Jackie Joyner-Kersee was voted the Greatest Female Athlete of the 20th Century by Sports Illustrated for Women. She became the first American woman to win Olympic gold in the long jump and the first female athlete in history to score over 7,000 points in the heptathlon. Yet her journey to greatness did not begin with applause or success.
In her early years of competition, Jackie often finished last in races. Discouragement stared her in the face repeatedly. But she put her trust in.God and kept pressing forward. Instead of quitting, Jackie committed herself to disciplined training and steady improvement.
Her challenges deepened in 1983 when serious health issues threatened her career. Some days, completing a race seemed almost impossible. Yet she leaned heavily on her faith in God, praying consistently and refusing to surrender to fear or doubt. Her health and Strength were gradually restored, and five years later, at the 1988 Olympics, she stunned the world by winning three gold medals. She went on to win multiple Olympic medals and set world records that still stand today.
A devoted Christian, Jackie openly credits her victories to faith in God. Her life proves that steadfast faith, anchored in devotion and prayer, can overcome the fiercest resistance.

Every journey from obscurity to glory demands perseverance, discipline, and unwavering faith. According to Scripture, “This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” Faith is not mere positive thinking; it is a living force built through intimacy with God, nourished by prayer, and strengthened by the Word.
A believer who neglects prayer weakens their spiritual stamina. Deep devotion positions the heart to hear God clearly, receive direction, and walk boldly through challenges. When prayer becomes your lifestyle, your faith grows strong enough to confront mountains without fear.
Obstacles will surely arise — in health, finances, relationships, or purpose — but they are not signals to retreat. They are invitations to press deeper into God’s presence. As Moses was instructed, “Go forward,” so must we move ahead in faith, trusting God to open impossible pathways.
Consistent study of Scripture fuels our confidence in God’s promises and Prayer activates spiritual authority. Together, they form the foundation for our victorious living. When we devote ourselves fully to God, our lives begin to reflect divine strength.
Therefore this year, choose depth over distraction. Build a strong altar of prayer. Feed your spirit daily with God’s Word. As your devotion deepens, your faith will arise and obstacles will turn into miracles for you.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for turning my tests into testimonies. By Your strength I shall persevere through this period of fasting and prayer. I thank You for the amazing victories that await me this year in Jesus Name.

On November 5, 2006, fifteen-year-old Jen Barrick sang with her high school choir at Thomas Road Baptist Church. It was a joyful evening of celebration. Her mother had even invited guests home afterward to mark the special moment. But on their drive home, everything changed in seconds. A drunk driver, traveling at nearly eighty miles per hour, crashed violently into their family van. The impact scattered debris across the road and left the Barrick family critically injured.

Acts 4:31 reminds us that when believers prayed with unity and persistence, the atmosphere shifted, power was released, and boldness followed. Prayer does not only change circumstances — it changes people, environments, and destinies.
True devotion positions us for supernatural results. When prayer becomes a lifestyle and not a last option, Heaven begins to move deliberately on our behalf. James tells us that heartfelt and persistent prayer releases tremendous power, dynamic in its working. The deeper our devotion, the stronger the manifestation of God’s hand in our lives.
As we continue to seek God through fasting and prayer, spiritual momentum is being activated. Chains are breaking, doors are opening, and demonic resistances are collapsing before us. As we keep increasing our spiritual fire, we will record amazing testimonies of signs and wonders.
In this season, do not allow distraction, comfort, or familiarity to dull your devotion.
This year, remain rooted in prayer, saturated in the Word, and sensitive to the Spirit. As you do, expect divine interruptions, supernatural breakthroughs, and undeniable testimonies of God’s miracle working power..

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for the grace and strength You have granted me through this period of fasting and prayer. I praise You for the extraordinary exploits You are set to do in my life this year in Jesus Name.

In 2012, a quiet sixteen-year-old gymnast named Gabrielle Douglas suddenly stepped onto the world stage. In one unforgettable week at the London Olympics, she captured gold medals and became a global icon. Yet her rise was not an accident of talent alone; it was the fruit of discipline, devotion, and unwavering faith.
Born with a rare blood disorder and raised far from the spotlight, Gabrielle faced physical, emotional, and financial challenges. Training required separation from her family, intense pressure, and relentless sacrifice. But through it all, her anchor remained God.
There were seasons when exhaustion and discouragement almost pushed her to quit training. Instead of yielding, she pressed deeper into God, fasting, praying, and meditating on Scripture. That uncommon devotion fueled her to produce historic results. Gabrielle became the first African American woman to win the Olympic all-around gold and the first American gymnast to win both team and individual gold at the same Games.

