sick, spark revivals, and shake cities with the Gospel. His life is a living proof that surrendering to God releases a glorious destiny that surpasses all expectations.

As a young man, Apostle Paul journeyed on the wrong track and became known as a persecutor of Christians.
But through God’s grace, his life was transformed and he ended up as a mighty, world-changing force for the Gospel. In 1 Corinthians 15:10, he said “But by the grace of God I am what I am”.
The word “grace” in this verse denotes the empowering presence of God. Through this grace Paul exceeded expectations and accomplished extraordinary things for God’s kingdom. Every child of God, is bestowed with the grace to accomplish extraordinary things and rise to enviable heights in life. Even if your beginning was rough or tough, your later end is destined to be great and glorious.
When we utilize the grace upon our lives and become dedicated to our calling, God will open doors of miracles, blessings and abundance to us.
Redemption has positioned you for a glorious change of story. Therefore refuse to be the tail and always strive to be the head. Refuse to live a mediocre life but rather seek to shine your light brightly before men and bring glory to God.
Wherever you may be today, don’t settle for less than your best, that’s not your destiny. As you seek to honor God in whatever you do, He will cause you to keep soaring higher until you break forth to glorious new realms and enviable dimensions of destiny.

PRAYER: Lord, please help me to seek You above all else and walk in obedience to Your will. May my heart always pant after You and the affairs of Your Kingdom. By Your grace I shall tirelessly pursue my calling and never settle for less until I arrive at my glorious destination in Jesus Name.

Dr. Isaiah D. Reed’s life is a living proof that no one is ever too far gone for God’s grace. Raised in church, Isaiah strayed into darkness as he grew older—falling into gang life, drug dealing, and eventually running brothels. Rich in crime but bankrupt in soul, he brought shame to his godly parents. His father disowned him, but his praying mother never gave up.
On August 13, 1986, Isaiah was ambushed by Colombian drug dealers. They shot him twice in the head, stabbed him 16 times, and left him for dead on the street. He was declared dead at the hospital. But when his mother received the call, she refused the report. “I’ve heard your report,” she told the doctor, “but I have another report—the Word of God!”
As doctors began the autopsy, Isaiah suddenly showed signs of life. God had resurrected him! Though doctors said he’d be brain-dead, his mother prayed again—and Isaiah fully recovered, despite bullets still being in his head.
Today, Dr. Isaiah Reed is a fiery evangelist, preaching worldwide about God’s miracle power. Dr Isaiah D. Reed’s story is captured in his book ‘When You Are Down to Nothing, God is Up To Something.’

Dr. Isaiah’s mother understood the power of prophetic grace. She refused to accept the verdict of death and instead released Words of faith that brought her son back to life.
God’s grace can truncate the plans of the enemy and deliver miracles to us. This is why we should not easily give up the fight but persevere
in faith until we overcome the oppressions of darkness in our lives and in the lives of our loved ones.
Anytime you receive a report different from what God has said concerning you, refuse it and declare what your portion is in Christ Jesus.
Despite, the barking of the enemy, we serve the God who works wonders and makes known His power and might among His people.[ Psalm 77:14]
He is the same God who delivered Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego from the fire. He is the God who brought Daniel out of the lions’ den and divided the red sea for Israel to escape Pharaoh.
Where there seems to be no way, God is able to make a way.
And today, by His grace, God is making a way for you out of every tight situation. If His grace could raise a man from the autopsy table, it can raise your health, your finances, your marriage, your business, your destiny etc.
Therefore rather than worry over negativities, let us worship and keep blessing the Lord at all times. Certainly, this is our season to experience glory in amazing dimensions. By God’s grace, we shall continually overcome by the power in the Blood of Jesus and by the Word of our testimony.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the power in the Blood of Jesus. Today as I plead the Blood over my life, my family and all that concerns me, I thank You for divine deliverance and continual victory over every affliction and oppression of the enemy in Jesus Name

