Galatians 2:20 ‘I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.’

On November 30, 2001, Pastor Daniel Ekechukwu was driving when his car brakes failed and he slammed into a concrete pillar. He was rushed to a hospital in serious condition.
But before he could receive medical attention, he died. His body was then taken to the mortuary where it was embalmed and kept for three days.
In that period, Pastor Daniel’s wife began to call upon God to raise him from the dead. She was greatly inspired by Hebrew 11:35, which says that ‘Women received their dead bodies to life.’
Strengthened by this verse, she held firm to faith that God could do a ressurection miracle.
On the third day after Daniel’s death, his wife decided to take his body to a Reinhard Bonnke crusade taking place near-by where she heard miracles were happening.
On bringing the dead body to the crusade, workers at the meeting took him to a separate room, where pastors began to pray for him.
As they were praying, suddenly the pastors saw Daniel’s eyes started to move and life started coming into him. Soon he was breathing, and then suddenly Daniel jumped to his feet to the amazement of everyone who looked on!
After being dead for three days, Daniel had been raised by God’s miracle working power!
The full story of Pastor Daniel Ekechukwu is featured in the movie, “The Lazarus Phenomenon”
Faith for miracles is part of the benefit and blessing we possess through redemption.
Ordinarily, if anyone died it would mark the end, but now through Christ nothing can be impossible to anyone who believes..
When Daniel Ekechukwu’s wife chose to act in faith, she ignited ressurection power that brought back her husband.
After Jesus arose from the dead, He declared that all power has been given to Him in Heaven and on earth. This includes power over death and complete and total victory over the devil.
For us as believers, this means that there is nothing we cannot do through the power of Christ at work in us, even the raising of the dead.
Because of Christ’s sacrifice we are now able to live a life of miracles, faith and power. As Galatians 2:20 says ‘ and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.’
The ressurection of Jesus means that we are now destined to live extraordinary lives.
We have been redeemed to a life of signs and wonders.
There’s nothing we cannot ask and receive from God, as long as we have the faith for it.
There is no situation God cannot turn around for us when we trust in Him.
Anytime we are faced with impossible situations, no matter how intimidating, we must refuse to quit and claim God’s promises.
There is no problem so big, that God cannot deliver us from. There is no pit so deep that His loving arms cannot reach down to pull us from. Indeed no matter how tight any situation God is able to make a way for us through the Blood of Jesus.
Through Christ’s sacrifice at Calvary, we are now able to enjoy the blessings of restoration and resurrection.
And as we celebrate His resurrection in this season, surely we shall experience downpours of miracles, wonders and abundance of God’s goodness!
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the benefits that Christ purchased for me at Calvary. Indeed by the power in the Blood, signs and wonders become my portion in all my endeavors in Jesus Name