Breakthrough is never random; it is the harvest of intentional pursuit. God’s promise in Isaiah 54 is clear — enlargement follows preparation, stretching, and strengthening. Expansion does not happen to passive believers; it comes to those who pursue God with uncommon hunger, dedication, and even holy obsession.
When your devotion deepens, your capacity expands. When your prayer life intensifies, your spiritual authority increases, and new territories open before you. The depth of your spiritual pursuit determines the height of your destiny.
Many desire greater impact, open doors, and visible progress, yet few are willing to pay the price of fervent prayer, discipline their flesh through fasting, and consistently seek God in the Word. Enlargement demands intentional spiritual investment. God entrusts bigger platforms, greater influence, and higher dimensions of grace to those who have built strong inner capacity through devotion.
This year, refuse spiritual convenience. Refuse shallow pursuit. Choose a lifestyle that prioritizes prayer, worship, fasting, obedience, and intimacy with God. Certainly, as our pursuit of God becomes uncommon, our results will also become uncommon, and we will keep rising to enviable new realms.

PRAYER:
Lord, I thank You for the grace to keep pressing forward until I break forth and break through to glorious realms and partake of the wonders You have ordained for me this year, in Jesus’ Name.

Hermilo Jasso is a professor at Lee University, a private Christian university in Cleveland, Tennessee.
In 2007, when he traveled to China with his students, he had no idea he was about to face a life-and-death battle. After only a few days, he was rushed to the hospital with severe pain. Doctors soon discovered that his appendix had ruptured and toxins were spreading rapidly through his body. His condition was so critical that they told him to prepare for death.
But while the enemy came suddenly, heaven was not silent. The Christian students with him began to pray, calling on the Name of Jesus and trusting in His saving power. At the same time, thousands of miles away, Hermilo’s father felt an urgent prompting from the Holy Spirit to pray for his son. Without knowing the crisis unfolding in China, he stopped a church service and led the congregation into intercession.
Then miracles began to happen. A senior surgeon unexpectedly took interest in Hermilo’s case and rushed him into surgery. In the operating theater, the doctor discovered something he had never seen before: the toxins had not spread as expected because part of Hermilo’s intestine had wrapped around the ruptured appendix, preventing widespread infection.
Soon, Hermilo recovered fully. Today he shares his amazing testimony of divine intervention through the power of prayer.

Isaiah 59:19 tells us that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord raises a standard against him. That standard is the power of God that silences the sudden uprisings of hell against believers.
Jesus already paid the price for our victory with His Blood. Every attack of sickness, destruction, fear, and disaster was defeated at Calvary. But prayer is how we enforce what Christ has already won for us. When we pray, we give the Holy Spirit access to intervene, to block the enemy’s attack, to rearrange circumstances, and to release divine help to us.
Floods may come suddenly — bad reports, unexpected losses, fierce temptations, and frightening news — but none of them have the final say over our lives. The Blood of Jesus still speaks, and the Spirit of God still moves swiftly when we lift our voices in faith and prayers.
So today, do not give in to panic no matter what you may face. Rather, lift up the Name of Jesus in praise. Stand on His Word. Pray with confidence and Heaven will respond with divine intervention. Suddenly closed doors will open, healing will flow and deliverance will manifest.
Always remember that the flood does not decide your outcome. As you call upon God, the power of the Spirit working through your prayer will deliver your miracles and ensure your victory in every battle.

PRAYER
Lord, I thank You for releasing to me divine intervention, healing, restoration and recovery in this season of fasting and praying. You are forever faithful and You never fail. I know that even right now You are miraculously answering every of my prayers in Jesus’ Name.

Oral Roberts did not begin life with advantages. He grew up in severe poverty and struggled with a painful stutter that made even simple conversations difficult. His father was a preacher of the Gospel but also struggled with poverty. Young Oral watched helplessly as needs went unmet in their home.
As he grew older, Oral also felt called into ministry. He strove to serve God faithfully and sincerely but became troubled when he saw himself also struggling with poverty, just as his father had.
Instead of resigning himself to that pattern, Oral became determined to enforce a change of story by the help of God. He knew there had to be more, and he began to search for it in God’s Word. He set himself apart for intense prayer, fasting, and deep study of the Word. For months, he read the Gospels and the book of Acts repeatedly, asking God to show him how ministry was meant to work.
Then came a defining encounter with God—an experience that released healing power and bold faith into his life. That encounter pushed him to act. He began to organize healing meetings, prayed for the sick, and saw miracles follow. What began in small gatherings soon grew into massive crusades and a global healing ministry that touched millions of people around the world.