One of the most astonishing stories of divine grace is that of John Adams, the last surviving mutineer of the HMS Bounty. In 1789, Adams and other sailors on their ship rebelled and overthrew their captain. They sent the captain away in a small boat and took the ship to the remote Pitcairn Island. They took Tahitian wives and Initially, their new life seemed promising,. But tensions, alcohol abuse, and violence soon tore them apart. Within a few years, all the men had died in fights and bloody quarrels—except Adams. Left alone with the women and children, Adams was wracked with guilt and hopelessness.
One day, he discovered a Bible salvaged from the ship and began to read. As he immersed himself in Scripture, God’s Word began to transform his heart. Without any preacher or mentor, Adams surrendered to Christ and underwent a radical change. He began teaching the children to read and instilled Christian values in the community. The once-lawless colony became a peaceful, God-fearing society.
When British ships finally discovered Pitcairn years later, they were astonished by the transformation and granted Adams a full pardon. Until his death in 1829, he served as the island’s spiritual and moral leader.

God’s grace has the power to change, restore, and uplift even the most broken of lives. John Adams was a mutineer, drunkard, and murderer, but when he found the Word of God, the light of grace broke through and turned his life around. Through His Word, God invades chaotic situations and changes things by His Spirit.
Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void”. The earth was a chaotic mess, but when God released His Word, His Spirit moved in that confusing situation, and brought forth order and structure.
Today, the world indeed is in a chaotic situation. But while we hear negative reports about the current economic or social conditions, we must understand that we are to change things through the transformative power of God’s Word. We have the mind of Christ. And instead of being conformed to the ways of the world, it is time to begin to transform situations by the power God has given us.

Ephesians 1:19–20 says that God has given us the same power that raised Christ from the dead. Let us therefore begin to engage this power by releasing God’s Word into dead or negative situations around us. It is our year of glory invasion and it’s our season to receive beauty in the place of ashes. It’s our time to arise from situations of shame and reproach and begin to walk in glory and power as children of the Most High. God is getting ready to turn things completely around in our favor. Therefore let us align with His Word and cooperate with His Spirit . As we do so, God’s right hand and His holy arm is going to move in every chaotic situation in our lives and transform them into testimonies of joy, healing, prosperity, victory and glory.

PRAYER: Lord, please enable me to meditate constantly on Your Word so that my heart can be filled with the faith I need to change situations around me. By Your grace I have the victory in every challenge and will always emerge more than a conqueror in Jesus Name. .

On July 12, 2018, Fox News reported the miraculous story of nineteen-year-old Blake Spataro.
Blake was on a family vacation on St. Simon Island, Georgia when one night he decided to go to the sea. While at the shore, a sudden rip current swept him into the Atlantic Ocean. He screamed for help but no one heard. Drifting farther into the dark unknown, he felt overwhelmed by fear and powerless against the waves.
Back home, when his mother eventually received the news that Blake was missing, though devastated, she anchored herself on unwavering faith in God. A woman of prayer, she refused to panic. All night long, she called on Jesus, declaring Psalm 91 over her son, believing he would not die but live.
Meanwhile, Blake still out in the seat was exhausted and dehydrated. He floated on his back, speaking to God, praying for a divine rescue. Miraculously God preserved him from attack by sharks or other sea creatures.
After nearly ten agonizing hours at sea, Blake spotted Coast Guard lights in the distance. That flicker of hope gave him the strength to press on.
Finally, he reached the land. He discovered he had drifted to a golf course miles from where he’d been pulled away by the waves. Amazingly, he was unharmed after drifting for 10 hours alone in the dangerous ocean. As soon as he could reach a phone, he called his parents to say he was safe. The news was received with great joy. His mother was especially grateful that God answered her prayers and divinely preserved her son through the terrible ordeal.

Certainly, it is because of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed. His compassion never fails. (Lamentations 3:22–23). In a world filled with sudden calamities, fears and uncertainties, God is our ever present help in trouble. His mercy is always working in our lives to preserve, protect, and provide.
Anytime you are confronted by any situation that seems dark and gloomy, keep your gaze on God’s Word. No matter what you face; health challenges, emotional pain, financial pressure, or family troubles—God’s mercy is greater. In the face of overwhelming odds, don’t accept defeat. Keep believing. Speak the Word. Refuse to fear. Faith in God’s Word will eventually override every negative report.
To be victorious, there is a need to keep filling our hearts with the Word, until our actions are dominated and controlled by what God says. No matter how tight or tough things may seem, keep looking unto Jesus. Refuse to be intimidated, you’re not a victim, you’re the victor. Through faith in Christ you can rise above every valley and reach your mountaintop of victory
Surely God’s promises will eventually manifest in your life. God is faithful to His Word and all of His promises are “Yes” and “Amen.”
As you keep giving glory to God and keep declaring Him faithful, surely God will deliver you from every trouble, and turn every mourning into dancing for you.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for being my ever present help at every time of need. Please enable me to accept the responsibility of building up strong faith so that I can continually experience Your speedy deliverance and victory in every battle in Jesus Name.

