2 Corinthians 10:4-6 ‘For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;’

Theodore John Kaczynski was an American mathematical genius. A graduate of Harvard, at only 25 years old he became one of the youngest assistant professors in American history.
Despite all his brilliance, Ted Kaczynski shocked the world by turning out to become a terrorist.
Ted was raised by parents who were atheists and taught him to disbelieve in God. In later years, Ted’s father committed suicide and for most of his life, Ted lived as a loner. He didn’t get along with people and sometimes harbored such intense hatred towards some individuals that he wanted to kill them.
In 1969, he abandoned his academic career and moved to a remote cabin without electricity or running water in a forest area, where he lived as a recluse. Between 1978 and 1995, Kaczynski began conducting a series of attacks, using mail bombs to target academics, business executives and others. The FBI called his investigation “UNABOM” (for university and airline bomber) and the media thus dubbed the attacker the “Unabomber.”
He murdered three people and injured 23 others in these nationwide mail bombing attacks.
A 17 years nationwide manhunt began for Ted Kaczynski, which became the FBI’s longest and most expensive manhunt. He was finally caught in 1996 and imprisoned to serve eight life sentences with no chance of parole at the Supermax security prison in Florence, Colorado.
In June 2023, at the age of 81, he committed suicide while in prison.

Ted Kaczynski started out in life with great potentials, but when he allowed negative thoughts to dominate and rule his mind, he ended up as a terrorist.
The mind can be likened to the control room of life and headquarters of a man’s existence, because it co-ordinates and controls the activities of a man. Therefore we cannot allow negative thoughts to dwell there and control us because the outcome will be regrettable.
When you allow a wrong thought to stay in your mind, what you are doing is empowering it, and it can grow to the point that it begins to control you.
You need to take captive the wrong thoughts that come to your mind before they take you captive.
A “stronghold” is a thought-pattern that controls you. It’s a “stronghold” because it holds you strongly in its grip.
The only way that grip can be broken is by submitting to God through His Word.
James 4:7 says “Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”
We need to constantly resist those negative thoughts of hatred, immorality, greed, malice etc that the enemy tries to plant in our minds.
Proverbs 4:23 says ‘Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.’
When we diligently sow the Word of God in our hearts, the Holy Spirit will dominate our mind and move us towards a glorious future.
Filling our hearts with the right knowledge is the key to freedom. Nothing approximates the power of Knowledge.
It is your mentality that determines your reality. Since every seed sown into the mind finds outward expression, we must carefully guard what accesses our mind. Instead of filling our hearts with chaff from social media or other media, let us rather commit to filling our minds with the precious seed of The Word of God, so that we can reap a harvest of blessings and miracles in our lives.

PRAYER: Lord, Please grant me the grace to fill my heart constantly with Your Word. May I have a renewed desire and appetite to constantly sow Your Word into my heart so that I can reap a harvest of greater open doors this year in Jesus Name. .