God has destined every believer for success and victory, but we must rise to enforce our change of story. Breakthrough does not fall on passive hearts—it responds to hungry, determined people. Many passively wait for change to come, but Scripture teaches us to seek God passionately until our captivity turns. Jeremiah 29:13–14 makes it clear: when we search for God with our whole heart, He intervenes and changes our story.
Your background does not disqualify you. Your delays do not cancel God’s promises. But you must accept responsibility for your spiritual growth and your destiny. Success is not achieved by accident; it is accessed by obedience, deep devotion, and spiritual discipline. Prayer, fasting, meditation in the Word, and faithful service are the destiny tools that enforce our turnarounds.
This year, you cannot expect open doors while your prayer altar remains cold or lukewarm. You cannot expect new results while repeating old habits. If you want a new chapter, you must take new steps and increase your spiritual fire.
This is not the year to drift; it is the year to press into God’s promises. We must refuse to remain stagnant and refuse to accept limits God did not place on us.
As we continue to seek God passionately, certainly.. every captivity will be turned around, and we will eventually arrive at our covenant dreamland of success.

PRAYER:
Lord, please enable me to pay the necessary spiritual price so that I can experience Your miracles in this season. Thank You, Lord, for establishing my miraculous change of story and totally exceeding my expectations in Jesus’ Name.

Cornerstone Ministries International has trained underground believers and delivered Bibles into restricted nations, including North Korea, since 1985. A remarkable testimony shared by their director, Peter Lee, tells of a woman who returned to North Korea after ministry training in China, only to face deep trouble at home. Her husband was a long-time alcoholic who mocked her faith and resisted every attempt to change.
One night, drunk and enraged, he threatened her and insulted her Christian commitment. Overwhelmed with anger and pain, she ran from the house, walking for miles with bitterness in her heart. Then something unexpected happened. She saw clouds form the shape of a cross. At that moment, she felt a sudden surge through her body and heard a gentle voice rebuking her for responding to her husband without love. Broken and repentant, she turned back toward home.
But when she returned, her husband was gone. Instead of despairing, she entered into five days of fasting and prayer, crying out for his salvation. Two weeks later, he returned completely sober. He explained that he had nearly died choking while trying to drink and had suddenly lost all desire for alcohol. That was the very day she ended her fast. From that moment, his life changed. He abandoned drinking and later surrendered fully to Christ.

This powerful testimony reminds us that prayer does not only comfort — it confronts, overturns, and transforms. Psalm 34:4 declares, “I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.” When our prayer rises with persistence and surrender, Heaven responds with deliverance.
Many of the struggles we face today are not surface problems; they are spiritual battles with deep roots. That is why Jesus taught that certain resistance can only be destroyed through prayer and fasting. When issues linger, repeat, or resist ordinary efforts, it is often because the root must be addressed in the spirit.
We must also remember that our battle is not against people, but against unseen forces. Prayer achieves what arguments cannot. Fasting handles what emotional outbursts cannot solve. When we persist before God in prayer, chains break, habits change, and destinies are redirected.
This year, do not settle for less when God is offering you rest and total turnaround. In this season of prayer, seek God deeply. Cry out to Him. Trust Him for miraculous turnarounds in every challenging situation. As we engage in prayer with faith and consistency, God will confront every stubborn mountain standing in our way.
Let us get ready to see positive changes in our families, our health, our finances, and all our affairs. Our stories are being rewritten divinely as we go deeper in our spiritual devotion. Certainly our sacrifice on the altar of prayer will open doors that no man can shut and overflow our lives with testimonies of miraculous turnarounds..