On a quiet Sunday, April 15, 2018, in the serene town of Elon, Central Virginia, the skies darkened and fury descended without warning. Six violent tornadoes ripped through the region like roaring beasts, tearing down homes, uprooting lives, and leaving behind a trail of devastation.
Among those caught in the heart of the storm was Sharon Childress and her oldest son, Bryson. As the tornado hit their home with thunderous force, Sharon saw the impossible: the walls of her house lifting from the foundation. In the blink of an eye, a crushing blow struck the back of her head—and everything went dark.
In that same terrifying moment, Bryson watched in horror as their double doors exploded open, and it felt as though the wind itself had punched every inch of his body. Bones were broken, his eyes nearly lost, and pain seared through him. Yet even in the chaos, God’s hand never let go.
When Sharon awoke, their home was gone—swept away by the storm. But despite the destruction, one truth remained: they were alive. The tornadoes may have stolen their house, but they couldn’t take God’s mercy.
As the dust settled, a miracle echoed through the ruins: not a single life was lost in the town, even though 26 homes were destroyed. A wave of gratitude swept the community. Together, families, churches, and neighbors—most of them believers—lifted their voices in praise, thankful that what the devil meant for death, God turned into a testimony of survival.
And God’s faithfulness didn’t end there. Help poured in from across the nation—organizations, ministries, and good-hearted people came together to rebuild, restore, and raise up stronger homes than before. In the midst of ruin, grace showed up like a sunrise, reminding everyone that storms may rage, but God still reigns.

At those times, when everything seems to be contrary and there seems no reason to be thankful, those are the very moments we should offer unto God a sweet sacrifice of praise.
In the Old Testament, when the priest made offerings on hot coals, accompanied with incense, the Bible says that these offerings made by fire were a pleasing aroma and a sweet savor unto the Lord. [Leviticus 2:16]

Therefore, anytime you face a trial, understand that the fire is not there to burn you, but rather it is there to reveal the power of God in your life.
Sometimes, tribulation is an indication of the grace God has given you to overcome the things that come your way. When you continue to offer the sacrifice of praise, in the midst of difficulties, somehow, in ways you cannot fathom, things will begin to turn around. You will see that negative medical verdict overturned, the financial problems will be resolved, the family crisis, marital troubles etc will all be overcome.
Your praise confuses the enemy and invites God into your situation. That’s exactly what happened in 2 Chronicles 20 when King Jehoshaphat and the men of Judah began to praise God. As they praised, the Lord Himself ambushed their enemies. Not one sword was lifted—but the battle was won.
So today, if you’re facing challenges, don’t wait for the storm to pass, praise God in it. Lift your voice. Sing in faith. Rejoice like the victory is already yours—because in Christ, it is! As you keep praising God, your season will start changing; the tests will turn into testimonies and the trials into triumphs!

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace to always praise You at all times. Please destroy every form of depression and discouragement in my life and let my heart be continually filled with joy and Your peace that passes all understanding in Jesus Name..

Rosaria Butterfield was a respected English professor and a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. An atheist and feminist, she dismissed Christianity as regressive and intolerant. But one day, a gracious letter from a local pastor challenged her assumptions—not with condemnation, but with thought-provoking love and truth. That letter began a two-year friendship that softened her heart to the Gospel. As she studied the Bible, the walls around her heart crumbled. The woman who once scorned Christians eventually surrendered to Christ. She radically turned from her old identity and embraced a new life of faith. Today, Rosaria is a Christian author, wife of a pastor, and a bold witness of God’s transforming grace. Her story is a clear reminder that no heart is too hard, and no past too far gone for Christ to redeem.