PRAYER

In 1927, Arthur Compton received the Nobel Prize in Physics for discoveries that transformed how the world understands light. But long before global recognition came, Compton faced intense resistance from the scientific community. He was the son of a pastor and grew up with a deep love for God, believing he could serve God through science by uncovering truths that would benefit humanity.
During his research, Compton discovered what is now known as the Compton Effect, a breakthrough that challenged long-held scientific assumptions. When he presented his findings in 1923 at a meeting of the American Physical Society, it sparked one of the most heated debates in scientific history. Many scholars openly opposed him, insisting that his conclusions were impossible and flawed.
Yet Compton refused to withdraw. He remained confident, not in popular opinion, but in the depth of his work and the conviction of his calling. He continued refining his experiments and publishing his results, even when opposition grew stronger. Over time, further evidence confirmed that his discovery was accurate, and the very people who once resisted him were forced to accept the truth.
Eventually, Compton was honored with the highest recognition in his field, and his work became foundational to modern physics.

Just as Arthur Compton pressed forward in the face of resistance, every child of God must understand that opposition does not cancel destiny — it often confirms it. Delay does not mean denial.. In these end times times when the world grows darker, God is releasing greater light through His people.
Daniel 11:32 declares that those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits.
Strength comes from intimacy, obedience, and confidence in our relationship with God.
When you truly know God, fear loses its voice, limitations lose their grip, and boldness rises within you to attempt what others consider impossible.
This year is not for shrinking back; it is for stepping forward. You may have spent past seasons in hidden preparation, in quiet struggles, or in lonely battles, but now is the time for your manifestation..Just as John the Baptist was in the wilderness until the time of his showing to Israel, so God uses seasons of obscurity to prepare us for public impact.
In this season of prayers, as we seek God with uncommon devotion and become responsive to His leading, exploits will be our testimony. Certainly , this will be our year to shine and break forth, to higher realms and bring glory of our God.

PRAYER
Lord, please strengthen my faith and help me stand firm against every resistance to my destiny. I receive grace to walk boldly into the glory You have prepared for me. Let this be my season of divine exploits, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Evander Holyfield began his boxing career as an amateur and steadily built his skills through discipline, intense training, and relentless self-development. In 1984, he represented the United States at the Olympics and later turned professional as a light heavyweight. But Holyfield was not satisfied with staying in one class; he kept pushing himself, strengthening his body, and stretching his limits.
Eventually, he moved into the cruiserweight division and became the WBA Cruiserweight Champion. Still, he wanted more. He then made the difficult decision to move into the heavyweight division, where power and endurance are tested at the highest level. In 1996, when he agreed to fight the feared Mike Tyson, most experts predicted his defeat. Yet Holyfield, who had become a committed Christian in 1992, combined faith with fierce discipline. He trained rigorously, lived with focus, and prepared like a man who believed victory was possible.
When the fight finally came, Holyfield shocked the world by defeating Tyson, proving that preparation and discipline can overturn intimidating odds. He went on to become the only boxer in history to win undisputed championships in two weight classes in the three-belt era and the only four-time world heavyweight champion.
His story reminds us that higher glory requires higher capacity, and greater victories demand greater preparation.

God has ordained great things for us this year, but only those who develop spiritual capacity will be able to carry what Heaven is releasing. We do not grow into spiritual heavyweights by wishing; we grow by discipline, devotion, and consistent pursuit of God.
The coming glory demands a price — a lifestyle of prayer, purity, obedience, and deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Just as muscles grow through resistance, spiritual strength grows through consecration. That is why Apostle Paul said he brought his body into subjection. He understood that destiny is not sustained by excitement but by endurance and spiritual control.
We cannot remain spiritually casual and expect uncommon manifestations. Expected outcomes always require corresponding inputs. If we desire higher realms of power, authority, and victory, we must be willing to train spiritually — through fasting, prayer, the Word, and separation from distractions.
No matter where you are starting from this year, you can grow. You can move from weakness to strength, from struggle to stability, from defeat to dominion. But it begins with a decision to rise above the flesh and press deeper into God.
As we engage in this season of prayer, let us intentionally submit our appetites, habits, and priorities to the Lord. Let the Blood of Jesus cleanse and empower us for greater exploits. As we pay the price, we will certainly keep going from glory to greater glory throughout this year.

PRAYER
Lord, help me to grow spiritually and develop the capacity for the great weight of glory You have prepared for me this year. Strengthen my discipline, deepen my devotion, and empower me to walk in higher dimensions of victory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

For years, a local missionary named Lun Poobuanak had shared the Gospel in a farming community in Kalasin Province of northeastern Thailand. Hardly anyone paid attention to his preaching until disaster struck in 1996.
As a stubborn drought swept through the land, crops failed, rivers shrank, and fear settled over the village.
As the drought worsened and traditional rituals failed, village leaders made an unusual decision. They went to the small church where Lun worshiped and said, “If your God gives us rain this month, our entire clan will follow Christ.”
Lun accepted the challenge and called the believers to prayer and fasting. For days they cried out to God, trusting in His power to move as in the days of Elijah when the prophet prayed down rain.
On the fourth day, dark clouds gathered, thunder rolled, and heavy rain poured across the fields, flooding the rice paddies and saving the harvest.
The miracle spread faster than any sermon. True to their word, the families turned to Christ, and soon neighboring villages followed. What years of preaching could not achieve, one encounter with answered prayer accomplished.

Today, we are living in a world where people are looking for solutions. Many are facing sickness, fear, broken homes, financial strain, emotional battles etc. And in their moments of desperation, people are asking, “Where is the power that can change my situation?”
This is where our prayer becomes the divine connection to God’s intervention. Elijah prayed, and seasons changed. Not because he was superhuman, but because he was devoted and persistent. The Bible says he was “a man like us,” yet his prayers opened and closed the heavens.
Prayer is what turns ordinary believers into carriers of God’s power. When we seek God deeply, we don’t just receive answers for ourselves—we become instruments through which God answers others. This fasting season is not only about personal breakthroughs; it is about positioning ourselves to be vessels of healing, restoration, and hope.
After Jesus fasted and prayed, He declared that He was anointed to heal, to deliver, and to restore. In the same way, when we wait on God, He equips us to impact our families, our communities, and everyone who crosses our path.
This year, let prayer and deep devotion shape our journey. As we stay connected to God, we will not only see doors open—we will become the door through which others encounter Christ. Through our prayers, an end will come to long seasons of drought in many lives, and they will experience amazing breakthroughs, miracles, signs, and wonders.

PRAYER
Lord, please draw me deeper into Your presence this year. Anoint me to carry Your power and let my life produce impact that will bring healing, deliverance, and restoration to people around me in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

During the brutal rule of Idi Amin in the 1970s, Ugandan Christians were arrested, tortured, and in many cases executed. Churches were monitored, pastors were targeted, and speaking against the government could mean instant death. Fear spread across the land, and many believers were forced to worship in secret.
Christians could not fight with weapons, but they fought on their knees. In villages, forests, and hidden rooms, believers gathered quietly at night to pray, cry, and intercede for their nation. Some fasted for days, asking God to break the grip of fear and restore righteousness to their land. Prayer became their survival, their protest, and their warfare.
When Archbishop Janani Luwum and other church leaders were arrested and later killed for refusing to bow to the regime, the church did not retreat into silence — instead, prayer intensified. Believers prayed not only for deliverance, but also for forgiveness for their persecutors and for the salvation of the nation.
Then, almost suddenly, the evil regime collapsed. Amin fled the country in 1979, and the reign of terror ended. What followed shocked many observers: instead of revenge, the nation experienced repentance, open-air crusades, and mass conversions. Churches that once met in secret now overflowed. Uganda entered a season of spiritual renewal that reshaped its Christian identity for decades. Uganda’s story proves that when believers refuse to abandon the altar of prayer, every throne of wickedness fighting against them must collapse.

Truly, the fervent and effectual prayer of the righteous accomplishes much. Victory in battles belongs to those who fight on their knees.
We are living in perilous times, with increasing reports of violence, instability, and uncertainty across nations. Yet Jesus did not leave us helpless. In Luke 21:36, He commanded us to watch and pray always, so that we may escape the dangers of the times. Prayer is our divine shield, our spiritual alarm system, and our access to Heavenly protection.
Though the earth may shake and systems may fail, God remains our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46). Police can fail, security gadgets can fail, and human intelligence can fail — but our God never fails; He never sleeps nor slumbers. As we stay committed and serve Him with obsession and deep devotion, our deliverance is guaranteed.
By engaging in prayers this season, we are enforcing our victory throughout this year. Therefore, today let us choose devotion over distraction and prayer over spiritual laxity.
By God’s grace, we shall not become victims of wickedness, but rather we will keep recording testimonies of divine preservation. Certainly, this is our year to arise and shine; to break forth and move into greater realms of exploits and glory.

PRAYER
Father, I thank You for Your hand of goodness and preservation over me and my household. As I seek You fervently and remain watchful in prayer, I thank You for shielding me and delivering me from every evil plan, in Jesus’ Name.