God’s Grace is the divine invitation to transformation. It walks into a person’s confusion, failure, mess—and offers a brand new beginning.
Grace is bigger than your history and louder than your doubts. Everyone has a past and everyone has made mistakes at some point. But God’s mercy rewrites our most broken chapters into glory stories.
No matter how tough your situation, Grace will come after you and mercy will uphold you. That is God’s goodness to us.
If today you are facing difficult situations and seemingly insurmountable mountains, look to God’s grace to see you through. In the place of prayers ask God for the grace to change the narrative. Ask for the strength to make the necessary changes and have a new beginning.
Through God’s grace, you can have a positive turnaround of any negative situation. Therefore do not settle for anything less than God’s best for you in this season.
Do not remain on the floor, when you can arise on the wings of grace.Do not continue to compromise or tolerate things that do not glorify God in your life. It’s time to break old habits and walk into the glorious liberty Christ purchased at Calvary. It’s time to arise from the ashes and experience the beauty ordained for you.
There’s no situation God cannot turn around for you. Grace changed Rahab’s story.
Grace took Joseph from prison to the palace. It took Moses from the backside of the desert to the front stage of Biblical history. It took David from the shepherd fields to the throne of Israel. The truth is that without grace, we are grounded. But through grace, we can arise and shine and break forth to glorious new frontiers.

PRAYER:
Lord, thank You for the power of Your grace that lifts me no matter how far I may fall. Help me to surrender completely to Your will and prioritize You above all else in my life. As I do so, I thank You for taking me to new levels of glory in this month in Jesus Name.

John Newton was just six years old when his world was shattered. His mother—the one who had lovingly taught him the Scriptures, who knelt at his bedside and whispered heaven’s truths into his young heart—passed away just weeks before his seventh birthday.
Before she died, she had prayed a bold prayer over her son: that he would grow up to be a minister of the Gospel, a voice for God in a broken world. But after her death, that hope seemed lost in a sea of sorrow.
Without the guiding light of his mother, John’s life took a dark and dangerous turn. His father, a stern and hardened sea captain, took him on long voyages across the seas. There, among rough sailors and godless men, young John was drawn into a life of profanity, rebellion, and moral decay. He became infamous for his drinking and foul language. He manifested cruelty as a slave trader, trafficking human lives.
But on March 21, 1748, God’s grace came crashing into John’s life—through a terrifying storm. Faced with certain death as the waters surged, John cried out to God. Miraculously, God intervened, and the storm ceased. That day, John surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.
From that moment, he left behind the slave trade and his old ways. The former blasphemer now preached the Gospel and eventually became an ordained minister in the Church of England.
Out of his deep gratitude and awe, he wrote the famous song “Amazing Grace.”
John Newton lived to be eighty-two years old. And until his final breath, he never stopped telling the world about the grace that rescued him from the pit of hell.

Grace is the invisible force behind every second chance and every turnaround. Grace doesn’t just forgive—it empowers. It gives a man the strength to overcome, to walk in purpose, and to become everything God created him to be. Grace covers your shame, lifts your head, and sets your feet on the path of glory. You may feel unworthy, but grace is God’s declaration that you are enough in Christ.
Grace is God’s undeserved favor. When life’s circumstances tell you you’re disqualified, grace says, “You’re still chosen.” Despite the mistakes of the past, grace declares, “Your future is greater.”
When Paul said, “But by the grace of God I am what I am” (1 Corinthians 15:10), he was talking about how grace rewrote his story. From being considered an apostate, he became celebrated as an apostle.
There is no self-made man; we are all products of divine mercy and grace. When a man runs alone, it is called a race, but when he runs with God it is called grace. Grace, therefore, is divine leverage. It is God taking over from where our human strength stops. It is God opening doors for us that are beyond our capability and promoting us to positions we didn’t qualify for.
Grace is the covenant mother of greatness. Therefore, in this new month, as we walk in obedience to God and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we shall encounter unprecedented heights of success.
As we bank on God’s grace, we will be swimming in unmerited favor, experiencing inexplicable miracles, and soaring from glory to glory.

PRAYER:
Lord, I am grateful that I can always bank on Your ever-sufficient grace. Whatever I may face now, I thank You for a miraculous turnaround. Thank You for Your continual faithfulness in my life, and I know that truly all things are working together for my good, in Jesus’ Name.
